Move Creation Workshop
@Hecate/Shantotto:
1) I'm not 100% sure this is solid balance wise, but with the fatigue cost and 10 second charge you might be alright.
2) Add your roster link to your profile (Shantotto), like you have with Hecate.
3) If you're happy with it, send it to approval.
Much abliged
Dab on the Haters (300) Requires: The Ability to Dab

Whenever Dane is affected by a mental debuff (defined by any debuff that changes the way acts or how he perceives the world), he can choose to dab. While dabbing, the debuff does not affect him. If he is able to complete his dab (by standing still for 3 seconds), the mental debuff is removed fully. Dabbing can be tiring, moreso for stronger debuffs. This move cannot be used to remove a super debuff.

(Disclaimer: I may remove the dabbing aspect when I submit it for approval)

Smite (600) (Ranged Proficiency)
The Emperor uses his psychic mastery to attack his enemies, charging this move cannot be interrupted by taking damage, except from a Super Move, however the Emperor must remain stationary whilst charging and cannot use any other moves or powers at the same time.
Charge Time: Smite must be charged for at least 5 seconds before use, but can be charged for up to 30 seconds if the Emperor wishes.
Fatigue: Smite tires the Emperor quickly whilst charging, so it can be risky to try and build up his attacks to their maximum power too often.
Range: Smite has a maximum range of 50 metres.

The Emperor charges from 5 to 30 seconds, small lightning orbs appearing in the place of his pupils, after it's charged a lightning bolt will come out and strike the enemy, passing any shields or walls that may normally stop it. Smite can only hit the closest enemy and every time it gets used (up to a maximum 5 per 10 minutes which is when it will reset) it will get harder to use, taking more energy and another second of charging needd to achieve to the minimum and maximum power each time. A longer charge will create a larger and brighter bolt that will deal additional damage to the enemy, with small bolts of lightning arcing off the target to hit a target within 2 metres (roughly 1 additional target per every 5 seconds past the minimum charge time). It will deal below average damage at the minimum charge and above average damage towards the end.[/spoiler] I also added in a bit at the end about damage
NFL-R MK II: (600 OM, Ranged Proficiency, RP Fodder.)

The NFL-R is a watch like device that shoots a 7-14 inch beam of energy out of it at an opponent when worn. This travels at about the speed of an arrow,  and takes  him about 5 seconds to charge up properly. However, the NFL-R is required to have a variety of apps and techniques that he can do while wearing it. It also, if functional would create his armor over his body. Sadly that function has been lost when it was brought to the Omniverse.  The NFL-R is a move that also acts as his communicator and Mobile Dataverse Device (When he acquires one that is) so all of his stuff is integrated for his own use.

The move does have a lot of power behind it, once fully charged,  meaning it can likely do a lot of damage were it to hit an opponent. It can be aimed, as well. Warren can most certainly move when aiming, and firing the blast of energy from the watch. After a fight with Yandere Lover Warren poured more Omnilium into the NFL-R, and has upgraded it, retaining the power it had, but lessening the charging time.

Sending them up anyway, but will have a new batch shortly.

No. Lower charge time = less damage.

Also, can Warren attack while it's charging?

Does this have to be aimed? From the look of it, it always zaps and hits the nearest enemy, which needs homing. Also, I don't like the "going through shields" part. Unless that only applies to physical obstacles and not actual moves. But, keeping that would definitely make it need homing, I'd say. Since it can hit someone even if they have a shield move active. And, that'd probably also make it a bit weaker.

In short, just have it travel in a roughly straight line to a point Emps aims at. And say that it can't go through shielding moves or weapons, and only natural obstacles.
I'm working on a basic tool for my next character to start out with. The intent is that it would be good for digging holes and tunnels in most environments, but wouldn't be very practical in direct combat (just dealing situational damage at most). Is this sort of thing acceptable, or should I reconsider?

Crank Drill - 300 OM (Requires Physical Strength)
Simon's trusty tool for digging tunnels. The drill itself is of a conical design, about as long as his forearm and twice as thick around at the base. It comes with a crank at the base for turning the drill manually.

