InCom Automatic Slugthrower Mk II -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged) The standard issue assault rifle for Helios Battalion under General Charlotte La Varet. Capable of rapid fire at 700 rounds per minute with sustained fire, the plasma tipped rounds travel at 2,500 feet per second. It features a 30-round magazine, takes about three seconds to reload when emptied, and a common soldier can hold up to 12 magazines at a time, depending on the gear they are wearing or if they're in full pack or not. It is accurate up to 550 meters for single targets and 740 meters for area targets.

InCom Tactical Slug-Pistol -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged) A standard issue Helios Battalion sidearm that uses 9 round clips to feed it. Each soldier carries four spares on top of the one loaded into the weapon. It is a semi-automatic pistol that fires as fast as the person can pull the trigger, though this sacrifices accuracy. It is accurate up to 100 meters and is not a great weapon for engaging multiple targets at once with. The rounds travel just under 2,200 feet per second and are plasma tipped.

Slugthrower - approved

Slug-pistol - How fast, on average, would this be firing if someone was firing it as fast as they could pull the trigger? how long does it take to reload?

M16A2 (300), Proficiencies: Range
[Image: 5555b5ba7f0f1b051776a6d4bd34a270.jpg]
This here is a rifle that Jacket prefers to use and is the most familiar with. The kind of bullets that the M16 holds is 5.56×45mm NATO rounds in a thirty capacity magazine. For the maximum range, bullets reach up to 601 yards. There are modes that the gun can switch to such as semi-automatic, burst mode, and full-automatic. On burst mode, three bullets fire out of the gun when the trigger is pulled each time. This helps for bullets to hit targets accurately for medium range. How long it takes to empty a clip when continuing to fire on full automatic is at 5.10 seconds. On semi-automatic and burst mode, depends how fast Jacket fires his gun. Once the clip is empty, it takes about 6.5 seconds to reload and insert a new magazine.

Katana (300), Proficiencies: Physical Strength
[Image: w6266_2.jpg]
A Japanese sword that Jacket uses to slice through mafia members efficiently. The length of the weapon is forty inches long and the blade is made of carbon steel. This Katana weighs at 3.0 pounds and the swinging range is 7.7 feet. Jacket is able to swing this sword single-handly or can use both hands for better attacks and blocks.

Mechanical Hands (600, Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency):

Mechanical Hands Jack had to materialize for himself after the loss of his original limbs. These are powered by the Green Light of Will, and are good at punching things. They can also shoot green plasma blasts that travel at the speed of an arrow, and have a range of 75 feet. The damage these are capable of is minimal. The mechanical hands are also capable of cutting through things when he ignites them with his will power. Furthermore, these can clash with lightsabers or similar weapons.  These were made when he lost his original hands at the hands of a member of the Sinestro Corps.

Will Rifle (300, Ranged Prof):
A weapon that was created by Jack to supplement his mechanical hands. This channels his will power to create emerald bullets in specially made magazines for him. The kind of bullets that the M16 holds is 5.56×45mm NATO rounds in a thirty capacity magazine. Mechanical Hands: This would cost 900 OM. 300 for cutting through stuff, 300 for shooting, 300 for naturally being more defensible (like a gauntlet move). Anyway, I know you posted this in the workshop, but you added a lot between there and here, so please send this back there.

Will Rifle: See my comments on Jacket's move on my last post, as this move is literally exactly the same >_>
Imperial Officer DL-44: (Ranged Proficiency) -- 300 OM

A very powerful heavy blaster pistol produced by BlastTech Industries used commonly across the galaxy. This specific version is made from the highest quality materials as it was gift from King Bradley along with being awarded the Imperial Cross for the Tier 2 Military Operation following the attack at the Imperial Gala Party. It holds fifty shots in one battery pack and is capable of firing two shots a second at maximum, if the trigger were being hammered. The optimum range for this weapon is fifty meters with the maximum stretching out to seventy-five meters; beyond that the pistol is uselessly inaccurate. Since the blaster pack holds quite a few number of shots only three or four may be needed for any specific deployment. It comes with a polished black holster to keep the weapon in that can be adjusted for either the right or left leg.

He can pull the trigger a maximum of roughly 3 times per second, but when in burst mode the stronger recoil often forces him to wait about a second between bursts to steady the weapon again before firing. Changing modes only takes a fraction of a second, and can be toggled with a small switch on the gun. Once the clip is empty, it takes about 6.5 seconds to reload and insert a new magazine.

Most of those numbers didn't really make a lot of sense when put together... I changed them around for you. The above is approved.

