Chaos Returns
#1
Pain. His whole world was comprised of that one word as his body reformed in the Nexus, still suffering numerous lacerations from what  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX had done with that sword of his to him. Likely the wounds were not going to fully heal for quite some time, given what the individual had done to him. Of course the physical wounds were really the least of the problems possessed by Warren Zimmer at present. No,  the mental wounds were the most dangerous. To put it bluntly, Warren was now paranoid about ever going back to the Tangled Green in the future. Of course there were numerous reasons he would not return to such a place in the foreseeable future.

Reason One was Hecate herself. She was a powerful Prime, and had the ability to manipulate ice. She could likely cause him all manner of problems on her own. Given her abilities were likely not to be limited by the heat of the environment, this ruled out one strategy that he could use against her, almost immediately. Had the power she possessed followed the normal laws of physics, he would have had an easier time facing her. Of course, she was not the actual problem that he had to learn how to deal with. No, the actual problem was her other personality, Dark Hecate that made him nearly wet himself as he thought about it.

Yellow liquid ran down one of his legs, for he was that horrified of her. Dark Hecate was a sadist and also had a minion.

Her minion,  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX was the second problem. The individual may appear to not be much of a threat, but had actually bested him in swordsmanship. Of course that had been who knew how long ago, because Warren didn’t know what day, or hour it was. The guy’s sword had tasted his blood and would need to be permanently destroyed at some future date. If Warren could ever work up the courage to go back there, that was. Right now, he knew he was in no shape, mentally, or emotionally, or physically to do any sort of battle.

His third problem was one that he could solve more easily, assuming he gathered enough Omnilium. It was that he was homeless now, having been evicted essentially from his home by  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX. It was the last time he tried to show a Prime any kindness in the Nexus, or anywhere else. From now on, he was going to treat everyone, whether they had earned it or not as if they were his mortal enemies until proven otherwise.

His fourth problem was that he had just humiliated himself even further. Through sheer will power he arrested the flow of yellow liquid that had trickled down one of his bare legs. Oh. He was completely unclothed at present. This was not going to do at all, in his eyes. No, he needed new garments for himself, garments that were something he would be comfortable wearing.

However, he was not ready to be the Quarterback of Chaos right now. Being the Quarterback of Chaos meant that he needed to be strong enough to defend his title, and he could not do that as he was now. His body needed time to heal, as did his mind. Unfortunately, it was not like he could just erase those memories that had plagued him, the memory of his brutal murder before he had regenerated in the Nexus.

The memory was likely going to hamper his ability and his drive to fight anyone, for some time. Of course, his injuries that he still had were also likely to interfere with being able to engage anyone in combat, sadly. Improvements had to be made to his arsenal, that was all there was to it. Perhaps he could develop new devices to make him strong enough to survive facing down  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX in the future. While he couldn’t do it now, he could win later on. It was this thought that somewhat cheered up Warren Zimmer. Now was not the time to dwell on the past, though he was going to seek psychological help in the near future to help him overcome his paranoia, and fear of them.

All in all,  Warren knew what he needed to do. Execution of it was a different matter, though. For his body felt at present like someone had stabbed it all over with liquid sunlight, and then inserted needles containing acid into every nerve ending on his body. In short, he was in no small amount of agonizing miserable, making him want to kill someone even if he couldn’t level pain, at present. Oh yes, when he recovered from this, there was going to be a reckoning.

Forcing his body to ignore the pain, for at least a moment, Warren created a gray body suit. While this reminded him of the prison jumpsuit he had worn back when he had been in Canton, it was all he could imagine at present. Of course this was more latex, or spandex. While he was not a fetishist, he just needed something to wear at present. Disgusted by the outfit, but because it was all he could think of to create,  Warren forced himself to put it on. Putting on clothing felt like it was a torture that had been designed by the individuals he hated the most. In this case, Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX and Dark Hecate. Regular Hecate was easy enough to get along with, but it was her dark side that Warren wished to rid himself of.

Any removal of his problems was not possible - at least at this juncture. There were many reasons he could not even attempt to do so. For starters, Warren was now unwilling to even drink beverages that had ice inside of them. Why this was so, he did not know the answer. It was like he couldn’t make his hand grab the beverages anymore. Like, his whole body was not willing to even be around ice, or extreme cold. His phobia as it likely was, was going to make life more difficult for him than anyone could possibly imagine.

