Not to increase tension or anything but there's supposed to be a tracking down portion of fighting and you guys use Dean as your example but it feels really cheesy since he found us in one post and he's ditching his partner to fight.

Also, this is more about writing than actual progression so I don't think it should matter to this extent

There is a REASON that items take time to summon, Sasuke, and this is specifically it.

Base upgrades don't take time. Please quote the rules that led you to believe this, because I've never seen anything like that. Once you pay for it, like a communicator, you can use it right after purchase. =/

Read the above statement. If I could just accidentally bumble my way into anything, it would circumvent the pint of having making things take time. It's a specific mechanic designed to prevent people from summoning new items and structures mid-fight.

Dean had been around New Babylon for a decent portion of the previous Thread. He, Tom, Nealaphh and PM were all right outside of New Babylon, and waiting for the fight to stop. He then messaged Sinestro about it, like, several weeks ago. It's all in the thread history.

Edit: As far as I am aware there is no time length you must wait in order to use a base upgrade... or any item for that matter.

Edit 2: yea, things take time to summon, but that is a fodder type of deal and IC, nothing OOC prevents you from using the teleporter right after you purchase it. You can literally roleplay having the upgrade the whole time and only now are beginning to use it IC...

that was in the middle of a fight, this fight has not properly kicked of yet, also that was in the same area, Deadpool is in a diffrent verse and as we have learned before time diolation is a thing, what might take him 15 minutes in the tangled green might only be a second in the dunes.

My oppinion is we let the judges decide, they are impartial. Whatever they decide goes, simple as that. You all agreed on the great Blarghman judge, let him verdict this and we don't go against his judgement ( even if this means several people cannot participate, including stewie )

Can I ask why? Is it indeed that the teleportor would take too much time in order to summon before use?

Crazy idea here... but, personally, I would like to see some sort of elimination thing happen... Maybe after each round someone gets eliminated?
