CHARACTER HISTORY:Alan's story is not exactly what one would call the happiest, but nor is it downright tragic. The correct term to use might be...complicated. You see, as a child, his father left him and his mother, forcing her to raise their son on her own. Alan never truly understood why they separated and whenever he asked, his mother would simply smile and pat him on the head while saying something along the lines of "we're just working through a few problems, dear. Don't worry, everything will be ok."
However, Alan wasn't dumb. He could tell at a glance that his mother was just trying to make him feel better, especially since as time went on, it became increasingly clear that his father had left their lives, putting a heavy emotional strain on the pair, especially with his mother being forced to work extra hard to provide for them both. As such, he did all he could to make her happy. He worked hard in school and even took up washing dishes and sweeping the floor, among other things, to help when she came home from work, exhausted. If there was one thing that came out of it, it was a desire to ensure others didn't experience that same kind of feeling of abandonment and neglect, and a strong resentment towards those who practiced such acts.
He did have things he enjoyed though and which helped him deal with the rougher spots in his life. Being born in what one may call the "real world" gave him access to various video games, anime and comic books which ended up being both a source of entertainment and a way for him to remember the important things, such as strength through kindness and that with power came responsibility, cliched as that sounds.
His hard work at school eventually paid off with winning a scholarship to the delight of his Mom whom he remained close with even after moving out. However, it appears the powers that be had other plans for him, as one evening, while he was trying to sleep, he heard the voice of Omni speaking to him. Although he tried to chalk it up to some form of lucid dreaming, it would soon become apparent that this was no dream.
Now transported to the Omniverse and endowed with the potential for incredible powers and the gateways to all the worlds he once only dreamed of, what adventures await him from here? Only time will tell...

typically seen wearing a grey tank top with navy blue pants and black laced shoes with a brown jacket and a black knapsack
he carries around. He also can sometimes be seen with a photo of him and his parents together for Christmas.

A device Alan created with the power of the Omnilium shortly after his arrival in the Nexus. Although it takes the shape of a futuristic black and silver wrist watch with a built-in flashlight, it is actually a piece of shapeshifting metal that takes the form of whatever its wielder desires. However, Alan has yet to realize its full potential and thus only has access to its Sword and Bow Forms. That being said, the weapon has the potential to grow in power and versatility alongside its user.
As depicted, PD's sword form is that of an ornate broadsword and thus contains a good mix between power and handling, being able to cut through solid wood without any real effort. It also retains similar dimensions to a normal broadsword, being a double-edged blade with the blade's length being around 35 inches. Due to Alan's strength, he can wield it quite easily with either one hand or two.
Its bow form takes the shape of a large black and silver bow that can fire arrows it creates itself, The bow is close in height to Alan's own, meaning it is nearly six feet tall with a draw weight of 90 pounds. Due to being able to create its own arrows, the weapon needs no manual reloading but it does take several seconds for it to create an arrow meaning the rate of fire is roughly one arrow every 5 to 6 seconds.
