Shadow Dragon Reborn
#1
"Did I... do it? Did I finally destroy the universe?" As Syn Shenron lied in the dark void surrounding him, he was wondering on what had happened. He thought that he was able to absorb all of the Dragon Balls and was able to destroy the universe as a form he was going to dub "Omega Shenron", though as he felt across his chest and head, and only felt his own Dragon Ball on the top of his head, it was obvious that that theory was not true. As he continued to try to figure out where he was, he saw a white silhouette approach him slowly, at which point Syn was angrily saying trying to say to him "Hey you, where the HFIL am I, and you better tell me, unless you want to be destroyed."

Although Syn's attempts to talk only came out as air, Omni seemed to understand what Syn was trying to say, and as Syn listened to Omni's explanation, he was slightly angry that there were rules that he would have to follow, as he mostly cared about simple destruction over the complex laws of society. As Omni created and sent a small orb of Omnilium at Syn Shenron, Syn simply grabbed the rainbow-colored ball and squeezed on it harder and harder, until breaking it and causing it to explode. After exploding, the bits of Omnilium within the rainbow ball flowed into the cracked Dragon Ball on Syn Shenron's head, giving him a slight feeling of power.

By the time Omni was finished explaining everything to the Shadow Dragon, Syn was completely furious on the fact that there were others like him in the Omniverse, and that he, and possibly them, would be able to revive anytime, as long as they interested Omni. Before he could start to charge a Negative Karma Ball and launch it at the silhouette, Omni had already left, and as his surroundings started to turn white, a big fountain spewing what looked like sand started to appear right in front of Syn. As the Shadow Dragon walked around a bit to see around the place, Syn quickly threw a punch at the air to try to feel how well he would be able to fight, and while the punch was much less fast than he expected, he felt that it would suffice for now.

After walking around for a few more minutes, Syn started to see a gate from the horizon, and while Syn was interested as he saw other Primes surrounding him, he ran torwards the gate, as he was curious on why a seemingly normal gate would be alone and surrounded by white flatness. As Syn ran as fast as he could across the white ground torwards the gate, he thought on what to do after he reached the gate, and the first thing that came to his mind would be trying to destroy the gate, since he did not know what else he could do with such a simple object.

After a hour and a half of running in the direction of the gate, Syn was frustrated that the gate only seemed a bit closer to the gate. While he continued to run around at the gate, he continued to punch and kick at the air to pass time, though all this did was anger him since he still had nothing or nobody around him to harm. After a few more minutes, Syn's anger reached his peak and he quickly screamed into the air before yelling out loud "I can't take it anymore! I demand someone, anyone to come near me and try to take me on, or I'll be sure to blast all of you into oblivion!"

"Really? You just got here, and you're already looking to die?"

Yuuka's words were smooth, but her intonation still failed to belie her amusement. She had been walking for quite some time herself, long enough she had since shed the bandages on her arms in favor of just leaving her bloodied sleeves on, though the exact number of steps she had taken was long since lost on her. Regardless, she had certainly not been expecting to trail... whatever she was now approaching at the beginning of her trip. Big, large, and a bit dumb looking, if you asked her.

To be honest, he had sort of run right on by her. But anyone could tell why- She was a 5'5" moderately overweight middle aged Japanese lady. He was an 8 foot tall dragon demon straight of of god knows what hell or underworld or alternate plane of reality. (Can I make it any more obvious?) There was such an obvious, critical difference between the two of them. But had such a thing ever stopped Yuuka? Hell no. She wasn't about to let a perfectly good challenge go to waste.

Still, as she oh-so-casually strolled up, closed parasol held with both hands behind her back, she looked like she'd never even heard of fear in her life. That smirk painted on her face. The way she held herself, not a thread of tension anywhere in her limbs. It was like she was greeting an old friend, or walking a nature trail. There was no need for her to overexert herself in simply approaching him.

"Credit where credit is due," though she wasn't truly paying attention to the Shadow Dragon's reactions, she continued her speech anyway. "I suppose it is only natural to want to test out those newfound abilities of yours as soon as you acquire them. But I would recommend a more nuanced approach." She wasn't sure what she was aiming for at the moment. She wasn't sure who she was facing at the moment. She wasn't sure what she was doing with her life at the moment.

She was sure she wanted this boredom gone any way she could have it leave her. And so there she stood, smiling upwards, not even making an attempt at a fighting stance as she confronted the new prime.

"Kazami Yuuka. A pleasure."

More like you are looking for a death wish, you old lady. I have faced people who have been able to destroy planets without even using all their power, but with how you look you could probably only carry a small boulder at most. I think this will only take a minute." As Syn started to adopt a fighting stance and listened to Yuuka, he was already thinking of what to do once he was finished killing this woman, since he was certain that he was going to win due to how in his world he was leagues beyond most mortals on Earth, and that this woman looked so weak in his eyes. The only things that Syn was annoyed at about her was her flower-like smell and her casual tone and stance.

After Yuuka casually gave Syn Shenron her name, the Shadow Dragon did the same, saying "And my name is Syn Shenron, though you will not need to know that where your going." At that point, Syn quickly rushed at the girl, intent on quickly launching the first blow, only to hit thin air as she casually floated into the air. As he continued to run below the woman she fired the first shots, launching a line of flower-shaped bullets at the Shadow Dragon. Syn Shenron however, was not scared, and as he sucked up air, he thought that these small bullets would be child's play compared to what he could do.

Surprisingly to the Shadow Dragon though, as he finished charging and started to exhale his Mystic Breath to blow these small bullets away from him, the bullets only seemed to be going slower from his breath, and upon being hit on the shoulder with one of the bullets, Syn reeled back a bit in pain, surprised that such a weak looking woman was able to pack so much of a punch in such a small blast. As Syn got back to standing still and regained his composure, he quickly started to charge up a huge amount of negative energy into the cracked Dragon Ball on his head.

After a couple of seconds of charging, and seeing the 4 foot in diameter ball of negative energy right in front of him, Syn was confident that it would be enough to knock the woman into the ground. As he launched the Negative Karma Ball at Yuuka, he said boldly "I was surprised that you were capable of creating such a powerful energy bullet that it would be unable for me to blow away, but I am sure this will be strong enough to launch you into the ground. Now take this! Negative Karma Ball!"

As the Shadow Dragon quickly launched the Negative Karma Ball at the woman, he quickly moved one hand forward in order to control the ball, and as he moved his hand at the old lady, the Negative Karma Ball slowly moved at 20MPH at Yuuka. As the Shadow Dragon moved the Negative Karma Ball at the girl, he counted the seconds as he moved the ball to make sure he would have enough time to hit the lady before he would lose control over the ball. As the time Syn Shenron counted reached 7 seconds, the ball of negative energy was finally above the woman, and as he quickly moved his hand downward, the ball of negative energy quickly smashed down on the woman.

After the ensuing implosion from the impact, Yuuka was quickly launched into the ground, Syn quickly rushed at her in order to unleash a couple of punches at her, and while Syn was starting to get tired from using so much energy, he still had enough in that he could still run around and fight. As Syn reached the girl and started to throw a few punches, the Shadow Dragon was surprised to have most of his punches be met by the lady using her parasol, though his first punch was able to land straight into her jaw. "How could you be so strong, that you could still fight me evenly even after my Negative Karma Ball? It's almost like your as strong as Goku!"

