Does the black empty void where you first meet Omni have a registration booth? It'd sure save me a lot of time if it did.

Handsome Jack woke up.
Did he just have a weird dream with some white dude?
Why were pants wet?
One of those dreams?
He shook his head. He was standing in a fountain. Big one.
Everything was white. People were standing around looking confused.
"Well then, this is new." Jack mumbled as he stepped out of the fountain and wandered from the unsettling scene filled with silent, unmoving characters.

How long do we have after a fight starts (or the matchup is decided) to place bets?

Bets can be placed up until the first post in a fight is made. Once the fight actually begins, there's no more bettin'

Do the bets we make OOC have to be the same as those we make IC?
Or could I say that my character had bet on someone she thought would win without actually spending OM on it... or even having bet on their opponent OOC?

Ooc is fine, it's mainly how it's operated in the past.

Because this is a team tourney, can we use our Partners' super moves on our turn as long as we have explicit, public, and referenced permission? (IE: if we ask and get a yes on a forum post for posterity)
This will allow way cooler shit, and with only having 2 posts per person per team, it's awful restrictive and makes post order a huge meta benefit

You may use anyone's super that you have permission from. Without permission, you may not use someone's sp, but with it, you're perfectly fine to do so.

I've been discussing this with Alex, the consensus from Alex and Dane is you cannot use partners' super attacks and super utilities in your post, but you can use your partner's super defense to defend from an opponent's super attack and super utility.

You need both permissions from the person who's SP is being used and the storyline runner(s) (or a general group consensus) to be able to use someone's SP outside of their posts. (With the exception of super attacks/defences when countering/blocking other super attacks - or a super defence when blocking a super utility debuff)

So violence against employees isn't allowed, but what about against other participants between rounds?
