Move Approval V
@Jak: Super attacks do damage, freezing someone would be a super utility. It might be best for you to take this move to the move creation workshop. Also: "Jak in his Light form is able to freeze a enemy in place", "while his enemies are slowed down temporarly". Are you freezing one person? Two? Or are you wanting to stop time completely?
Changing this so it can work with Ebony's wand as a focus as well as her scythe. Also removed the bit about only being able to use this once at a time, and changed another small bolded part.

Glacial Rift (300) Requires: Ebonywood Hellscythe or Wand of Unity, Area Defence, Ranged Materialise, Ranged Attack
Ebony stands still and concentrates for 5 seconds, focusing magic throughout her scythe or wand while winding it up like a baseball bat. Should she lose concentration (by taking anything more than light damage, or stopping to do something else) all progress is lost. While charging, Ebony's eyes flicker to an icy blue, the air around her feels cold, and glowing white frost forms on the blade or tip of her weapon. Once charged, Ebony swings with all her might, causing an ice-blue crescent-shaped blast of energy (quickly increasing to a size of about 4m wide, and 1m deep) to ripple through the ground towards a chosen destination within 60m of her. The energy wave damages nothing and travels at the speed of a bullet, but people near to it will feel a rush of cold air. The moment the magic is released, Ebony feels a short-term rush of fatigue, essentially putting all moves on cooldown for a few seconds and crimpling her ability in combat for this time.

Once it reaches its destination, a large rift of opaque ice forms over the span of about half a second, reaching a maximum height of 2m, depth of 1m, and width of 4m in a curved shape (from an aerial view, it'd resemble a similar shape to a small section of a donut). The side closer to Ebony isn't as high, starting at about 0.5m but climbing steeply up to 2m, because of this, the top of the mini-glacier is weaker. Should the wave of energy be about to pass underneath someone, it will prematurely form in front of them (unless they were airborne). If Ebony's initial swing isn't completed (e.g. due to being blocked), then it will form directly in front of her, likely pushing her back.

The glacial rift is generally very strong, requires no thought or concentration to maintain, and lasts until either Ebony mentally dismisses it (which will cause it to disintegrate instantaneously) or it is destroyed (which often won't happen in full, as it acts like actual ice, so it's more likely for large parts to be missing). Ebony can also spend up to 2 seconds concentrating while in physical contact with the glacier to absorb a proportion of the energy she spent on it (depending on how damaged it is). The main purpose of this move is to provide a sturdy wall to hide behind, but, naturally, there's nothing to stop an enemy moving around it or over it.

RP Notes: Ebony is often likely to use this after casting other strong spells, or using lots of attacks with short breaks as the coolness can help her focus once the wave of fatigue has worn off.
The backpack contains two large vials of liquid Omnilium controlled by a highly advanced combat microprocessor codenamed Tallgeese. When activated the Omnilium 'tanks' purge from four vents located on the top and bottom of the pack releasing the stored OM. The microprocessor seizes control and forms the exoskeleton out of the raw Omnilium on top of whatever Trixie is currently wearing. While inside the Exoskeleton, Trixie has access to the Tallgeese Integrated HUD. This advanced system provides her with communications, information databanks, data verse access, and target tracking systems to keep her apprised of everything on the battlefield. While the armor isn't indestructible it is self-healing; the Tallgeese microprocessor has access to regenerative nanobots that keep the armor in functioning condition within reason. If too much damage is taken, and the system cannot keep up with the repair process, it becomes overloaded and shuts down.

How big is the smoke cloud? How long does the smoke last?

T1SU - Flash Freeze - Light Jak (600 OM) (Debuff, Ranged, Homing)

Jak in his Light form is able to freeze a enemy in place by focusing on them for a couple of seconds, then appearing to clap his hands above his head, allowing him safe passage while his enemy is stopped temporarily. This effect lasts 40 seconds. A frozen enemy cannot be targetted or harmed by any means. This can be blocked by a T1 super defence.