At Syn’s reply, Yuuka pursed her lips. "Oh. A man deluded by his grand achievements of the past." Still, her face turned again into her calm, bright smile- though at the same time she pulled her parasol from behind her back. ”You see, I think you misunderstand. Around here, who you were before doesn’t matter. But I’m sure you learn by experience, don’t you?”

She took to the air like it was walking, drifting upwards like a particularly floral helium balloon, drew a line with her parasol, and fired.

”I won’t be going anywhere. Really, didn’t you listen at all?” The Youkai sighed at her opponent, a bit exasperated. Her face was utterly deadpan as she hovered where she was in the air to listen to her opponent’s spiel about his attack. ”You know, bragging about it doesn’t make it stronger,” Yuuka mumbled, not paying too much attention to the movement of the sphere. She had snarky comments to make, why should she be paying attention to her opponent’s actions?

Still, she managed to open her parasol as the orb of energy came down on her. Though certainly not meant for any kind of defense, the feel of the impact through it told her what she needed to know. It wasn't something she could just take sitting down. She made her attempt at guiding the attack a bit through her parasol, but wasn’t terribly successful- though she shoved it and herself aside enough to avoid a direct hit, the glancing blow still sent her crashing to the white ground below.

Slowly, she staggered to her feet, bracing herself with her torn parasol. Closed her eyes. Closed the parasol. Breathe in. Breathe out. She opened her eyes in time to get decked right in the jaw by her opponent, which was… painful. Backpedaling one, two, three steps- pulling her parasol downwards, diagonally, to grab the other end with her left hand- her motions played to an unheard rhythm. Momentarily she paused to spit out a tooth, a spot of crimson red the first marking on the white floor around them.

It was at the same time painful and exhilarating.

Her chuckle at the Shadow Dragon’s compliment was breathy, her attention mostly taken with deflecting his blows with her parasol. ”I don’t know who or what this Goku is,” came her words, her feet slowly lifting off the ground as she spoke, ”but I wouldn't keep giving me ideas.” A smug grin drew itself on her face now, far more sinister than what she’d worn before- the look in her eyes no help either. She’d have to pen another name down on her bucket list of people to punch in the face.  But for now…

For now.

The clatter of her parasol against the ground as she dropped it likely came as a surprise, but she needed her hands. Once she was at eye level with Syn, she slammed her forehead hard into his brow. This was not the most effective plan of action- despite the fact it was certainly a hit, a purple bruise was beginning to bloom between her eyes, and one of the spikes lower on his face had cut open her chin. However, it was the followup that mattered- she grabbed his horns with both hands, shoving her feet into his thighs, and just pushed with all her strength.

Her mind quickly, repeatedly, mercilessly chanted at her that old adage, ”the bigger they are, the harder they fall.”

But she didn’t get out of this free. As opposed to toppling helplessly, the Shadow Dragon instead lashed out with some sort of thin beam attack as he fell- one which struck Yuuka right in her side. It didn’t hurt terribly, but it startled her into doubling over the moment her feet once again touched the earth, pressing her hands to the wound. When she pulled her hands away, she found them covered in blood. Instantly her nose turned up, face twisted to a grimace.

Her opponent’s impact with the ground was the only thing that shook her awake. Right, she couldn't space out yet. She stooped down a little further to retrieve her Parasol; now structurally damaged- notably bent in the middle, and took a couple hesitant steps forwards. Shaking breaths, in and out, in and out wracked her frame. She was unsure if it was anger, injury, or just pure adrenaline causing them. Once again, she pointed her parasol's tip towards him, a weak smile reappearing on her face despite the pain.

"Your move."

Not if I see you first.

Dane’s parting words echoed in the mind of the hell fairy as she made her way absently across the vast white expanse. What did he mean by that? She knew that he hid some sort of special meaning in his farewell, otherwise he wouldn’t have smiled that goofy grin.

“Well whatever!” she said to no one in particular, skipping along carelessly. There was no point thinking over it too hard, she had other things to do. Things like.... Clownpiece stopped mid-stride, a puzzled look crossing her face as she cast a quick glance around the Nexus. What do I want to do next? She folded her arms across her chest, thinking. “Find Cirno again” was the first thing to pop to mind, so she immediately decided on it. At least it was better than wandering around.

Find Cirno, maybe find more fairies, have fun. The hell-child hummed a short tune, pulling her phone out. First she needed to know where her chilly friend was. Her fingers slowly travelled over the mini-keyboard as she began to type, meticulously searching for and tapping each individual letter. A flurry of movement in her peripheral’s caught the lunatic fairy’s attention, and she tore her gaze away from the screen.

A pair of people scurried about not all that far in the distance. One of the combatants, a green-haired lady in a rather plain red dress, smashed her head against the second, an absolute behemoth of a youkai, pale as the moon, sending him reeling. She took full advantage of his momentary daze, grabbing hold of his horns and sweeping his legs out from beneath him. A lunatic grin spread across Clownpiece’s face as her head swung back to her screen. She typed up a storm, whipping up a quick, poorly-spelled message, and threw herself towards the scuffle.

“Your move.” She swiftly closed the distance, coming into range just in time to hear the woman speak two menacing words, pointing her umbrella threateningly at the dragon.

“Heh,” a small laugh escaped Syn, the orb on his head beginning to glow dimly. “I’m going to make you regret saying that...”

“We’ll se-”

CRACK

Yuuka’s threat was cut drastically short, her head snapping dangerously to the side as they were struck by a star-spangled missile. A heavy jolt rattled Clownpiece’s legs as her feet crashed into the flower youkai’s temple, throwing her across the Nexus floor. The youkai tumbled head over heels across the blankness, and the hell fairy hit the ground next to her, skidding to a halt safely on her feet. Without wasting a moment, she swivelled on her heel, turning to face the dragon-man, power welling up inside of her. Syn stared slack-jawed at the spectacle, the glowing light on his head fading away. Two orbs, one red and one blue, flew out from her body and hovered just above her head.

“You!” he exclaimed, pure malice to his voice. “How dare y-”

Another exclamation was tragically interrupted, as two brilliant beams of light shot out from the orbs and slammed against the dragon’s chest in an instant. The mountain of a monster was thrown clear off his feet as the lasers seared his skin, and for a brief moment, Clownpiece was the only one left standing on the field.

“That was a cheap shot,” came a venom-laced voice, sounding out from just behind the blonde child. She whipped around to face it, lashing out with her torch, and almost immediately her arm was caught, a soft hand with a monstrous grip stopping her strike dead in its tracks. A small jolt of pain coursed through the little fairy’s arm. It was like she’d just punched a brick wall. “Though I wouldn’t expect anything less from a fairy.” There was a calm menace to the youkai’s tone, and a deceptively friendly grin painted her face. She released her grip on Clownpiece’s arm, and before the fairy had any time to react, she swung her leg up and around, driving it into her side.

Pain split the girl’s side, and a shaking cough escaped her lungs along with her breath. Yuuka’s terrifying strength threw her across the blank landscape, even further than what the infernal fae’s own flying kick had done. She crashed into the ground and rolled to a halt.
“Now, let's get back to business, shall we?” The flower spirit said, nonchalantly turning back towards the dragon.

“Looking down on fairies, huh?” Clownpiece’s unsteady voice rose up from her sore throat, and she shakily pushed herself up to her feet. “I’m Clownpiece, the most terrifying fairy of hell!” she stared right at Yuuka, a fire lighting in her eyes. “And I’ll drive both you and that stupid dragon to the depths of lunacy!”

