CHARACTER NAME:
Lemmy Koopa

CHARACTER SOURCE:
Super Mario

CHARACTER HISTORY:

Born in the Mushroom Kingdom, Lemmy's true origin is still a mystery however he did end up in an orphanage with Larry Koopa who would become his future brother. While there, Larry was something of a friend that helped the Koopa out especially in the rough streets of Rougeport where Bandits and other baddies lurked around. It wasn't until one day, him and Larry had ran away out of town and came across others, traversing as a group. That was where he met Iggy, Roy, Ludwig, Wendy, Morton Jr. down the line and of course, Lemmy was shy at first but he had a big heart. It was by Iggy that the two actually became closest of friends, if not like brothers, and according to him, he began to accept that Iggy was his long lost brother and they were therefore like twins, separated from birth. The group of that would be called the Koopalings were born and it wasn't until they made trouble around town that Bowser and Kamek had found them, only to agree to take in the children and make them apart of the Koopa Kingdom as high status.

While in the Koopa Kingdom's time, Lemmy and the others got what they desired and Kamek became a mentor to the young Koopas, training them in their magical ability and other things. Lemmy's magic was at the most part, playful in nature, and he would be using his prowess to sort of play around at best. He wasn't as noted to be like his older brother Ludwig nor his younger siblings at the time. Of course, after being defeated multiple times by the Mario Brothers on the attempts to take over the Mushroom Kingdom, the small Koopa became serious and started to train himself, albeit at first if he wanted to train on his acrobatic skills and even start picking up interest in explosives, namely because of Iggy. It wasn't long before Lemmy would be given the title of "Clown Prince of Koopas" due to his clown-like, goofball nature. However, despite of this, in his younger years, he was bullied and picked on due to his tiny size and other things; the worst contenders were the delinquents of Rougeport in the before-time but sometimes, Roy mess around with the Koopa, along with Iggy, Larry and sometimes even Ludwig.

Ludwig would protect his siblings and would act something like a third parent to the younger siblings and that was before tensions grew with the Bowser Jr. ordeal. Lemmy didn't particularly see Bowser Jr. as anything bad but though Jr. did had his share of acting like a brat towards him before they truly got along together. Over the years, Lemmy's relationship grew with his siblings and with Iggy, he would do anything for them. To Iggy, Lemmy was the one that willingly undertook scientific tests with his stuff and albeit some were questionably dangerous, Lemmy was the perfect lab assistant to him. In the overall family, Lemmy was the optimist, a cheerful little koopa at best but hidden away in his smiles tells the tale of a Koopa that is internally suffering from sadness as well as anger, made worse to the fact that he had grown something of a crazed and menacing nature due towards Iggy's influence in those years.

However, during his time, no Koopa would ever imagine what Lemmy has been through especially in terms of participating in the famous Mario Kart tournament and even was brought in to the multiversal Super Smash Brothers tournament. Despite of his time being rough, he always had some format of adventure going for him at best and in a sense, it made his day that much better.

Eventually, it was one day, when Lemmy was performing on tricks for the next act for when he encounters the Mario Brothers again, a strange white light came out of nowhere and that was where he had mysteriously disappeared.

STATS:
ATK: 3
DEF: 2
SPD: 3
TEC: 2

STARTING PROFICIENCIES: Physical Strength (1000), Ranged Materialized (600), Ranged (1000)

STARTING POWERS: Super Jump (Basic) (300), Master Acrobat (400), Burst Movement (800)

STARTING MOVES:

Shell Spin (300) (requires Physical Strength/Ranged Proficiency): An instantaneously melee-based attack which Lemmy retreats into his tough and spiky Koopa shell. While inside, he has direct control of wherever direction he goes. The real threat is his speed combined with strength that would be essentially be enough to possibly knockback weaker targets, however the drawback is to the fact that Lemmy cannot exceed his over his SPD.

Fireball (300) (requires Ranged Procifiency): A precise aim projectile attack which is slower than the first attack as it takes a window to three to five seconds to deliver on in a medium sized fireball onto a target. Whenever distracted or unable to keep up, the Koopa won't be able to concentrate, easy for him to lose his flame or otherwise.

I confirm that I have read and agreed to the Rules of Conduct. Yes.

Where did you find us? I've been on this site since 2015.

History - "a strange white light came out of nowhere and thinking it was something of a shooting star, he reached out to grab it with his claws only to fall off his circus ball and accidentally knocked himself out."

Nope.

Everyone experiences coming to the omniverse in the same way. They just wake up in the black void that eventually turns into the nexus (after speaking with Omni).

Shell Spin - You need to describe a little bit of what the shell looks like. Does this also act like a shield, or can he be damaged while in his shell like this? Not being able to go faster than your max speed is not an appropriate downside, come up with a better one please.

Fireball - medium sized fireball isn't descriptive enough, how large is the fireball? How much energy does this use, does he get tired quickly or slowly if he were to spam this move?

Changes to the Character History had been made.

For move one, Lemmy is the smallest Koopaling and has a small orange/yellow spiked shell. It acts like a shield but if something bigger were to hit him, he will be knocked back, quite hard as well. He could only go so fast before he hits something of a sudden wall in his way or like before, if he gets knocked back.

For move two, the fireball is the tricky part to describe. It starts as a small flame and grows to a medium one (as big as his little maw) but it does use up a considerable amount of energy from Lemmy since he's still trying to perfect his fire-breath at best. He will get tired out slowly if he spams it constantly which will have him panting in the end. Cooldown will be required if that is the situation before he can breathe fire again.

When a staff member asks for additional move details, you have to actually post the new move description including those details, for approval purposes.

As far as size goes, for fireball, "small" and "medium" need to be rough, actual sizes. Use feet or metres. Small and medium could mean basically anything.
Curious about me and the characters I play? See the 'Staff' page! See also the rosters for my characters Samus Aran or Enel if you'd like to see examples of well-formatted rosters. Hope you enjoy the Omniverse!

It's kinda hard to determine Lemmy's fireball size but I got something.

Shell Spin (300) (requires Physical Strength/Ranged Proficiency): An instantaneously melee-based attack which Lemmy retreats into his tough and spiky, but small Koopa shell. While inside, he has direct control of wherever direction he goes. During this, the shell acts like a shield and the real threat is his speed combined with strength that would be essentially be enough to possibly knockback weaker targets. Due to his small size, knockback and slamming into walls/bigger objects will cause him to ricochet off if not completely stop him.

Fireball (300) (requires Ranged Proficiency): A precise aim projectile attack which is slower than the first attack as it takes a window to three to five seconds to deliver on a six inches wide fireball on a target. Whenever distracted or unable to keep up, the Koopa won't be able to concentrate, easy for him to lose his flame or otherwise. This uses up a considerable amount of energy from Lemmy and over time, he will get tired out slowly especially if he spams it constantly and a brief ten second cooldown will be required before he can breathe fire again.

The Fireball seems kinda iffy in my head, what he's doing in that three-to-five seconds, given what you mentioned previously. Pretend I've never played the game. What's he doing? What does it look like? Is he charging up, then spitting a six-inch wide fireball?

Yeah, he is doing that. Charging up the fireball and then he spits it out.

Okay, so like:

Fireball (300) (requires Ranged Proficiency): A precise aim projectile attack. Lemmy takes about four seconds to charge up, then spits out a six-inch wide fireball towards a target. Lemmy can/can't do this while moving.

Please delete the "can/can't" bit as appropriate.
