The Yaka Arrow is a very powerful weapon that responds to sonic stimuli. It can achieve its maximum speed of 30 meters per second almost instantly and stop on a dime. Yandu is so skilled with the weapon that he can cause it to weave through a crowd without touching them, or pierce a falling coin twice before it hits the ground. It can pierce most obstacles clean through cauterizing wounds and dealing moderate damage.
Alas, the amount of concentration it takes takes a tole not in physical stamina, but mental focus. To maintain this absolute focus, Yandu's movement is reduced to nearly stationary, and using any other move in conjunction with the Yaka Arrow causes both to suffer greatly. He can continuously use the arrow for up to a minute before suffering disorientation from the mental strain, greatly inhibiting his TEC until he is able to rest.
The Arrow can be caught, though it has enough force to pull weaker foes. It can be broken with moderate force, and it takes Yandu upwards of a minute to be able to repair it to just half its original potential. In addition, the fin atop his head is a weak point; if destroyed, not only is the arrow worthless, but he takes additional damage from the attack.
The fin prosthetic glows red when the arrow is activated, and the arrow itself gives off an energetic red emission. This emission can leave a long tail as the arrow flies, though the tail itself does nothing.