As Cirno heard her tablet buzz she pulled it out of her bag only to see that it was from Clownpiece. She read the poorly read message before looking at Daiyousei. "Im heading back to help Clownpiece from getting her butt kicked." Daiyousei nodded slowly knowing that there was little she could do to stop the head strong fairy from killing herself.

"J-just don't get in over your head Cirno. I would rather not have to deal with your death on my mind." Cirno looked at the fairy before giving a gentle smile.

"I'll survive don't you worry Dai-chan I can take hits better than most fairy's can if you recall." At this point the ice fairy of the misty lake had put her tablet away in a satchel and took to the sky's in the nexus looking for this fight. Daiyousei saddened always at the leaving of the ice fairy.

Once Cirno had reached the battle she kept her distance thinking how she was going to do this. Clownpiece was clearly gaining the attention of two youkai. The flower youkai clearly enjoying almost knocking out the hell fairy. Cirno heard Clownpiece say something as she slowly got up from her downed position. "I’ll drive both you and that stupid dragon to the depths of lunacy!”

Cirno got a bright idea as she started to create a Icicle bomb. It formed in her hands waiting for the 'fuse' to be lit. Yuuka started to speak again after firing some flower danmaku at the dragon. "I will enjoy beating up both of you." Cirno gave a battle cry as she dive bombed the ultimate sadistic creature slamming right into the gut. "Gah! What hit me?!"

The Youkai was clearly confused by the turn of events only to see a certain ice fairy. She could see the fairy back pedal away from her hands open still with the annoying smile and a full of them self voice. "Ah yes its the local ice idiot." She tapped her hand with the bent parasol showing a cruel smile. She started to walk forward minding the ball of ice.

"I'm Cirno the strongest fairy; and the person who calls someone a idiot is the idiot!" She proudly proclaimed and as if the icicle bomb was waiting for a que it blew up giving Cirno and Yuuka some cuts and scrapes. Cirno had quickly started to form icicles to give Clownpiece some time to recuperate if only a couple seconds of energy. "Clownpiece you ready to help teach these people that fairy's are the strongest?"

Clownpiece gave a wicked smile as she nodded and began to help Cirno in the battle. While Cirno had never exactly hated youkai and human's that pretty much changed when the great fairy wars happened. She had her greatest battles there beating Marissa even something only a select few could boast. It was also one of the few events she clearly remembered due to the spite against the three fairy's of light blowing up her house.

Cirno was about to fire some icicles before she got hit. She was knocked back rolling before getting up looking around for the cause of the attack only to see the dragon smiling in joy. "OW OW OW fucking hell that hurt." As she took a good long look at the flower youkai something seemed to click in her head. "Are you a fairy or were one? I'm not sure but something about you seems off."

The Flower master of four seasons did not look too happy about this revelation from the ice fairy. She smiled at the fae causing all sorts of danger meters to go off. "I'm going to enjoy beating you to a pulp bug." Yuuka said this with as much kindness as the ultimate sadistic creature has normally. Cirno had finally gotten her icicles up and running and started to fire upon the flower girl.

While not exactly the strongest they were in great numbers because as uncle Stalin always says "Quantity has a quality all its own." Not used to such high numbers from a ice fairy of all people she easily gets a few hits on her before its a game of dodging. Cirno had before the fight created two spell cards for this occasion. The ice fae dodged to the side as some flower danmaku was sent her way using her extreme speed to dodge it with ease.

Proudly Cirno proclaims her greatest achievement to the world. "Marissa lost to me. I will not lose to some stupid flower youkai." She didn't care if people didn't believe her; she beat her fair and square. Her attention was fully on Yuuka leaving her clearly open to attacks from any side.

As Syn Shenron got up from being thrown onto the ground from Yuuka, the Shadow Dragon released a small laugh, as he was no longer bored from walking around in the Nexus. While he was angry that there were people who were as powerful as him in the Omniverse, which could end up being hazardous to his living in the long run, he was beginning to think that if people around here were as naturally as strong as he was here, then he could only imagine the heights of what powers he could reach. As he began to charge energy into the cracked Dragon Ball on top of his head, he said to Yuuka "I’m going to make you regret saying that..."

Before he could create the second Negative Karma Ball however, Syn Shenron had to quickly put the energy back into his body, as two other fighters surprised him as they appeared without his or Yuuka's notice. "You! How dare y-" Before Syn could continue talking however, the first of the two people, some sort of fairy-like creature in stars and stripes, blasted him with beams that came out from the two orbs that she created. As he had gotten up from his second time from being knocked down, Syn was once again trying to to charge his Negative Karma Ball, but at that moment, the second person, another fairy person with wings of ice, interrupted them.

At that point, Syn Shenron could not take it anymore. As Cirno finally made her move and started to fire what appeared to be icicles at both him and Yuuka, Syn quickly said "Oh just shut up and let us fight!" Before beginning to hold his breath for a few seconds. By the time he was finished charging his breath for the Mystic Breath, he quickly started blowing a thin and powerful stream of air once again, this time at the icicles that the "Strongest Fairy". Luckily, and not like what had happened with Yuuka's attack, the icicles were very easily blown back by Syn, and while the ice fairy was easily able to dodge the blown back icicle that she had originally thrown, as it continued to get blown back, it eventually hit Clownpiece, who was currently fighting Yuuka.

As the ice hit Clownpiece, she immediately turned around at Cirno, assuming that she had been the one to have thrown the icicle at her, and as the two had started bickering at each other over what happened, Syn quickly took his chance. With very quick speed, Syn Shenron quickly charged up and fired a big volley of Negative Finger Beams at the two fairies, and while the two fairies have managed to dodge most of them, the Shadow Dragon had managed to land a blow on Clownpiece on her left leg, and a blow on the ribbon Cirno was wearing, ending off charred as it fell to the floor.

"Take that as a warning for what's to come if you don't leave our battle. Stay here, and you will be sure t-"

Before Syn could finish his sentence, Yuuka, who Syn had at the time he had been neglecting for a bit due to the fairies, had managed to fly behind the Shadow Dragon, and as she charged and fired another volley of flower-shaped bullets at the Shadow Dragon, Syn was unable to move out in time from the blast, and as he was sent out by the blast, Clownpiece managed to follow up on the opportunity by firing Hellfire at him, which ended up burning him up a bit as he stayed in the flames.

"Oh, that is enough, all of you! I wanted this to be a simple one on one fight, but all of you have been teaming up on me! You all can just go to HFIL together!" At that point, Syn had once again started to charge energy into the cracked Dragon Ball on top of his head, while Yuuka and the two fairies were still dealing with each other. As the Shadow Dragon continued to charge the Negative Karma Ball, not only was he expressing anger on how he managed to be sneaked up upon by the original woman who he was fighting, but he was also furious at the two fairies, who have not only been annoying him, but one of them have also shown enough power to keep moving after a powerful Negative Finger Beam. By the time he had finished charging his attack, Syn Shenron had only one last thing to say.

"Now take this! Negative Karma Ball!

Seriously. Seriously? Could this day get any stranger?

She was being bombarded by fairies. This was not a horribly unusual thing in Yuuka's life, as Mugenkan had contained a great many, not even speaking of the ones in the Garden of the Sun. The horribly unusual part was that she was now seemingly evenly matched with these fairies. Ones she thought she had surpassed so long ago. A pang of uncomfortable weakness struck her mind at the same time Cirno's danmaku struck her square in the shoulder blades and legs. A shiver ran up her spine, as she found herself- cold? Full of loathing? She wanted to say it was the latter, but feared she was lying to herself.

