Yea, major apologies for taking this long. Been an annoying week plus things kept happening so I kept having to bother Nebula.

The siege is still ongoing and both Bowser and Darkloid are in play, but we're going to be moving towards PvP for you guys. You guys can determine a post order and/or post limit. My advice would be 1 post for each of you at 1000-ish words a piece.

This is going to be a PvP situation but still a story saga in general so myself or Nebula may or may not jump in when we need to.

Let's call the deadline Saturday night (11:59 PM EST) and everyone gets 1 post at 1,000 words. Normal SP and damage rules apply. After this fight, regardless of what happens, the story moves on.

Since I don't think I've blatantly stated this much, Ebony is primarily using the knockback variant of her elemental blast spell (or will until someone starts actually damaging her), and (should she summon her scythe) she's mostly going to hit with the blunt wooden pole from her scythe.

So, for clarification: Write her off as a scared 5ft tall girl in a cloak who doesn't want to fight you but probably will because Kuzu hurt her friend. So, no lethal force (lethal being something that could severly harm a normal person) on anyone who looks human (so darklings, maybe) unless you single her out.

Alright, again I'll repeat apologies for delay. I appreciate everyone that wrote! I haven't got to read everything in detail yet since the last update but I'm excited to buckle down and check it out. I'm gonna get with Shawn tonight, figure out the gameplan for the next 'stage' and get an update out no later than Friday. In a perfect world it'll be tomorrow, but I know I have a looong day at work tomorrow. Thanks again for the push, folks.

Coupla questions regarding the recent update.

-Is the SP recovering rounded up or rounded down? (I.e. if I'm level 3 do I recover 1 or 2 points of SP?)

-Will the Darklings allow us to just go and fight the Koopas?

-If you're allowed to reveal this, if we choose not to go through the portal is it pretty much guaranteed death?

You can round up. No biggie.

The Darklings want to take away your independence so you are just a really strong, mindless Darkspawn. Then they'll have you fight the Koopas. So, the answer is no, they aren't interested in working with you anymore until you are consumed 100% by darkness. They want your soul!

If you choose not to go through the portal, that's fine, I'll adapt, depending on what you want to do. If you want to just try and leave, you can try. I wouldn't say anything is a guaranteed death.