Xehanort's Keyblade -- 300 OM (Requires: Physical Strength)

A weapon Wesker forged and summoned based on memories and information gained upon his murder and subsequent extraction of Xehanort. A weapon whose form resembles an ornate skeleton key, featuring a black and white color scheme. The weapon is roughly three feet in length from the base of the grip to the end of the blade. It has no cutting edge, instead relying on magic to inflict damage, but is wielded much like a sword might, using the back of the key, the side away from the teeth, as the primary striking edge. It can be wielded neatly and easily in either hand, or in both hands, and is a moderately powerful weapon but has no special qualities about it. Wesker does not carry it on his person, but when needed it can be summoned to his hand in just one second, materializing in his grasp in a swirl of darkness and white sparks. Should it ever be separated from his grip for more than a few seconds, it dissipates in a similar display as its summoning.
Blizzard -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged)
Wesker holds up an empty hand, forming a jagged ball of ice ten inches in diameter, taking just one second to do so. When prepared, he throws it with considerable force and speed, comparable to a professional fastball (around 100 mph, for clarity). It has an effective range of up to 100 feet; anything it strikes in that range causes it to burst into a small cloud of icy shrapnel and mist just three feet in diameter, inflicting moderate damage at its point of impact. The simple nature of the spell leaves it relatively easy to maintain and use, with a fairly low stamina drain.
Shadows -- 300 OM (Requires: Ranged, Homing)
Wesker takes roughly two seconds to concentrate and focus, during which time he can be easily interrupted with a solid enough counter attack and must remain mostly stationary (he can slowly walk, at most), before letting loose a spell to summon a pack of Shadow Heartless. Over the next ten seconds, a patch of inky black darkness spreads over the ground from where he cast the summoning at, and twelve of the little creatures rise up from it. When they have risen, they will quickly scurry and swarm toward a target to attack and harass it. They are quite weak, and while they are capable of doing minor damage with their clawed smacks and swipes or by tackling someone, they can often be dealt with and defeated by a single solid hit from an opponent. Their primary purpose is to harry and distract a target more than anything. There is a mild fatigue cost for the summoning, and only one pack of the little pests can be in play at once; until they're all destroyed, another can't be summoned.
Xehanort's Keyblade: Approved.

Blizzard: Approved with Area Attack.
The "3ft or less" thing is only for shields and area defence stuff. AoE effects do need area attack even if they're smaller (unless they're a fairly small size, like about as big as the exploding object).
Quote:Area Attack Proficiency – 600 OM

Allows you to create offensive moves with a wide area of effect, such an explosive that damages multiple enemies, or a beam wider than three feet in diameter. While the strength of wider attacks are diluted, or require more energy, they are very useful for dealing indiscriminate damage to a wider area and catching swift opponents.

So, basically, projectiles or beams and whatnot larger than 3ft need area attack. But explosive things typically need it even if they're 3ft or smaller. In short: Area Attack is required for an attack if it has a target area larger than 3ft or if it can cause splash damage.

I'd just like to clarify this, because re-reading it I can see the confusion. The sticking point is the bit right after the explosion note, "inflicting moderate damage at its point of impact". That's all that does damage, is the impact itself, the explosion is just there because reasons and does nothing aside from look flashy.

Ah. Whoops. The comment about "icy shrapnel" filling the 3ft area must have confused me a bit. Can you reword it a bit or clarify that the damage is just at the impact site? Since saying it inflicts damage at the point of impact doesn't rule out it also doing damage elsewhere.

Aura Curtain - T1 Power-Up: (1000 OM)
+1 ATK
+1 DEF
+1 SPD
+2 TEC

Appearance:
Jaixe focuses inwards, channeling the dark energies within himself and then casting them outward, creating a foreboding aura around him, coating him in a blackness that suppresses and even refracts the light away. The blackness that edges around him, like a curtain, grows dimmer and broader at random across his form, with streaks of violet flame coursing around him on occasion, racing and then dissipating into the air as energy is continually cast outward. The form is more of a boost in efficiency in how he manipulates the energy within himself, utilizing it outside his body as well, and thus improving his physical abilities slightly, but more notably allowing him to act and think more rapidly in battle. Though, this all comes at an increased expenditure of power and stamina to maintain it.

Dark Mana - T1 Super Attack: (Requires Ranged, Ranged Materialize, & Area Attack Proficiencies) (600 OM)

Appearance:
Jaixe pours energy into one of his open palms, casting it outward and sending small tendrils of it forward to coalesce into an area in front of his intended target. In an instant, a sphere of black energy forms there, pulsating inward once before expanding rapidly and consuming anything within the vicinity, eviscerating what it touches in a surreal silence, as if destroying or suppressing all sound from it. Even light seems to reflect off of the seemingly solid mass of energy, swirling with streaks of violet flame coursing within, surrounding a core of such energy that surges to life as it expands. Once it reaches a critical size, it pulsates inward again and detonates in a deafeningly violent explosion of violet energy and black fire, greatly afflicting anyone unfortunate to be caught in the blast radius. The explosion leaves only a crater and small streaks of black flame in its wake.

Mechanics:
The range at which the user can conjure the sphere is variable, but usually the maximum is just over twelve meters (~39 feet) and requires line of sight. It typically forms within a meter (3 feet or less) in front of the singular target in question. The sphere, as it originally forms, is a quarter of a meter in size, which then rapidly expands to six meters in diameter within a second, before it shrinks to half that and detonates in the proceeding second following its formation. The explosion itself is ten meters in diameter. On a whole, the attack takes three seconds to focus energy into and four more from conjuration to completion, though the sheer power behind it drains the user heavily.