Unfortunately, this train of thought was cut short again by her being blasted to the ground once more by Negative Karma Ball, her parasol hitting the dirt to her side. Man. Dodging was not a skill she had perfected.

With her breathing beginning to sound ragged as she stood up once more, Yuuka took mental note of how sore her head was starting to get from this constant series of impacts with the floor. She hadn't been paying much attention to the fairies at the time, but she didn't really care. Luckily, though Syn was now stomping over in her direction, the fairies weren't focusing on her for the moment she was face down on the ground again. Letting the Shadow Dragon approach, she pulled herself up into a kneel on one knee. As he swung a fist down to finish her, she shot one to the other side.

It couldn't have possibly hurt him as much as it surprised him. But what mattered was that it actually made him miss. Not wasting the opportunity, she pulled her arms in and rolled a couple feet to the side, grasping at her parasol like a greedy child.

This time she didn't bother to correct her posture from horizontal until she was already slightly airborne. Shaking her head a bit, and rubbing her injured temple with the hand not holding her parasol, she recomposed herself. She'd taken some serious blows to the skull- and she was bleeding from cuts on her shoulder and leg, not to mention the burn on her abdomen. That wouldn't help her concentration. The sound of the confrontation continuing around her already bothered her. But she couldn't let herself look weak- that was tantamount to social suicide.

Instead, she pulled her smile back to life once more. "I think if I had any sanity left- though I'm doubtful- I've already had it knocked out of me today." It was calm, casual banter in Clownpiece's direction. She now took her time to rearrange herself in the air to a fully standing position, before touching down on the ground again. "And as for that claim," Yuuka's eyes moved to Cirno now, still full of malice, "why not come back when you've beaten that beggar of a shrine maiden?" Not that Yuuka had done it more than once or twice herself.

Flicking her parasol again to resummon her bullets and pausing a moment to think, she continued. "Speaking of which," she spoke as the wider than usual spread bullets fired in the vague direction of the fairies, "If we're playing Danmaku, shouldn't we be taking bets on something?"

Everything seemed to pause for half a second as that statement settled. Not long enough for her to avoid another punch from Syn coming from behind, though, which threw her away a bit as it clocked her in the side despite her best attempts to block.

Yuuka clicked her tongue as she got back to her feet.

Her gentle ascent several inches into the air was potentially threatening, but she used the distraction of her suggestion to make up some time for it. Halting and tilting her head to the left, she dodged a Negative Finger Beam aimed for her face- though it still left a deep red burn mark on her ear and sent a single lock of her hair falling to the ground. She paused. Breathed in. Opened her Parasol once again. Breathed out. Pulled what focus she had left to the very tip-

"Well. I suppose there's no reason to decide on what yet. Not before I win." A line of light drew itself through the air, like the bead of a sniper. The point landed somewhere far behind the other three. "Master-"

For what it was worth, Cirno and Clownpiece had both seen this attack enough to know to immediately make an attempt to dodge or fire back.

The rest of the incantation was drowned out by the noise of magic.

A thin beam of light pierced the air through the trio, shimmering splendidly. It wasn’t the rainbow display she’d seen before, but still Clownpiece felt her blood run cold, the color falling away from her face. She didn’t need to hear the incantation to know what was coming, but she did anyway.

“Master-” Yuuka’s incantation cut through the silence of the nexus.

“Ice Sign!” It was almost immediately met by Cirno’s own. The hell fairy’s eyes briefly flicked over to her chilly rival, who’d planted herself firmly on the ground, arms extended dramatically out in front of her.

“Spark!”

“Icicle Fall!”

Their two declarations finished almost simultaneously, and panic seized Clownpiece’s heart. The fairy desperately hurled herself to the side just as the laser struck, and for a brief moment, she was engulfed by the blinding light. Searing agony coursed through the little girl’s body, the magical beam burning her with a heat she’d known only in hell. The split-second that she was caught in the blast felt like an eternity, but finally the fairy was thrown free, flopping to the ground just barely out of range. A loud humming sounded from just behind where she lay, the voice of the laser, still shining brilliantly.

Clownpiece shakily pushed herself to her feet, every inch of her body burning painfully. A small fire chewed away at one of the fringes of her now-scorched dress, which was quickly patted out. She slowly lifted into the air, spinning around unsteadily to watch the super showdown. Just in time too, as the white beam faded away as she turned to look. Right in the center of it all stood Cirno, outfit burnt and hair looking rather frazzled, and on the other end was Yuuka, dress torn and skin alike torn up from the ice fairy’s icicles. Both of them wobbled where they stood, holding up for a moment, before collapsing onto the ground.

“I win!” Clownpiece cheered, swinging her torch up and over her head, only to have her celebration rudely interrupted as a new bout of searing pain bloomed in her side. A short, sharp exclamation escaped the child as she was knocked just barely to the side.

“Not yet,” came a growling voice from her side, and she whipped around the face it, clutching at her side as she floated backwards and out of reach. Syn surged forward, closing the gap between himself and the fairy of hell quickly, but not quickly enough. Her free hand shot forward as she began to channel her hellish magic. Infernal fire sparked to life in her palm, and a gout of plasma streamed forward, washing over the charging dragon. A garbled exclamation of some sort escaped Syn, and he changed course, throwing himself to the side in an effort to escape the flames.

That momentary distraction was all the blonde girl needed, and she dropped her hand back down the her side, fire petering out. The dragon stumbled to a halt just as she began to channel her own magic. In a battle of charging, there was no doubt that his faster attack would keep her from doing anything, so she needed an ally. A short burst of hellfire erupted from the ground beneath Clownpiece, splitting the emptiness of the nexus, before quickly fading away and revealing the form of a small girl, clad in a white dress with brown hair. Elaborate black and red butterfly wings jutted out from her back, and she carried a hellish sunflower in her arms.

“There’s more!?” Syn shouted incredulously, his concentration faltering for a moment.

“This is what you get for underestimating us fairies!” Clownpiece yelled back, arrogantly dropping out of the sky and planting herself onto the ground next to her hell fairy ally. “Hi!” She added as a quick aside, turning to face her.

“Um, hi?” Her brown-haired comrade responded, wearing a bewildered look. A purple arc burned through the air, and the hell fairy’s pale visage was dyed under a magenta light. Instantly, all that confusion and hesitation she wore was wiped away, replaced with a look of madness.

“Don’t you dare ignore-” Syn started, and Clownpiece’s eyes flicked over to him just in time to see him raise his hand again. In an instant, the black-winged fairy hurled herself at him, a childish giggle rising up from her like some sort of demented war cry. “-me?” The shadow dragon finished just in time for the hell-child’s tiny frame to slam into his chest full force. The star-spangled girl’s mouth turned up in a cocky grin as Syn reeled backwards, and the lunatic flame of her torch began to glow brighter. A powerful hand slammed onto Clownpiece’s shoulder, and she nearly jumped out of her skin.

“Never leave your back turned.”

As Cirno planted her feet into the ground as she pulled out a spell card causing it to freeze up and shatter before a momentary boost of power was given to her. "ICE SIGN ICICLE FALL!" As she said those words Yuuka's Master Spark fired upon her; both spell cards ready and willing to beat the other into submission. They both missed each other's attack one willing to eat through the strongest metals and youkai, and the other willing to cut and tear through the opponent.

