Roster and Purchase log audit

So I have been looking at my purchase log and roster and it would seem that they don't match, somehow my roster says I have spent 300 more than my purchase log. If anyone could help me figure this out that would be amazing.

 I have also noticed that a good number of the powers are now way more expensive, suppression being twice its old price and regen now costing as much as the old Advanced regen used to cost. How is this handled. Do I need to pay the Extra OM towards those powers?

Bolded text: Yes. When Regeneration's price was increased, you either paid the difference or were refunded the power. 

As for your log. I'll take a look sometime tomorrow and see what's going on.
