Random topic for random success:

I got it. I got a studio flat to call my own. Won't be confirmed until monday, but they were holding off on any other viewers til I've decided yes or no, and I decidedly want it. Bit sad that I have to leave this temporary place, as annoying as some of the residents have been it's been nice to have some support from others and to be as close as I am to a sports centre - been gymming and swimming nearly every day. Honestly, that's what I'll be saddest to lose. But I shall find an adequate, almost-as-close gym, perhaps without a pool, and be 15 minutes bike ride from town (gonna start biking cause, I'm getting fitter, and fuck busses).

I shall finally have a proper place of my own, on the top floor, away from prying eyes and loud upstairs neighbours who stamp around at 2am. It's really nice, bright, spacious and clean. My own kitchen, bathroom, no disgusting housemates, no weirdos, just me n' my job n' my writing. It's a bit early to celebrate but I do at least want to do a GRRR!! YEAHH!! while gritting my teeth.