The ice fae screamed out in pain as the last icicles left her hands cutting into the youkai of flowers. Once both attacks had finished there runs both the ice fairy and the youkai wobbled for a second before falling over. Cirno never gave up on her wide grin. Once she fell water started to come out of her and she was pretty much effectively out for the count. Clownpiece was getting cocky that she was the only one of the three still standing. A few minutes later and Yuuka was back up putting her name of ultimate sadistic creature to use.

Cirno was left effectively alone and was barely moving her hair frazzled, her bow gone . . . "m-my bow is gone?" she started to tear up at the memory's that single bow held. The ice fae felt something inside of her break as it was one of the few items that she truly cared about; those being her dress and her bow. She felt herself get up and felt completely angry as she started to laugh without pause.

She pushed her body to the limits as she created a Icicle bomb and threw it into the group of three people. Clownpiece saw it and started to freak out moving backwards. Cirno was soon attacked by a hell fairy before she started to fire upon the fairy at point black range causing the hell fae to retreat. She saw the icicle bomb blow up and the three scatter trying to escape the explosion radius right before it blew. Cirno laughed with cruelty as she didn't care anymore.

She turned to face the dragon and smiled with cruelity. "Lets dance . . ." As Syn readied another volley of negative finger beams she had using her max speed to get pointblank and started to fire upon him causing him to try to dodge them. the ice fairy laughed as he started to back peddle to the left and to the right for about ten feet before retaliating.

She wanted to kill him for burning her bow off, she wanted to freeze his mouth and his eyes causing him to go blind. She smiled as she pulled out her second spell card before deciding to wait till Yuuka and Syn were both in direct range of her spell card. Someone slammed a hand on her shoulder causing her to start to shake as she knew most likely who it was.

She broke through her fear and started to get distance from the two before flashing a grin. She got some distance into the sky as she turned around to see the two primes fight each other. She pulled out her last Spell card and froze it before shattered it; while laughing as she called out her spell card upon Yuuka and Syn, her eyes becoming a white with her hair. Her arms extended fully out dramatically as if she is trying to give the attack more flair than what it's worth. "ICE SIGN ICICLE FALL!" two streams of icicles came out of her hands as she aims for hitting both.

As Syn got back up from being knocked down from the Ice Sign Icicle Fall attack, Syn Shenron was starting to feel pain from every single point of his body, due to the attacks from the Master Spark, both Icicle Falls, the Icicle Bomb, and the tackle from the fairy, as well as all the injuries before all accumulating up. After he tried to stay up, only to fall to his knees in pain, Syn cursed at the own idea that these 3 women were bringing him to the verge of death, and even though the girls seemed to have accumulated a bunch of damage as well, they were a lot better off then the Shadow Dragon.

Eventually, Syn finally managed to get up and stay up, and at that point he began to make his last stand, intending to at least take one of the women down with him if he was going to die. As he ran at Yuuka, he began to fire multiple Negative Finger Beams, trying to hit her into submission, though all he managed to do was hit her once in the shoulder, causing her to drop her parasol in pain. At this moment, Syn quickly reached up to the woman, and while she was beginning to fly into the air, Syn Shenron quickly grabbed her by her legs and dragged her down to give her a quick headbutt in the face.

"Hah, I may or may not be going down, but if I am, then at least I will be taking you with me! Now take this!" Upon finishing what he had to say, Syn Shenron quickly threw Yuuka to the ground face-up, before kicking her in the gut multiple times, but before he could finish the job he was distracted by one of Clownpiece's Stripes, grazing his chest as it flew by. As Syn turned his attention on Clownpiece, he launched a psychotic smirk on the fairy, as the light on her torch had begun to make him more aggressive at everything around him.

Now rushing at Clownpiece, Syn quickly launched a quick punch, only to be met with air as Clownpiece quickly dodged it, before swooping down and swinging at the Shadow Dragon's gut with her torch. After barely stopping himself from falling, Syn Shenron quickly turned around and tried to fire another Negative Finger Beam at the fairy, managing to hit her right leg this time with the beam. As he once again lunged at the fairy, Syn was stopped as Cirno flew right in front of him and started to charge another Icicle Bomb.

As Cirno charged the Icicle Bomb, intent to harm the Shadow Dragon, Syn had quickly started to hold his breath, to try to blow her attack before it was too late. As she launched the Icicle Bomb, the Shadow Dragon quickly blew his Mystic Breath, and as the bomb was exploding, both Cirno and Syn ended up being cut by the ice shards released by the blast, giving the Shadow Dragon cuts all across his body and basically ruining Cirno's dress. As the Shadow Dragon quickly screamed in pain, he quickly said "How could that still hurt!? I blew the attack at you and it ends up ripping us both up! That's it, I was planning on taking Yuuka with me, but I guess the 'Strongest Fairy' is going instead!"

At that point, Syn Shenron quickly threw multiple punches at Cirno, quickly hitting her in the gut before she could fly away. Syn was still not done with her yet though, and after launching a loud roar Syn fired off the last two Negative Finger Beams he could muster, hitting her in both of her arms. As Cirno yelled in pain from the impact, Syn quickly rushed at her and delivered multiple punches at the ice fairy, not caring if he hit anymore. With one last punch, the Shadow Dragon quickly gave a uppercut to Cirno's gut, sending her upward.

Thankfully for Cirno, at this moment she began to fly again, and as Syn tried to get her down by insulting her, he was met by the parasol of Yuuka, though he was able to block the parasol with his hands. As the two once again exchanged fists, Syn said to her "I have to admit, after you three managed to push me so far as to use two different Negative Karma Balls, I have begun to doubt myself about being the strongest. But I still want to make you or those two fairies fall, and even if I die, just know that I will be back,
and I will kill you.

Yuuka looked like she'd been in a tangle with a shredder.

Her breathing was starting to become labored, even pained. The cold air and tiny airborne shards behind the icy attack had torn into her throat like sandpaper, sending her into a weak coughing fit as her lungs tried to adapt to the cold. She asked herself how many times she had frozen to death and died in the winter. How many times, and yet she was still made a fool of like this?

Being kicked while she was down was adding insult to injury. Or, injury to injury. Syn had most certainly broken a couple of her ribs. By the time she was upright, she was coughing blood, though she was unsure if it was from the cuts inside her throat from the ice shards or the massive internal bleeding from her lungs being impaled. She decided on "both, probably," and shook her head as she righted herself to go on fighting.

Rapidly she realized her parasol was doing a grand total of nothing of note against Syn. Still, it was mindless- she continued for far longer than she needed to, given the circumstances. But she was caught off guard by something she had not taken into consideration- the fairy previously summoned by Clownpiece. Yuuka hadn't thought her much of a challenge, but her mistake rapidly dawned on her as both she and Syn were bathed in excruciating flame courtesy of the fairy's hands.

As her arms pulled themselves over her face, she thought grimly that at least maybe this had cauterized those wounds.

When the fire cleared, she could see that the majority of her sleeves had been completely disintegrated by the heat. Syn didn't seem to be faring particularly well either, but he had taken the hit better than she had. However, as he hadn't had time to cover his face, he was still a bit blinded by the light from the fire. This, Yuuka realized, was just about the definition of a chance. Taking it in her teeth, she bit down on the handle of her parasol until she tasted iron.

Not waiting a moment for the fairy to recover from the attack, Yuuka grasped her hard by the wrist. Though muffled, she managed something that sounded vaguely like "Those had best not be from my Garden of the Sun," directed at the fairy, obviously in reference to her sunflowers. She did her best to smile when delivering this question. Yes, she was aware they definitely were not, but she was just teasing.

