Raise your monitor. You're a tall dude, probably over 6', right? I know for me that's a huge issue. I put a phone book under mine because it doesn't adjust high enough. My shoulder used to be a fiery, painful nightmare because office job. Now it still hurts frequently, but not nearly as much.

Funny, I hadn't seen this but I actually just did this last night while evaluating my whole desk and way of sitting. I'm a tall guy and so I crane my neck down a lot without realising. Definite improvement.

On a totally unrelated note ... I'm now moving house again in the next month (came here to post this). Just made my decision and I'll be pulling the trigger on my current place on monday. Soo ... yeah. I may be around less, if that's at all possible. New place is gonna be much more awesome though.

Gotta move out this week. Dealing with some incredibly worrying domestic behaviour. Had to call the cops on the guy living above me this morning and been getting harassed ever since. So I will likely be busy the next few days.

Thanks y'all. It is amusing in a way. This kind of thing has happened before. Bad stuff all seems to happen in one deluge. You deal with it by looking at the funny side. And being slightly mad.

Today I'm packing up everything save for a crappy netbook and clothes, bedding and food to last me until Sunday. So after today I won't have access to my normal computer and voice recognition software any more. So I may be doing a bit of lurking but it's very unlikely to be able to get much work done or answer any questions until early next week when I move in. Monday will be the first day I have to unpack stuff. Please be patient with the mods and with myself during this time.

May be until about wednesday before I get my compy up and working on this wireless. Fingers crossed. Hands have been hurting a lot from all the moving hence why I'm staying away til I can get my voice to text back up.

Gonna be moving to a new place soon. My own place, instead of living with family. Don't know how often I'll be online once this happens, until I get my own internet. But hopefully it won't take long.

I went to physiotherapy today and have been given a bunch of awesome ideas. Since I've moved to a different city, I now have to move over to a different hospital, which is probably not going to be instantaneous. But I'm positive about my chances for recovery.

I've mentioned this in the chat but I thought I should mention it here. I've mysteriously injured my foot the other day. While it's healing, it's still too weak to actually walk on. Basically have to get around by hopping on one foot. XD
So yeah, I'm staying in bed until I can walk again. So, don't be too shocked if I am inactive for a few days.
