Well, there's my exit from the group. I know it's a bit of a long one, so I apologize, but I think it should be worth a read. Hopefully, I wrote Garona's reactions appropriately.

Edit: Also, anyone who'd like to come along with Ganon is welcome to.

I'd hope everyone gets a chance to visit all the verses eventually. But Coruscant and Camelot are good starting points for most players. I also want to encourage players to write together, so creating two 'hubs' and steering new players towards them is the basic idea. But I'm very happy Ganon has started his faction so early, it makes things a lot more interesting.

The factions aren't usually so overt, and even now they won't push to get anyone to join them - it's more likely to harm their chances. But obviously if they treat 'em nice, play their cards right, they have another powerful ally. The main goal of each side here was to stop the other side from getting to the primes first. It's just very unusual that so many primes appear at once, so it was a potentially volatile situation that could shift the balance to either side.

Well, I did think about going with the Empire, since our ideals mesh so closely... but in the end, I decided that Ganondorf isn't the type of guy to allow ANYONE to be over him. So, to the Endless Dunes I go!

I also thought about that, but there are already a few different factions vying for control in the Green. The Ninjas, Elves, Orcs, etc. The Endless Dunes is pretty much the only 'Verse where I could really start setting up the groundwork for a takeover.

Also, Ganondorf is a desert man. From a character point of view, it makes sense that he would be naturally attracted to the Endless Dunes. I wouldn't worry. Everyone will meet up again eventually. At that point, I'm certain Ganondorf will be able to strengthen his power base and make a real play for being a top-dog in the 'Verses.

Isn't that a meta decision, though? I don't really do this stuff, but I picked mine at random because using knowledge my character didn't have seemed like a cop out. Not trying to influence your decision, just wondering at the use of meta knowledge.

I guess he could have just liked the look of that gate for in character reasons.