Alright Plan B for Slave Robber + a defense

T1 Super Utility: Possession Stripping “Slave Robber” (Physical, Burst Movement, Debuff) (600):
Having decided that she’s had enough of people getting along, Jo’on simply hurls herself at a fused enemy and, using some of the tricks she’s learned from Perfect Possession, just... rips one of the participants right out of it. Once she has this person in her grip, she unleashes a blast of her power directly into them, completely sealing off their ability for fuse for 1 round. This can be blocked by Super Defenses.

T1 Super Defense: Pestilence God's Shield (Area Defense) (600):
Seeing a powerful attack is headed her way, Jo'on quickly shapes and solidifies her malleable golden flames into a shield of some sort in front of/surrounding her. The size this shield takes varies, but it's always just large enough to protect her from whatever the attack was. In the case of smaller attacks like bullets, it'll be just large enough to stop the bullet, while against big AOEs like explosions, she'll find herself enveloped in a brilliant golden ball. This shield lasts until either the attack has past or more than a T1 worth of damage has been sustained, in which case it breaks.

And Bumping "Driven Mad" again

(05-09-2018, 02:40 PM)Clownpiece Wrote: Upping "Driven Mad" From T1 to T2 by strengthening the effects and increasing the duration a bit. Also slightly changing the name.

T2 Super Utility: Pandemonium "Driven Mad" (Debuff, Ranged, Area Attack, Telepathy) (800):
Clownpiece pours a pure, lunatic power into her torch, sweeping it out in front of her and sparking incredible impulsion, aggression, and irritation in all enemies within 20 meters who can see the light. For the 45 seconds their lunacy lasts for, those affected are filled with an overwhelming desire to simply attack, and begin to actively disregard the safety of themselves and their allies. Those afflicted have no qualms knocking aside their allies, getting in the way of attacks (either enemy or ally), and are completely willing to overexert and hurt themselves in their quest to simply attack. Can be blocked by Super Defenses of the same Tier or higher.

They become very likely to accidentally harm themselves with their own attacks, as well as trip over or otherwise get in the way of their allies. Can be blocked by super defenses.
Maybe I'm overlooking something but, did you just approve your own move?

Yeah. It's just a cosmetic change mostly (to an already approved move). Figured it was fine. Although I could have sworn I added a little note to the bottom explaining that. That said, I guess I technically did tinker with some other details. Edited my last post to remove the approval.

Being able to re-absorb part of the move to get energy back makes this a variable move and requires a price change from 300 to 600 OM

Other than that, the changes you made are fine.

Wait... Really. Huh?

I assumed it was free. It's not really a different function of the actual move.

Like here (which is 600 OM because of the variable number of clones). This is one of the example moves in the joining forum here: http://omniverse-rpg.com/showthread.php?tid=48

Quote:Kamikazi Buu Clone 600 OM (requires Physical Strength, Ranged Proficiency, Homing Proficiency)

Buu takes several seconds of stationary focus to create a Buu clone out of excess material (he has a lot to spare). This clone is mindless and will only go after the first target Buu points it to. It will then proceed to close in on the target and hit them with punches and kicks. By putting more time and energy in, Buu can create up to six clones of himself - this can be rather exhausting. These clones are very weak and are mostly used to distract or overwhelm an opponent - they can be caved in with a few direct hits. However, Buu can re-absorb dead or disabled clones in order to recover a portion of the energy that was put into them.
That move is from an example thread from 2013. Things have changed since then and I already asked Greg about it before initially responding. He agreed with me that it counts as a variable use for a move.

The cost is 600.
It feels like a really minor thing to me, so if I have to pay 300 OM for it, I'll remove it. (I cut out the reabsorbing part in this version)

But yeah, I guess it sorta is like a different function. Didn't realise the move I was using as an example was that old though, lol.

in that case, the updated Glacial rift is approved.
D.E. Air Cutter (300, Ranged Proficiency, Homing Proficiency):

Aircutter is an attack Rafael can do by channeling Dark Energon into the air around him, a process that takes about 5 seconds to successfully perform. During the time of performing the process, Rafael cannot dodge, nor attack, nor do anything. However, this allows him to generate 30 crescent shaped blades of air that are about the size of horses each [be more specific], that he can send at an opponent. These are sent one after another over a period of 5 seconds. Each travels at the speed of an arrow, and homes in. This homes in very accurately on an opponent, zig-zagging until it reaches the opponent. Does a fair amount of damage overall.