The fairy, for her part, did a wonderful job of looking just as terrified and confused as Yuuka wanted her to.

Though she struggled and kicked, Yuuka easily grabbed the fairy's feet every time she neared landing a blow. But there was no time to torment her- it would be silly to do so anyway. Instead, Yuuka did the next best thing. She wound up, dug herself into the ground, and whipped the fairy in a throw directed straight at Clownpiece herself.

Once the fairy left her hands, she opened her mouth and caught her parasol in her right. Of course, Yuuka didn't know the meaning of opening her mouth quietly, so she felt the need to say something. "Return to sender." She spoke with a smile that told everyone she knew how bad that one was. And then she immediately started coughing again.

Sadly, the moment she got the sweet satisfaction of the two hell fairies bowling into each other, her train of thought was cut off. By a swing at the side of her head from Syn, no less. Though she caught the punch with her left hand, it still bumped into her a little bit, which was quite unpleasant. "Oh, you're still alive," she stated, almost disappointedly, before adding a "for now."

But she didn't need to wait long. Presumably still outraged from the bow thing, Cirno had found it in herself to fire another couple of icicles at the Shadow Dragon. As he turned to give her another quip about how much he wanted to kill the fairy or whatever- Yuuka had not been paying much attention, finding it laughable he was even trying- the youkai lifted herself into the air once more. With those two in their own scuffle now, there was just one more that she needed to take care of.

Thankfully Clownpiece's outfit amounted to painting herself with a bullseye. More thankfully, she was still bickering somewhat with that fairy friend of hers that had been flung into her. Yuuka smiled as she lined up the shot once more, this time more directly at the two. If it grazed the two below her, that was just a bonus.

"Master Spark."

Clownpiece’s gaze jumped away from her fairy ally for a brief moment, turning towards Yuuka just in time to watch as she raised up her parasol, taking steady aim at her. All color drained from the girl’s face. Something about the youkai’s posture just screamed danger. Running solely on instinct she whipped back around to face her new friend, grabbing hold of her shoulders.

A look of panic crossed the hell fairy’s face as Clownpiece spun them both in place, swinging the brown-haired child around and through the path of the oncoming Master Spark. The greater fairy strained as she dragged the struggling girl around with all her might, whipping her entirely out of the way. The fairy was sent sailing out of the line of fire, and Clownpiece dropped her torch to her side, lifting her left arm towards her green-haired adversary, infernal heat welling up in her palm.

“Master Spark,” Yuuka announced in a dangerously casual tone, a thin shimmering beam piercing through the air just a few inches to Clownpiece’s left. The infernal fae clenched her teeth, focusing only on channeling her hellfire.

“What, giving up already?” The flower youkai asked with a cruel laugh, “Well, that’s just no fun.” As soon as that was said, the silent humming of the thin beam became a full-blown roar in the brightly-clad fairy’s ears. A conflagration straight from the depths of hell burst forth from her palm, spilling forwards. The two attacks slammed against each other, and after only a mere second of contact, the brilliant laser overpowered the hellfire, extinguishing it.

Absolute agony enveloped Clownpiece. Her mouth twisted open in a wordless scream as luminescent heat assaulted her, and suddenly, it all just cut off. The white and blue glow that had all but consumed her vision disappeared, replaced once again by the blank Nexus sky. A flurry of movement in the corner of her eyes caught her attention, and the fairy forced herself to face it, burnt skin cracking as she turned. Two radiant lasers, white and red, seared a path through the sky. Just below them was Yuuka, plummeting to the ground, a new hole burned through the torso of her shirt.

Clownpiece cracked a grin, and suddenly all the energy left her body. Unable to hang in the air anymore, she too collapsed, crashing onto the floor. Her breath was driven out of her lungs, and jolts of pain coursed through every muscle, all spurred on by her rough landing. She took in a deep, ozone-infused breath, her chest burning, and slowly pushed up to her feet. Every inch of her body ached with a hellish torment, her lungs burned with every breath she took, and her dress hung off her tiny frame in tatters, but she was still kicking.

Across the battlefield from her, Yuuka shakily rose to her feet. A manic, toothy grin slowly spread across Clownpiece’s face as she stared straight at her adversary, the lunatic flame of her torch growing brighter. The flower youkai marched forward undaunted, eyes firmly fixed on the hell fairy. A black and white missile shot down from the sky and slammed full force into the green-haired girl, throwing her off balance just enough to topple her. Without missing a beat, the frenetic fairy floated back, putting herself just out of range.

Yuuka slowly and deliberately rose back up, a furious smile on her lips. Her eyes flicked back and forth between both fairies, shooting both of them a look that could kill. Clownpiece responded with an unsteady wave of her torch, grin still plastered to her face. A maddening purple glow spilled over the youkai, and there was a subtle shift to her gaze. She lifted her battered parasol up, pointing it towards the star-spangled fairy.

No,” a simple whisper, thrown at the youkai’s shoulder, was enough to throw off her concentration. She flinched, her head instinctively jerking to the side as she turned to the sound. Noticing this small hesitation, the white-clad hell fairy swooped forward, one arm extended and pouring a weak stream of hellfire over Yuuka. Her assault was put to a stop almost immediately, a black beam of energy slamming into her side. Clownpiece’s eyes flicked over to the culprit, quickly finding Cirno, struggling in Syn’s grasp.

“I didn’t mean to!” the frigid girl shouted, before bashing the back of her head against the dragon’s face.

Yuuka took full advantage of the fairies’ mutual distraction, dropping her parasol and lunging for the off-balance nuisance. Her hand closed around the brown-haired girl’s leg, and in an instant, she violently dashed her against the ground.

“That’s one less pest to deal with,” the youkai said nonchalantly, turning her gaze to Clownpiece as she let go of the unconscious fairy. “Two more to go.”

As Syn grabbed Cirno's neck he smiled as he started to choke the life out of her. Cirno gave a attempt to catch him off guard by firing a icicle at his stomach only to start flailing her arms catching the hell fairy off guard hitting them and causing them to get confused. "I didn't mean too!" She gave a sad look to Clownpiece as she truly didn't mean to hit them.

As the free for all was finally finishing up the ice fae finally ran out of adrenaline leaving her rage as the only thing keeping her from falling over and just giving up. "I'm not dying by the likes of you!" She went through her memory's of her past as she struggled against the clearly stronger melee wise prime.
Quote:Flash back
Cirno was sitting near Letty as the two of them were talking about the misty lake resident's time away from the yuki-onna. Letty looked at Cirno "Cirno what does strength mean?"

Cirno took a couple seconds as she thought about it before coming to a very clear conclusion. "Its the power to beat people up!" Letty whiterock chuckled as the ice fairy was brimming with enthusiasm.

"Well that is one way of thinking about it. But true strength is being able to help others no matter who or what they are, and protecting those who are too weak to do so themselves."  Cirno was taking a few minutes to let these words sink in fully and then laughing as she trusted the yuuki-onna's judgment above all else.

"Alright I trust you Letty, now I'm going to see Daiyousei!" Cirno waved to the youkai as she left. Letty sighed as she loved the ice fae like it was her daughter; it's just it's just that Cirno is gaining too much power too quickly. Letty was not ready for the ice fae to grow up.
Quote:Flashback over now back to the fight

Cirno started to cry as she grinned. "Good and evil what is it but a outlook on life? I have the greatest sin of all. Living too long for my own good." She felt her body drop as a stripe hit Syn right in the gut. She took this moment to get the heck out of dodge. Cirno felt extreme pain from not only the Master Spark, but the laser's, ice, and much more.

