Quote: Bloodlust – Tier 1 Super Utility – 600 OM (requires Buff Proficiency, Ranged)
Rehgar digs deep before infusing his allies with a berserker strength, granting any friendly characters within 10 metres a buff. The stat boost of ATK+3, SPD+1 is spread between the number of allies.
Omni's Note: Super Moves that give your allies stats may grant up to 4 stats per 1 SP (ie, it depends upon the tier of the move) per post. Alternately, you can increase the duration, by reducing the number of stats granted accordingly. For example, you could make it last a whole round, like a transformation, but you'd have to halve the stats granted (in this case, to +2). Stat are always spread between the number of targets.

If I wanted to make a similar super move and wanted the options of spreading across multiple people or halving the Stat to make it last a round would it still cost only 600 OM? Also could I spend 2 SP to make the +4 last for the whole round for this type of move. Lastly, If i wanted to improve it by making it a t2 or a t3 is it just then 8 stats and then 12 stats?

It'd still only cost 600 to make it +2 for a round.
+4 for a round would be a T2 Super
T2 and T3 would be +8 and +12 per post respectively, or +4/+6 per round

If you want to choose between the two options, it would cost 1200 OM, like Normal Moves. Effectively, you'd be buying two similar, but different, Super Moves. If you want to spend extra SP to make it last longer without a decrease in stats, you'd need to buy it as a T2 or T3 Super Move. And yes, the numbers you listed would be correct.

I won't mind if you attack my character or base with little to no warning!
Does the OOC time matter, so long as it has been a week since you died, if you plan to respawn your character? I ask this, because I've began writing up the re-spawn post for Warren Zimmer.

As long as 1 OOC week has passed, you can respawn. Even if, IC, only a day has passed at the place you're heading back to.
@Dane: he's asking if, for example, he died at noon on the 1st of January, if he has to wait until after noon on the 8th of January, or if he can revive at any time on the 8th, including before noon.

@Croc: Well now I feel dumb. Oops. :frog:

But, yeah. You should really wait the full week, @Warren.
Where's the clock on the Omniverse Site?
Go to User Panel. Go to Edit Options. Bottom left portion of this page has a Time Zone Selection Box. Choose GMT.

Do Senzu Beans cure Res Sickness's stat dampening/the ten points of accumulated damage, or no?
They'll cure the damage, but not the Res Sickness. I wouldn't worry about it though, unless you're planning to get into a fight with someone in the next seven days. Just enjoy the chance to roleplay the weakening and go do some non-combat stuff.

No. You have to wait for it to expire. Just like the rest of us.

AH. So I can't use the Senzu Beans. Noted.

Sorry. I didn't see the part about damage. It'll repair the damage, but it won't remove your resurrection sickness.

Is it possible to force fuse with someone Via a super move or otherwise?
Yes. I'm too lazy to find the first Move Approval thread, but I apped one with Ganondorf back in the day. It came with caveats. First: needs to be a T2 Super Move (unless they're OOC willing). Second, you have to use this Move when they're either beaten in a Fight, or otherwise incapacitated. Third: All the SP cost from the Fusion comes from YOU, not from the unwilling participant. Fourth: you also take all damage from the Fusion, and do not split it with the other person.

To add to this: Other drawbacks might be possible. Naturally, these aren't the only caveats that would work. But, they should roughly suggest the kind of things you'd need.
Can you play as if the Res Sickness has not ended if you so desire?
@Warren: If you want.