D.E. Orb (300, Ranged Proficiency, Homing Prof. ):

A Basketball sized orb of Dark Energon that can be generated by Rafael, or Unicron. Manifesting the orb into existence takes about seven seconds, and requires the complete concentration of Rafael, or Unicron. This means that they cannot do anything while making the orb. The orb travels at the speed of an arrow and can home in an opponent. The orb is fired out of the palm of his hand towards an opponent. The orb has a range of 56 feet. It is very draining on his stamina and so he cannot spam the orbs at an opponent, even if he wanted to do so. The orb travels in a zig-zag pattern. However, should the orb take any damage he would have to remake the orb entirely, and try again. This is very accurate though.
First off, I'd like to make a small change to China's 'Resilient China Central Eye' RP Fodder Move. I can't really see this being rejected, since all I'm doing is adding a completely unnecessary drawback which in no way improves how the move functions in the slightest (addition in bold):
Quote:Resilient China Central Eye (0)
(Hive Mind, Survival, Flight, Disassemble)
https://image.ibb.co/b54hw7/Hallo_eye_small.png
In the centre of China’s head floats a third eye; an amber-and-black-coloured, lacquered orb of solid porcelain, which is as durable as stone. In addition to being used to see, this 2.5-inch-wide sphere also serves as the core of his being; his heart and brain both. So long as it exists, China will not die, no matter what happens to the rest of his body. Conversely, however, if it is broken then he will perish immediately, no matter how fine the condition of the rest of him. This also means that he cannot Disassemble his third eye, as that would still count as it being broken, and would therefore kill him.

Essentially, what this means in OOC terms is that no one can smash his third eye without either winning a graded fight or getting OOC permission… in much the same way that they wouldn't normally be allowed to decapitate someone (who didn’t have Survival) during a fight.

Even though the eye is not actually physically attached to the rest of China's body, and so can fly around freely within and around his current position, it is still connected to him by his magic, and as such must always remain within at least 2 metres of 50% or more of his total body mass (though this 2m distance would increase/decrease proportionately if he were to use the Growth/Shrink Power to alter his size). This distance limitation means that he could not simply spit out his eye and have it alone fly off to safety if a Fight was going badly for him. Also, as all of China's senses are tied to the Central Eye, his first two eyes cannot be used whilst it is outside his body; the three eyes will never all be active at the same time.
And second, I have another Move I'd like to get approved for China... to make him more... china-like:
Quote:Fine China Sharp Shards (300)
(Physical Strength, Survival, Hive Mind, Disassemble, Flight)
As China’s entire body is composed of hollow porcelain, any broken parts will generally have sharp edges, and as such can be used as weapons in battle (e.g. stabbing someone with the stump of his arm after having a hand shattered). That said, they’re not particularly effective weapons, as they still have his DEF, so in clashes with swords or other weapons, they will just end up breaking more. Further, they will be unable to harm anyone whose DEF is equal to or greater than China’s ATK, and will usually just break even more if he strikes such a target with too much force. To anyone with DEF lower than his, they will cut just as easily as would any other bladed weapon wielded by someone with his ATK.

These shards can also be made to fly through use of the Flight and Hive Mind Powers, no different from how those would function with any other broken off body parts. Further, one way that China can choose to Disassemble his body is to voluntarily shatter it into a multitude of these shards, with only his Central Eye being left intact (see ‘Resilient China Central Eye’). That said, unlike in a fully Disassembled form, these shards are still able to be damaged in the exact same ways his normal body could, aside from the fact that it’s usually much easier for them to dodge, due to being so much smaller (like trying to shoot a shoal of fish, as opposed to a single shark).

Even though I’ve described how this Move can be used in conjunction with his Powers, I wouldn’t really class those as different uses; all I’m really asking for here is to get his body to be sharp when I break it… so for now I’ve just priced this at 300 OM.