A psychologist, or several were likely going to be needed. Of course, finding ones willing to aid him in recovering was not going to be an easy task. Another matter cropped up, as he thought about that problem. His reputation in the Empire was one that he needed to adjust, so that he was viewed as more of a regular citizen than a punching bag for members of the Empire.

Sadly he did not have an NFL-R, and couldn’t concentrate enough to make one. Every attempt he made to do so felt like someone was playing whack a warren with a super heated crowbar on the inside of his cranium. In short, he was not going to be making anything out of Omnilium at present, until the agony in his skull transitioned down from impossible to concentrate with, to dull throb. The pain did give him a desire to do something though that he wouldn’t have thought of before. Namely Torture. The target of the torture was someone he honestly believed deserved it. Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX to be exact was going to suffer when Warren recovered. If for nothing else than how he was feeling right now, anyway.

No. He was not going to murder them. He was going to instead do something they likely weren’t going to expect. Avoid them entirely. A different verse perhaps was the best choice, one that was as far removed from the Tangled Green as he could make it. So far he had just been to the world of Coruscant, and that verse was not somewhere he was going to call home. The people there, the locals took too much pleasure from beating him up, so he couldn’t call there home.

As Coruscant and the Tangled Green were the only places he knew in the Omniverse,  Warren Zimmer realized that he was going to have to go exploring. Scouting out a new place to call home was not going to be an easy task. Of course few things in life actually worth him doing were considered by any definition of the word to be easy. Obviously he was going to need to get some help, because he felt lethargic, to put things mildly. It was like someone had sucked out all of his strength. When combined with the misery he was currently feeling, it was surprising that he could motivate himself to do anything.

As he was no longer the Quarterback of Chaos,  Warren had to ask himself a question. Who was he, without that title? It was a question that he at present did not know the answer to, in any way, shape or form. An answer to the question was definitely added to Warren's to do list. Of course, Warren had other things on his to do list. These included,  finding a new place to call home, gutting  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX.... no. That was not a good enough punishment for the level of stupidity the individual possessed. What he needed was something that the guy would remember for the rest of time, a permanent punishment from Warren Zimmer for the humiliation he had experienced. His hatred of  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX was completely rational in his opinion. The guy had practically broken him, and made it to where he was too terrified of his own base to ever go there, or near there again. Really what he wanted to do was order an air-strike on his former home, and salt the ashes of the place because of how broken what  Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er_xX had done to him had made him.

The former Quarterback of Chaos was now in a mood that could curdle milk. Of course being unable to be seen by anyone could do that to someone. Warren had attempted to look around, he had not seen anyone. It was like no one else existed. Of course, this was in a way a relief, but it was also something that he had to be rid of. Sadly enough he couldn't take advantage of this state with no one around. So he had to get rid of whatever it was that was inhibiting his ability to see other people, or interact with them at all.

His new plan was as follows. Remove the thing that prevented him from interacting with others, or seeing other people at all. Step two, find a new place to build his base - as far removed from the Tangled Green as possible. Build a base. Equip said base with defenses. Kill Y Xx_Yandere_Lo♥er with extreme prejudice, and hatred. Find a way to suppress Dark Hecate's murderous tendencies, or remove all connection to him from Fort Zimmer Rothchild. The latter was easier, and safer to do.

Of course he was going to need to hack into his base's computer systems, at some point, and get the designs for his NFL-R back. At present some of his memories were blurred, and he didn't know how far back that went.

"I will not sit idly! I will not be caged by whatever this is!"   A purple aura surrounded Warren,  engulfing him, and shattering the death shroud although he did not know what it was. However, with it gone, he could see others. Thankfully no one had seen that yellow liquid incident. First order of business was finding out where he was going to place his new base of operations. The Ex Quarterback of Chaos was done. Done playing around with people like Yandere Lover. Murder was not the option he was going to go with. Instead, he was going to opt for a different plan. Sure it may seem like the way out of a coward, but it was better than the alternative in his opinion. Avoid them, and hope for the best was his current strategy. Of course he still had to deal with his doppelganger likely running amuck and causing him problems.

Atop that, he knew he was not at 100%. There was another issue he was going to have to resolve. Warren made his way to the gate that leld to the Vasty Deep, after picking a random gate that was not the Tangled Green.