Simon can use this tool to bore through most earthly materials, for as long as he can keep a steady pace. No matter what he drills through, the process requires a suitable amount of time, energy, and patience. Dirt, clay, and gravel are the easiest and offer little resistance, while solid rock or unrefined metal may require a lot more effort to punch through. Energy-based barriers/ shielding cannot be drilled through. The holes and tunnels created by this drill are large enough for Simon or any other slim-bodied human to fit through without too much struggle.

This particular drill doesn't have any sort of combat application. Nevertheless, the drill itself is quite resistant, and difficult to ruin just by using it- the tool would have to be deliberately broken by an attack to prevent use.
@Dante: Do you have a rough time frame in mind? Like, how fast can he dig on average?

Given there's a move example for transmuting a passage through a wall in the Joining forum (see the pins) this is definitely doable. I just think you should specify the time frame.
The Narwhal Song (Telepathy, Debuff, Ranged Proficiency ??? OM.)

The Narwhal Song is something that Rafael remembered from his world, and considered annoying. When you combine that with Unicron's power of telepathy, and his annoyance at being in the Omniverse at general, it's become a new attack of theirs. It takes roughly 4 seconds, but as long as their TEC is superior to that of their opponent, what Rafael can do is FLOOD the world of an opponent with nothing but Narwhals singing that song, and driving the opponent up the wall, to the point where they'd be unable to focus on anything else for about 15 seconds, and be begging for it to stop. There is more to the attack than that, though. For you see, Unicron does not just loathe being in the Omniverse, he's quite angry. This is reflected by the Narwhals attacking the individuals. However, this is a telepathic assault, with a unique caveat. If the opponent flinches, they receive the damage they would if, if it had been an actual attack.

So... What happens if there's a stealthed or hidden enemy behind him and he aims at someone further away? Or he just shoots at the person he thinks is closest but happened to not notice someone else was?

If I were you, I'd just remove the closest enemy thing.

Also, this still needs homing. The secondary lighting is homing in this move since Emps doesn't need to aim it.
Making pokemon trainer work within Omniverse.

I was thinking the following would be a nice way of being able to become a pokemon trainer without having to use assist. Let me know what you guys think.

Whenever Trainer x summons a Pokémon from its Poke ball he transfers his prime powers to the summoned companion by holding on to said poke ball. The Pokémon will have access to Trainer x moves and proficiencies. This makes it possible for the Pokémon to attack, Trainer x however cannot perform any attacks, all of his prime energy is being transferred through the Poke ball to his currently chosen Pokémon. Even though he can still move out of the way and dodge, he is unable to take actions himself, fighting with his Pokémon requires too much concentration from him. He controls them by communicating with them, as long as the Pokémon can hear him, he can give commands. If for any reason Trainer x loses the poke ball from his hand the Pokémon becomes passive and returns to Trainer x like an ingame pet, he can still communicate with them, they just do not posses any power to do anything.

You're better off writing it like the Pokémon is the prime and the trainer is just a thing that follows them about. I reckon.

But, you're better off making a help desk thread asking this question in the hopes Alex or Omni or someone high up enough sees it. Since it really needs an answer from them. I don't really see the problem with it balance wise, though.

The Vorpal Saber (Physical Strength, 300 OM.)

A sword that was originally comprised of 3 Minicons in the past that were created by Unicron. However, as they do not exist at present in the Omniverse, Unicron created this blade as one of the weapons he would use to help him ensure Rafael's survival. A sword that appears to be made out of reddish-black energies, and takes Unicron 3 seconds to manifest in the hands of Rafael.

Can someone help me finish this move?
Get rid of the first two sentences, add in the size of the blade.
@13/Emps - Jade said here that Psykana Discipline would cost 2400... but that's only because she was thinking that Gaze & Maelstrom weren't variable... since they both increase in power when charged, though, they should be. As such, the cost should really be 3000 OM.

Also, if you submit it for approval again, you should add "The damage dealt is based on the amount of time charged." to the end of the description for Gaze... just because it might not be clear enough that that is the case, as is.
Psychic Maelstrom should be fine the way it is currently, since it already says "fires out as many small bursts of lightning as the number of seconds Psykana Discipline has been charged"... Jade maybe just missed that bit when she read it.
