Taloc Sa'Koro
#1
CHARACTER NAME: Taloc Sa'Koro

CHARACTER SOURCE: OC

CHARACTER HISTORY:
'The target is dead the moment the contract is accepted, the time between then and completion is little more than a formality. Leave no traces you were ever there and let them know the fear of death...'
This is just one of the tenants passed through the hidden village of Koro... Very few know of its location, but its always been easy to make contact. Death is a very lucrative business, and Taloc has always been a very good businessman. Still... There must be honor among the death dealers, that has always been a known fact, else they would ultimately end up destroying themselves.
When something beyond the realms of human come to call, however, there is only so much the best dealers in the realm can do. For a village who has never bent a knee to anything...

'When you cannot defend your own... Always be sure to avenge them.'

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
While every dealer is known to have as many faces as there are jobs, one can not hide ones true colors forever. Taloc is a moderately attractive male standing just shy of six feet tall. With close cut black hair and an always clean shaven face, he can rather easily get lost in a crowd even without a disguise. No matter how hard a dealer may try, however, their trademark black irises stand out rather clearly, even with contacts. The gaze of looming death cannot be disguised for long...
He is typically found in a hooded brown cloak, a light scarf of matching color hanging around his neck. His simple clothing of dark colors belie the athletic body beneath, toned through the years of training and experience.

STATS:
ATK: 2
DEF: 1
SPD: 3
TEC: 4
Though I plan on immediately buying a stat point for 1000 OM.

STARTING PROFICIENCIES:
Physical Strength (1000 OM)
Debuff Proficiency (1000 OM)

STARTING POWERS:
Burst Movement (800 OM)
Master Acrobat (400 OM)

STARTING MOVES:
Ire and Woe (300 OM): Physical Strength, Debuff Proficiency
Taloc's weapons of choice, Ire and Woe are a short sword and dagger, respectfully. Truly rare to see one without the other, the 20 inch long blade of Ire was forged from the same billet as the 12 inch Woe and were designed to be used in tandem. The blades are naturally light and easy to swing, doing little damage, but boasting a high speed and requiring little effort to swing them.
In their hilts are several enchantments designed to deliver poisons into the target, though as of yet, only one is currently working. While he's not sure why the others aren't, Taloc is happy that the one that does is the paralysis poison, even if it is to a drastically reduced degree. The poison is always active, and upon contact with the target, will cause muscle spasms throughout their body. This effectively breaks the concetration of his target as well as leaving them stunned for one second, though after use it requires five seconds for the blades to recharge enough energy for the effect to happen again.
'Your only friends are your weapons, and even they should be kept at arm's length.'

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct.

Where did you find us?
I was encouraged to join by my sister, Ash, and friend, Clownpiece.
In battle it is important to keep a sharp blade

But it is by far more important to keep a sharp mind.

Just as a heads up for staff before someone points out the matching IP - Sandy has contacted me previously about providing proof that they are two separate people, just waiting on that to proceed with the joining form.
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!

It has been a few days since we submitted the picture proving we are two separate people so I'm doing a quick bump. Also, after some thought, I've modified the move slightly, leaving the poisons optional rather than always active.

Ire and Woe (600 OM): Physical Strength, Debuff Proficiency
The poison is activated by changing his grip on the hilts, pressing down on a series of hidden buttons along the hilt and, while complicated at first, it allows near instant activation and changing amongst the enchaments. Upon contact with the target the paralysis poison will cause muscle spasms throughout their body, effectively breaking the concetration of his target as well as leaving them stunned for one second. Once the poison has been used, it requires five seconds for the blades to recharge enough energy for the effect to happen again.

From what point in your character's history were they brought to the Omniverse?

Well... I meant to wait for the first post, but Koro is in flames and he's dying. As the world goes dark, the first thing he sees is omni. Any other questions?
