i literally never posted as whis so. lol time to play a character i had a deep passion for in like 2013 and i feel canon wronged in some ways

She also has tally marks cut into her left thigh (正 as a group of 5) of the number of people she has killed. The current number stands at 37.

They’re handmade. She carries around… A metric fuckload. In a holster on her right thigh. See above for how they look.
As expected, they’re sharp. And pointy. And stabby. Their function is remarkably similar to knives- the fact they even are scissors is more for style points than functionality, but this is the Omniverse, so that really doesn’t matter.
Their effective range is minimal when thrown normally (yes, she throws them too)- around 25 feet before accuracy suffers, 50 feet max. They’re, as expected, about as fast as a thrown object, such as a dart or throwing knife. When in close quarters combat, she wields one pair in each hand, for maximum hack and slash action. Her reload speed is your typical weapon-draw speed- so pretty fast, given her personal speed.
She can throw both at once, and typically DOES if she’s serious, one after the other- but this leaves her unguarded until she draws more.
I’m really not sure what else to say besides “they are scissors and act as scissors would but especially pointy scissors explicitly for murdering”.
