Ooooh, I'll bite:

-The Ashen Steppes, I think, could do with a couple more quests, but the big one I'd love to see quests in is the frozen fields. I'd love to see more interest there.

-The PLF might be cool to give a quest. The Dwarves and trolls could both do with a couple more quests, and I'd REALLY like to see a quest or two from the Big Vamp in Bloodsucker-land.

-I think I'd like to see a healthy mix of both, to be honest. They're both good for different reasons.

-I have no strong inclinations on that subject one way or the other.

-Off the top of my head? Thrall, Bruenor, Dumbledore, and Whompt might all be good to see in a quest.

-I would love to go after some non-player bounties.

-Only a single faction quest, unless hero's graveyard counts.

Frozen Fields would be nice though with that said I appreciate the lonely nature of it.
The only other place is the Pale Moors which a bit more questing in it would be cool.

The Pokemon Liberation Front as well as the Dwarves and Trolls possibly some quests for the elves too.

Yes I would love more unique quests though some Repeatable quests are fun too.
I would also think at least to me the type of reward matters too as the idea of more Flavor Items would be nice.

I like them hard as possible but that is just me

Dracula, Aragorn. Possibly Palpatine if he can handle getting off his throne for a bit.

Both! Probably Repeatable though.

Easy. I like having writing prompts, but I don't wanna be stuck in one quest forever.

Dumbledore! Old coots are great.

Oh hell yes.

Astral Realm yo, I've been wanting to get spirit projections and I think the dreamplace has some cool potential for trippy quests.

Fekkin Drakula baby. We always need some bad guys to butt heads with.

- Would you like to see more Unique or Repeatable quests? Which appeals to you more?
I like unique quests just for the fact that they usually offer neat rewards, rare consumables and other neat schtuff. I think repeatable quests are important though, I think newer players will generally gravitate towards repeatable quests due to the fact that they're largely faction based or using straight forward concepts.

- What difficulty of quest do you wish was more prevalent?
Hard, but that's just cause I'm a sadist.

- Are there any specific site NPCs you would like to see (directly or indirectly) involved in a quest?
Not of the top of my head, no.

- Would you pursue a non-player bounty added to the bounty board?
Strazio probably wouldn't but my alt, Renji, would love more bounties to pursue.

- How many quests have you completed, roughly? Not counting failed attempts.
3-2 on Strazio and 1 on Renji.

Bonus cents
I know this isn't solicited, but I figure this would be as good a place as any. I think it would be cool to implement quests built around PvP since it's such a major aspect of the site. The star quest kind of promotes that but I'd like a quest that forces you to go out and wreck people's days, or maaybe a quest that has two opposing participants and only one can "win". This doesn't even have to be a traditional fight necessarily, maybe the Empire needs someone to escort cargo while the Kingdom wants someone to go stop it? It would end up needing to be judged, but so do regular quests and I think this could add some good ol' fashioned conflict to the standard formula.

I also would like to see more one-of-a-kind rewards for quests. Not artefacts, but neat trinkets or consumables that you can't buy. Maybe a permanent stat-up or a free pre-made move? Like your character helps ghost people and gets ghost powers so instead of a 300 OM reward they get a free move called "ghost punch" or something like that. I'd do the hell out of quests if they offered neato burrito things like that. Again this is just my unsolicited two cents and I'm kind of just word vomiting so they may or may not be a block of rambling, but ye.

Well, considering the Vasty Deep is my verse of choice, I'd like to see more options for quests in the Deep.

Well, I think they could all use more quests honestly. It just seems like we don't really have a lot.

Definitely Repeatable. Quests that multiple players can do are definitely the better option, as it allows more players to have similar experiences.

Moderate to Challenging.

No, not particularly. 

- Would you pursue a non-player bounty added to the bounty board?
It depends on how it's done. If the NPC is controlled by the Storyteller, yes. If I have to control them, no, for fear of messing up the character horribly.

I've got one quest below my belt. I think. No more than one.

Astral Realm, but I'm biased.

Easy. There should be a plethora of Easy, probably repeatable, quests available. This allows people to fit them in when they can, to flirt with different ideas or themes for their characters, and is less intimidating to new players. It also shows that there is a lot to explore in Omniverse; if you're going to a have a 'free-roam' type game like Omniverse, you should have a bunch of things to find, and I think a stockpile of 'easy' quests in each verse would really do a lot for the 'immersive world' feel.

- Are there any specific site NPCs you would like to see (directly or indirectly) involved in a quest?
I don't know if he's an npc or what exactly but MICKEY MOUSE

- Would you pursue a non-player bounty added to the bounty board?
Oh yeah, that sounds super cool, do it.

