Character History:

A Dark Elf Kolvo was born in the city of Ald’rhun during the 244th year of the Third Era, his life was a rough start. His mother, Almay Galvus, died due to complications with birth and his father Ralael Galvus, a captain in the Redoran guard was always strict and kept a militant discipline around Kolvo. Shorty, around the time Kolvo was seven his father was slain in battle trying to handle a dispute with the competing Great House of Morrowind, Hlaalu. Being orphaned at such a young age Ald’rhun’s Redoran council officials decided that the best choice for Kolvo was to be raised by the Tribunal Temple.

Being raised by the Temple, they gave him a proper education teaching him how to read, write, recognize and understand forms of math, most history of Morrowind and the Empire ruling over the country, and some concepts in the schools of magic. Getting older the temple decided to indoctrinated him officially into the Great House Indoril and from there taken to the city of Mournhold to be trained into the order of soldiers known as The Ordinators.

Becoming an Ordinator took Kolvo several long and laborious years. Many countless days were spent training him to be disciplined and to master the use of weapons such as short and long blades and spears, and as well trained in the use of a tower shield. By the wisdom of the Ordinators, he was taught the four orders of the Ordinators in which all to serve the Tribunal Temple and house Indoril, the Order of Watch, the Order of War, the Order of the Inquisition, and the Order of Doctrine. Being brought in to the sub-group the Order of the Watch, Kolvo was trained in the laws of both Tribunal Temple and the laws given to everyone by the Empire to become a guardsmen Tribunal’s temples. Completing his studies Kolvo was moved to the great city of Vivec. There he performed his duties to the letter becoming respected by his fellow peers and being regarded as someone honorable in combat. Eventually, Kolvo married a fellow Dunmer by the name of Solvaliah and soon after had a son whom they named Toriran.

In the year 344, the Emperor Uriel Septim VII was assassinated by the cult of Mythic Dawn. The Emperor’s death left the Empire in disarray and due to the dragon fires no longer being lit, the separation of realms ceased to exist allowing  Oblivion gates to open all across the continent of Tamriel. With Oblivion gates opening all across the continent hordes, of demonic and cruel creatures known as Daedra poured out waging war upon all of Tamriel in an attempt to conquer in the name of their lord Mehrunes Dagon. In an attempt to take to keep the city of Vivec from being overrun Kolvo with and several other Ordinators and House guards set out into Vivec’s own Oblivion gate. Upon entering the hellish landscape of the Badlands Kolvo and the others valiantly fought the Dremora that prepared to siege the city. They fought hard but were ultimately defeated from the sheer numbers of lesser Daedra. From there Omni took Kolvo to the Omniverse.

The Ordinators:

A highly trained group of soldier guardsmen, they work all across the province of Morrowind tasked with the duty of keeping law and order and as well as taking direct orders from House Indoril and guard the Tribunal Temple. Most Ordinators can be in the areas of Vvardenfell such as the city of Vivec, Ghostgate, Molag Mar, and Gnisis. High Ordinators (senior members) only guard Morrowind's capital Mournhold. By law and tradition, only Dunmer (Dark Elves) born in Morrowind can join the order. Due to favorable traditions, Ordinators are not trusting to out outsiders or what they call N'wah's but the group is considered by the Empire to be a more cooperative bunch besides House Hlaalu. The Ordinators have four subgroups that determine what law or duty is carried out.

1. The Order of the Watch: They guard the temples and shrines for the Tribunal.

2. The Order of War: They fight the enemies of the Tribunal Temple.

3. The Order of Doctrine and Ordination: They are militant scholars taking notes and giving key information to the Temple.

4. The Order of Inquisition: They suppress heresy among the priests and laymen.

 Tribunal Temple:

The Native religion of Morrowind the Dunmer people worship the Daedra Lords Azura, Boethiah, and Maphala. These Daedra are known as the Anticipation and represent the original gods Vivec, Sotha Sil, and Almalexia who were removed due to a suppression and are now formally recognized as Saints in the temple. Various cities that the tribunal are in include Necrom, Almalexia, the Clockwork city, Mournhold, and Vivec.

The Great Houses:

All five houses are built as a governing body for all of Morrowind.

House Redoran: One of only three houses that govern Vvardefell. They believe in the virtues of duty, gravity, and piety. Duty being to one's own honor, and to one's family and clan. Gravity as in the essential seriousness of life. Piety as respect for the gods, and the virtues they represent to them a careless life is not living.

House Hlaalu: They are the more economically powered of all the great houses. They wish for peace and harmony. Hlaalu openly accepts the Empire for all trade and business.

House Telvanni: Isolating themselves they are composed of mainly wizards they normally pursue and mastery but every now and then seek competition amongst the houses.

House Indoril: They are in charge of the Ordinators and make up most of the Tribunal Temple.

House Dres: Mainly working in agricultural areas of Morrowind they make value amongst the other house in the form of a slave trade and are the most hostile to the Empire.

Moves

Ebony Spear
[Image: latest?cb=20120512235907]A spear that reaches out six feet and is made purely of ebony metal. The spear is black with intricate carvings of Daedric letters etched into the upper shaft close to the blade. In use, the spear does moderate but highly efficient damage to its targets. Weighing at nearly twenty-eight pounds a trained soldier two seconds to pull back and then thrust at their enemies. Using the spear like a bladed quarterstaff would take either or a trained or untrained soldier four seconds to perform its various slashes. If need be without uninterrupted focus the spear can be thrown up to ninety-eight feet.
Indoril Shield
[Image: pD4q6vk.jpg?1] A shield, only given to those who are a part of the Tribunal Temples Ordinators. The Indoril shield is roughly a foot in width and three feet in length. The shield is colored gold-bronze with a triangle covering the base of the shield followed by the Tribunal symbol of a hand in the center of the triangle. Although it can be beaten down the shield is highly effective at blocking most attacks such as most forms melee attacks and basic forms of elemental magic. The shield normally takes an Ordinator a second to left up to their guard and block incoming attacks
Steel Short Sword
[Image: latest?cb=20160718201442] Made purely of steel the blade reaches up twenty-four inches. The blade’s hilt has a swirl design that loops to the hilt guard and has a circular pommel with a ball-like shape in its center. Used for quick slashes and stabs the blade takes a second to be pulled out of its sheath and a second as well to be used in an attack. The short sword is highly effective when used by someone trained to use it in dealing quick light damage
(Big thanks to Centurion for this drawing.)

Due to being a Dunmer or what the other races call Dark Elves Kolvo’s skin color is dark grey with an almost purple shade. With a slightly angular face, pointy elven ears, a trimmed almost black beard with white shoulder length that is braided in strands and sharp eyebrows. His eyes are blood red with the exception of his pupils and a long scar goes down across his right eye stopping at his cheek. He has a lean build standing at around 5'9", he wears the armor and mask of the Ordinators. The armor upon his chest, shoulders, boots, gauntlets, and mask are golden in design and heavily polished. The shoulder pieces have a somewhat outwards wave to them. His graves are almost skirt like appearance with a purple coloring and have bits of gold bands circling its mid and bottom half. Under Kolvo’s greaves, he wears a pair fine pants that have a purple tint to them as well. His boots come up covering the mid-portion of his ankles and are pointed at the ends of his toes. His mask is completely covered with a golden coloring and covers all of his face and the back of his neck. The mask’s shape is supposed to resemble the face of the Dunmer saint and hero Nerevar and it has open eye slits followed by a golden metallic-like plume at the top of the head.