"Fairys are made from a single part of nature mine is Ice. I was born during the very first ice age's. I saw a single person during that period they said a single word to me; Cirno. I don't know if Cirno was a derogatory term or a compliment but I will never know. I have seen you filth." She looked at both Yuuka and Syn with fair hatred.

"Kill each other for stupid reasons, you especially are a grave contender of this sin." She pointed a threating finger at them. "You kill others for fun, you must be truly cruel to decide that one's life is not as important as yours. She almost screamed in anger at the two of them only to get a whack from the parasol from Yuuka. The ice fae quickly tossed her script out the door as she moved her arms to keep from falling over only to be grabbed from her right arm by the USC.

"Come talk to me when you are actually strong ice fae." Cirno felt her body be tossed while she had not the energy to use her flight as a means of slowing down the descent. Cirno didn't want to get back up and fight. I mean what was the point of fighting if you always lost against everyone.
"L-letty I want to go home!" While Cirno was a age old creature she was still but a child among youkai mentally. Yuuka didn't have anything bad to say really about she just shook her head.

"Letty . . . yea she is someone that exists I guess." She then get a icicle to the face from the ice fae causing her to fall backwards and hit her head.
Cirno was red faced as she felt her exhaustion overcome her anger causing her to sit down as she breathed slowly her breath creating puffs of cooled air. Soon Yuuka was back up and she looked quite annoyed. "One left." Everyone was up and ready to beat each other into a pulp before they too collapsed from the exhaustion that the fight had brought. Everyone looked ready to finish this fight, the fight was in its final chapter's nearing the conclusion.

Clownpiece’s chest heaved with ragged gasps, her eyes flicking from one figure to the next. Cirno, her friend and rival for this fight, had all but collapsed, breathing heavily from where she laid on the blank Nexus floor. Not far from her was an even more collapsed form, if that was even possible. The white clad hell fairy she’d summoned, unconscious, her breaths short and shallow. She glanced over to Yuuka next and began to pour some of her power into her torch.

The flower youkai leaned heavily on her parasol, barely standing, but still wearing that same, calmly cruel expression on her face. And finally, there was Syn, still towering over everyone else on the battlefield, but seeming much smaller than he had awhile ago. There were still two enemies standing, but Clownpiece had one last trick up her sleeve.

“Cirno!” The infernal fairy let out a short, sharp yell, turning back to the frigid girl.

“Wha...” Cirno mumbled tiredly, lifting her head up. Surprised by the sudden shout, Yuuka also turned to face the hell fairy. A vibrant, purple light streaked through the air, casting its glow into the eyes of both of them. Clownpiece’s mouth turned up in a tired, but still arrogant grin as madness took hold in both of them. Cirno scrambled back to her feet with clumsy, tired movements. Her body was overtaxed, but the restlessness that took hold of her mind drive her on anyway.

In the same instant, Yuuka lifted her parasol towards the hell fairy, her casual facade finally breaking, replaced with a scowl, her teeth bared in anger. Straining her legs beyond what they should be doing, Clownpiece launched herself forward, coming up past the tip of the parasol in an instant. Flowery bullets shimmered into existence just behind her, and the youkai who created them attempted to stumble back, caught mid-attack. A solid thunk echoed out from her skull as burning wood slammed into her temple, and she collapsed like a sack of bricks.

Taking in a shaky breath, Clownpiece planted her feet firmly into the ground, and turned to face the remaining two. The hulking dragon-man crossed his arms over his chest, marching forward as he did his best to protect himself from the barrage of icicles Cirno threw at him. Magical power welled up in the blonde child, and her right arm crossed over her chest.

“Hey!” Mustering up the last of her breath, Clownpiece shouted at Syn. The dragon stumbled for a moment, a spared a quick glance towards the impudent child who dared yell at him. She swung her torch threw the air, creating a brilliant barrage in the air, a shimmering volley of red, white, and blue stars. In a panic, the behemoth shifted himself to try and shield himself from the vibrant assault, which opened himself up to the second fairy. A single, red star slammed into his crossed arms, and two icicles pierced into his side. Syn fell to one knee, head slowly turning to the mortal wound. A look of pure rage crossed his face for a moment, and he tried to lift up a hand for one last attack, before collapsing entirely.

“That’s... what you get... for...” Cirno mumbled out a few words, the lunacy fading from her eyes, before she too crumpled.

“Brutal,” Clownpiece said quietly, lightly kicking at the body, checking if he was actually dead. “Didn’t think you had it in you, Cirno.” She stepped over to her fallen friend. “Cirno?” She crouched down and poked at her face. The chilly child was still breathing, but was now out cold. Clownpiece straightened back up, casting a quick glance over to Yuuka. The flower master let out a soft groan, rolling onto her side, thinking about possibly getting up in the next half hour or so. The hell fairy lifted her torch triumphantly into the air, thought about saying something arrogant, and fell onto her butt instead. For a minute she just sat there, catching her breath and savoring the sweet taste of victory.

"I think I'm actively losing IQ by interacting with you fairies."

Yuuka's indignant tone of voice was not altered in the slightest by the fact she was flat on the ground, though she still propped herself up on one elbow when she felt herself able. She just looked mildly displeased. Idly she had taken to rubbing her sore temple with her hand, trying her best to rouse herself after the hit she had just taken. Her clothes were completely ruined, no surprise- though there was a bad taste in her mouth greater than that of the blood from her broken teeth. It told her she was in more pain than she wanted to be in. She really hated feeling weak.

Though it took her a couple minutes, she eventually pulled herself into a sitting position. Looking around, it was clear the other fairy she didn't recognize quite as well- vaguely she recalled Cirno calling her Clownpiece, or something- had come out of the fight the cleanest. But even she seemed pretty heavily injured. Cirno, on the other hand, was completely out. And she didn't seem like she'd be getting up any time soon.

Once she was able to get to her feet, Yuuka did, opting to go over to bother the fainted ice fairy. Well. Bother was an overstatement. She mostly just grabbed the ice fairy by the back of her dress and lifted her with one hand, somewhat to the distress of the victor of their little throwdown. However, she didn't get much further than a cursory inspection and a "Yikes," before she was cut off by a sound in the distance.

Both she and Clownpiece turned quickly to lock eyes on a satchel not far from where the three had been fighting. Said satchel was most definitely ringing. There was a moment of stunned, awkward silence before Yuuka spoke up.

"That's not yours?"

"Nope!" Came the blunt reply from the currently conscious fairy.

"Probably hers, then," Yuuka stated, glancing again at the unconscious Cirno. "You check it, why don't you? You're friends."

"Actually, we're ri-" Though she started her sentence, Clownpiece rapidly realized it was making Yuuka do nothing but glare at her. So instead she just stopped and went to go do what any sensible victor of a fight does- go and look through the loser's stuff, obviously. After a moment she pulled out a ringing communicator, fumbling for a second to manage to pick it up. "Hello?" She managed as she at last got the thing working.

"H- Clownpiece?" The voice on the other line was familiar, though vaguely.

Clownpiece paused a moment before replying. "Oh, Daiyousei."