Two, but I'd like to do more.

Pale Moors and Vasty Deeps. So much lore available for both. Basically unlimited islands and thus unlimited scenarios. Plus the Moors is steeped in history of Diablo's banishment, which hasn't really been explored all that much and I want to know more!

- Which NPC factions do you believe deserve more quests (ex. Hand of the Empire for the Empire faction, Into the Hall for the dwarf faction)?
Dracula's stuff. There's a big bad guy ruling over a bleak kingdom that was once dominated by the Lord of Terror and most quests go to Darkshire stuff. Us bad guys (or pretending to be bad guys) need bad stuff to do.

- Would you like to see more Unique or Repeatable quests? Which appeals to you more?
I'm a bigger fan of unique requests, mostly because it allows you to build a story unique to your character (and usually the rewards can be quite good too). However I realise this puts more burden on staff to churn out fresh ones as they are completed, so for practicality's sake I think repeatable are more sustainable.

- What difficulty of quest do you wish was more prevalent?
Don't mind. I'm quite wordy so I can complete Medium without breaking my stride; I don't look at difficulty so much as the content of the quest.

- Are there any specific site NPCs you would like to see (directly or indirectly) involved in a quest?
Again, Dracula. I think I'm the first person to be bitten by him (ie. successfully complete his faction quest) and he tends to stay in the background. I want to know more about him. Plus Diablo. What's he doing down there? Is he planning a return? If so, how?

Yeah. I'd probably be more inclined to do that; I hate hurting people's feelings. >.>

On my current characters? Two. I've racked up maybe three more on past ones.

Let's see some more Repeatables. As much as I like the Unique Quests, once they're gone they're gone forever. You could always do some quasi-Unique quests as well. For example, maybe breaking someone out of Imperial Custody. For each person, it could be a different individual with different rewards, but considering they probably got a butt-ton of prisoners, it would be very Repeatable.

- What difficulty of quest do you wish was more prevalent?

With the influx of new members, some easier quests would probably be useful to have.

Judge Dredd, baby. And Wartortle. PLF doesn't get enough love.

Probably not, but I don't play any Bounty Hunters.

Well, if you count the Rathalos Event, one. Maybe two if you also include DA.

This is an odd one, but the Nexus could use some! How about some trivially easy (500+ words) quests where a player encounters a stranded Stormtrooper/Kingdom Soldier without a mount and brings them back to their respective gate?

The Pokemon Liberation Front! I think there may be others, but the people above me have it pretty well-covered.

- Would you like to see more Unique or Repeatable quests? Which appeals to you more?
Repeatable quests are more appealing, especially because you can read about someone's cool adventures and decide that you want to do the same.

- What difficulty of quest do you wish was more prevalent?
A bit of both spectrums: very easy quests with little to no reward (more like potential starters for character storylines) to very hard ones (Void Quest levels) with high rewards. We have very good ones that are medium hard.

- Are there any specific site NPCs you would like to see (directly or indirectly) involved in a quest?
Just about every site NPC has some sort of justification for having their quests to hand out, really. I can't think of any specific ones that I would like to see more than others though.

- Would you pursue a non-player bounty added to the bounty board?
Absolutely.

Amaterasu's completed one and has one in progress. Sabrina has completed two and aborted one. None of my other characters have done any, I think.

This doesn't fall into any of your questions, but I would like to make an inquiry/comment.

I'm not sure how much of Xavier's history has been revealed, or if there's any future direction for the character, but if not I'd love to see him get some more love. I wouldn't mind even helping out with that, since I do have some plans that involve Xavier anyways.

The Endless Dunes and Frozen Fields could do with a few more 'Wilderness/Ruins' quests.

Which NPC factions do you believe deserve more quests (ex. Hand of the Empire for the Empire faction, Into the Hall for the dwarf faction)?
The Rebels could do with a more pacifist quest (data capture or protest protection).
The Human/non-human divide in Camelot needs emphasis, maybe with a Pokemon Liberation Front quest there.

I like both Unique and Repeatable quests. Unique Quests provide specific details in the verses to build off while Repeatable Quests allow the development of a player's own ideas.

What difficulty of quest do you wish was more prevalent?
Low to medium quests. Ideally you'd have a pyramid, with more low level supporting the more difficult higher quests.

Are there any specific site NPCs you would like to see (directly or indirectly) involved in a quest?
Having NPCs involved with Unique Quests would be amazing in general.

Would you pursue a non-player bounty added to the bounty board?
If it had 'alive' as one of the options. My character is law enforcement...

1 in ED, though I'm intending to have a crack at two in Camelot.
