Starting Moves: Tail (Physical, 300) - a six feet long tail, thick at its base and thins to a rounded tip. Usable for combat and generally as another limb.

Ki Blast (Ranged, 300) - By focusing his ki, Koola can form a volleyball-sized orb of lavender-rimmed energy in one of his palms. Driving his hand towards a target, Koola launches the charged energy and erupts in a three foot wide explosion on contact with a surface or opponent. It takes a brief second to reform the energy in between blasts, but he can chain these together by alternating his hands. This attack deals similar damage to a standard punch or kick, but can be utilized at a range of about one kilometer and moves as quickly as a bullet. The ease of this attack allows Koola to fire it while moving.

Looks good to me. The only small thing I'd mention is that if you want the meter-wide explosion that Cell has, you'll need Area Attack Proficiency. If you want to reduce it to 3 feet that would pass, otherwise you can hold off and buy it when you get more OM if you'd rather do that. I'll process the switch and give you the roster sheet sans move and if you want to make any changes in the move feel free to let me know here and I can approve it.

Sorry Mark, made a rookie error. Telekinesis has a bunch of prerequisites which I don't have, so I'll have to take that out. I'll post again once I've worked out how I'll spend it.

OK fully done now. I
- updated Ki Blast to include three feet as the explosion radius
- removed Telekinesis (don't have the prerequisites)
- used the remaining OM to purchase Remote Control Prof
