Quick and Easy Questions (please read the OP)
Yeah. Was going to drop Rep, and switch Veritas, in about 19 days.

Just note that you won't be able to switch Repliku after that.

Yeah, I know I'd be down to one character. Though given I've put 50 dollars into art for the char, that's to be expected.

You'll still have Repliku. He'll just be inactive.

Yeah, I know I'll have to wait a long time to switch Rep as well.
When you swap a character,  does it have to be exactly three months, or can it be done during the third month? Making sure, as I have roughly 18 days to go before the swap, if I go by the post that was made by the Mod who approved it. However, I posted the swap to Repliku up on June 12th. So, which of the dates do I go with?

06-12-2017, 02:48 PM was the time that Repliku was posted up, as a swap for Warren.
06-27-2017, 07:27 AM  was when it was approved.

I am asking this, as September is a hectic month for me, this year. So what's the answer?
When it is approved is the start date. And you need to wait exactly 3 months. So Spetember 27th is yout deadline.

Can you do a quest, but not take it's reward?

Yuuka KazamiBig Grines is like that one meme like... "How many levels of Omniverse are you on?"

Revan Noctis : Desman what are you currently doing in the omniverse?
Desman Black: I'm faking an engagement to a sex deamon to stop two samurai I accidently summoned whipping them in half, while also trying to stop them from doing the same thing to my best freind who is currently having relations with said deamon, and wh has now accidently summoned his previous girlfreind. So you know... normal stuff

Sure. Just make sure you note that when you submit it for approval.

Does the hand of the empire quest require a PC Prime to be hunted down, or does an NPC suffice?
Torcher of tomes, slayer of sorcerers, taker of ears, and flayer of men. Reasonable rates.

Either or. Your choice.

Can a secondary do a quest?

Yes. They can even claim the rewards. Your "profile", however, will receive nothing. IE: You write Secondary doing Quest. Secondary wins OM/Renown. You get nothing.

I know you can't boost your own stats using the buff proficiency, but can you benefit from your own buffs as long as they don't confer any direct stat bonuses?

Unfortunately not.
So if I wanted to make a change to a alternate form that basically got rid of how they would look and changed it would that require a reapproveal?

Yes

So...
Fusion has always been a thing, as far as I remember. And mimic for that matter.

But its becoming pretty popular as of late. It brought a question to mind.

If two characters decided to become a permanent team up and one or both had the ability to fuse with each other, could one or both members of this team-up purchase moves that use the other person's proficencies and powers but couldn't use these moves until they were fused with that person, or potentially someone with the same combination of powers/moves?

"Centurion: I'll leave you to your work then Dust. Thanks for chatting!
Me: no problem. stay awesome!
Centurion: It's more of a passive ability"

Suppose that someone with Mimic that is anywhere from level 4 to level 9 (reminder: level 10 unlocks T3 Super Moves) witnesses someone using a T3 Super Move. Would they then be capable of using that T3 if they have enough SP, but not the required level? (or if a lv1 witnesses the usage of a T2, you get my point)
