It's up. If there are some of you who want your characters to move on, and happy to send you back to the Nexus as new primes. Obviously, these aren't your main characters, so there may be less of a rush, but some of you may wish to use them in new storylines or what have you.

Just curious on the details about the next step. Are we going to need to set these new primes up through the Submit an NPC thread and map out their stats and moves?

Yes. They'll function just like prime NPCs, although I don't think they should count against the limit for clear reasons. Anyone seeking to continue to write as a SS character should start on a level 1 roster sheet.

I agree with Proto. Presuming Omni has no objections, I think people should be permitted an extra Prime NPC slot for the purpose of being able to turn these characters into Primes. The two character limit was always a soft limit to begin with and I think an occasion like this justifies making an exception.