"Oh no, does this mean Cirno-chan has gone and-"

"Eeeeh, don't worry, she'll be fine-" taking this opportunity to look over her shoulder, Clownpiece noted that Yuuka had already grabbed the unconscious ice fairy around the waist and pulled her under her right arm. Now, the Youkai was beginning to walk towards her, though seemingly more out of curiosity than malice. "I think..." The addition was hasty, but not at all reassuring.

"Hey, ask if she knows somewhere we can stay." Yuuka's voice rang out, a bit louder than it needed to. "I'd love to have another six month nap right here and now, but given how easily you two ambushed me before, I think it's fairly clear that's not the safest idea in the world."

"Well," came a reply from the communicator, as Yuuka had been speaking loudly enough Daiyousei had overheard, "I'm just through the gate to Camelot right now- to your... east." The fairy had hesitated a moment while her mind wandered to hoping that was not actually who she thought it was on the other line. "So if you could at least bring Cirno..."

Yuuka didn't wait a second before rudely leaning right over Clownpiece's shoulder to hit the "end call" button on the tablet. "East it is." She shifted the ice fairy under her arm a bit, so her spiky ice wings weren't being unpleasant against her shoulders. As she silently began taking a few steps towards vaguely the direction she'd initially entered, she paused-

"Oh. We never decided what we were gambling on. What do you want?" She stared at Clownpiece. The question seemed strangely... honest, coming from Yuuka. Rules were rules, and the hell fairy had won.

Let me know if I royally messed up a character or something. I'm uh. New to this whole playing everyone thing, but I won't learn without trying.

“Um... That’s a good question,” Clownpiece answered after a moment, throwing the satchel over her shoulder, and tucking her torch inside of it. Truth be told, she hadn’t really thought about it, having been too busy not letting her face get smashed in. She let out a quiet hum, tilting her head up to the blank sky. Now that she was actually standing around and thinking about it, suddenly her mind was running blank. “Can you give me a minute to think about it?”

“Sure,” Yuuka responded calmly. “As long as we keep moving. I don’t feel like standing around tired, waiting for you to make up your mind.”

“Okay,” the hell fairy dropped her head back down, meeting the youkai’s gaze for a moment, before stepping over and scooping up her unconscious comrade. She carefully lifted the lighter fairy bridal-style, barely keeping her balance as she straightened back up. “Alright,” she said shakily, the white-clad child hanging heavily in her arms. “Which way’s east?”

“This way,” the green-haired girl responded, already walking off to a gate in the distance. A small squeak escaped Clownpiece as she hurried to keep up, not that it took a lot of effort. After a mere few moments of fast-walking, the overburdened fairy caught up to Yuuka’s leisurely stroll, and was soon walking in step with her. She stared blankly ahead as they strode along, mind wandering for possible requests she could make. And as usual, she was drawing a blank.

“Hey, Yuuka?” Clownpiece started, a brightly-colored idea starting to form in her mind.

“Yes?”

“Did you steal Master Spark from Marisa?” She asked bluntly, turning her head to face the youkai.

“You wanna run that by me again?” Yuuka responded, as deceptively calm as ever, staring straight ahead.

“Er... um...” The fairy stuttered, averting her eyes and unconsciously stepping further away. “Did Marisa learn Master Spark from you?” She tried the second route, hoping desperately that was the correct assumption to make.

“Got in her way now, did you?” There was a hint of amusement in her voice. “To answer your question: No, she ‘copied’ it. But I can guess where you’re going with this.”

“Could you teach me how to do that!?” Energy she didn’t know she had sprang forth, and she asked the question with way more enthusiasm than she intended to. “Just thinking about having that much destructive power at my fingertips... It’d be a whole new hell for my enemies to suffer in! Just thinking about it is getting my blood burning!”

Really. Someone known chiefly for stealing things and being an absolute nuisance, and she thinks I'm the one who stole her move. Well, Yuuka was thinking it, but to be honest she couldn't really blame anyone for that. Marisa was easily the second most well recognized person in Gensokyo, after all. And Yuuka hadn't exactly bothered to say anything about her use of the move- partially in the name of not wanting to blamed for yet another incident she didn't cause, partially just because she didn't care enough. It was her own fault.

So she was quite over the idea of exclusivity.

"I suppose that wouldn't be much of a problem." Wordy, wordy. But to be honest she was too... not to call her tsundere, but exactly too absolutely and totally fucking tsundere to just say yes. Really, she was half sold on it just on the premise of wanting to see just how stupid things would get if the two did successfully learn the attack. Now that would be some interesting carnage in the name of nothing but chaos. She'd just have to watch things go down from afar.

At the positive reply, the star spangled fairy seemed nearly ready to burst at the seams. "Really? Ye-"

"Well, not right now! Tomorrow, if I don't sleep through it." Though Yuuka's correction was as sharp as a razor, she was kind enough not to punctuate it by shooting anything. Possibly because she was too tired, possibly because she knew better. "But I'll warn you- it's actually easier than it seems," she added, seemingly in an attempt to curb any possible disappointment from the fairy. Was that really a warning? Uh, no. Not in the slightest.

To be honest, Yuuka ignored Clownpiece's reply regardless of what she said. Instead she took this moment to glance down at the still-unconscious Cirno. She was uh. Really out. Though Yuuka didn't pause walking at all to do so, she took a moment to loop the handle of her parasol around her wrist, then shifted to hold the ice fairy out at a full arm's length with both hands, like one would do with a particularly disgusting infant. "Speaking of sleeping," Yuuka continued, a small pout starting to draw itself on her face again, "will miss Strongest at least be awake by the time we get there? I have better things to do than..."

Yuuka's words trailed off as her mind did. It was a rhetorical question anyway. And she sure as hell did not have anything better to do, that was a lie. But she didn't want to say it was just a bit unnerving for her to see a fairy in such poor shape and not be dead. Slapping said fairy seemed more likely to result in killing her than waking her at this point, which was unfortunate as that was Yuuka's plan A for waking someone. She supposed she could just bug the fairy a bit and see, but...

"Well, my hands are getting a bit cold, anyway." It was half an excuse to herself for not going through with it and half an ending to her earlier statement. Oh well. She was tired, wasn't she? She let herself think that.

As Cirno groaned as she woke up she saw that she was not on the ground and felt like a train had run her over. "Wha . . . what happened to me?" She looked at the person who was holding her only to see Yuuka holding her. Her face turned bone white with fear as she started to struggle to get out of the arm hold.

Once she did get out of the arm hold she fell on her butt sighing as she rubbed her head. "Where is Daiyousei? Also What happened to my tablet and satchel?" As soon as those words were said Clownpiece quickly hid the bag and tablet behind her back acting like she knew nothing about what she had done.

She had started to follow the others while she was thinking about what Daiyousei had done only to fall over comically like someone had tossed a brick at her face when she finally realized that the fairy was back in Camelot waiting for the ice fairy. "OH that is where she is!" She laughed while she rubbed her arm in a weakened look.

She revitalized with energy had started to fly away from the others to the portal; cutting the time it would take walking down immensely. Cirno sighed as she knew that Clownpiece was going to have a complex that would make her unbearable at this point. It was slightly heartbreaking to think that Clownpiece beat her in a duel. She looked at the now close portal and sighed as she looked at it. Daiyousei probably would rip her a new one what ever that meant.

She entered the portal with her natural grin to meet one of her true friends. Sure she and Clownpiece were friends but Daiyousei was something that Clownpiece rarely was; a close friend. The ice fae sighed as she shook her head. Cirno gave a small smile once on the other side at the thought of doing something that would make Letty proud.
