Quick and Easy Questions (please read the OP)
Do you need any permission to play Storm Troopers?
Not if they're just random one off secondaries, as far as I know.

Yuuka Kazami Wrote:Do you think Yuuka *aims* the Master Spark? No. She decides which half of the world she wants to fuck.
Would they qualify as Original Secondaries, or Non Original, is my next.
@Veritas:
They'd be original characters. Unless you took an actual named stormtrooper from the Star Wars canon

As long as they're not used for your own general benefit, then no permission is needed. You can have random one-off and throw away secondaries (or actual stormtrooper secondaries you rp permenantly). You're just not allowed to use them too, say, give your character classified information he wouldn't normally be able to get, for example. Basically, NPCs are for roleplay fluff and fun, not to give your character free stuff or allies in his/her fights. (Although that's fine in personal storylines)

Also, don't post in the NPC One Stop Shop to ask this stuff. It explicitly says it's for people to:
Quote:Submit an NPC Prime for Approval
Submit an NPC (Non-Original) Secondary for Approval
Receive Approval to use a Site NPC
Your "request" doesn't qualify for any of that. Read the top posts of threads before posting in the future please.
does a warp whistle work within an isoverse?

Westside: Join or Die

I only base this off DA when Enel used an Iso verse on Gamz and I was told that only a warp whistle would've saved him.

I'm assuming Omni told you this (as I don't think I did? Maybe I did and I'm drunk). Either way, to me it makes sense, but who knows #gameplaylogic or something. We'll go with this as an interim response until Omni provides final resolution to the question.

Also, I deleted some responses he providing non-answers. Guys, if you're not sure and you don't have anything substantiated to add, please don't post here. Speculation doesn't help, it just spreads misinformation.
As per Omni you cannot use a warp whistle to escape an ISO verse.

^interesting trix

Can someone use a soldier pill and one of the other single stat pills at the same time?
Mark Wrote:"Every story I have told is part of me." -(How I Go) Yellowcard

Yes. Pills of different kinds do stack together, but keep in mind of course that chugging pills makes you a pretty big target.
So you could use a soldier pill, a calcium pill, and all the other pills in one round?

Which is basically +3 to all stats maxed out before a power up or anything
Mark Wrote:"Every story I have told is part of me." -(How I Go) Yellowcard

I believe this was answered just a couple pages ago, but yes- though there would probably have to be some reason you had time to chug them all down in the middle of a fight, because no one in their right mind would just let you. So you'd probably have to have your character behind cover or such to have time to do so without getting attacked.

You can also stack a Mega Mush on there for an additional +3 ATK and DEF

Yes. The different items stack. However consuming all of them at once leaves you vulnerable, per the rules.

Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned
Dumb question here >.>
It isn't explicitly stated in the rules, but I'm assuming that you can spend 2 sp to have a T1 assist for a round, like transformations. Is that correct?

When you have secondaries, do you need to buy the banishment circles they are armed with?

>especially if they've never met your prime?
Mark Wrote:"Every story I have told is part of me." -(How I Go) Yellowcard

Ideally, your Secondaries shouldn't HAVE Banishment Circles. Mostly so people don't try to game the system by having their NPCs Banish people with no risk to themselves. It's a big can of worms to open that up in that it has the potential for people to send a Secondary "gank squad" after someone they dislike but can't beat in a fight.

My personal stance would be that NPCs should only possess items the player purchases for them and that items which could be used against other players would be off-limits without their express consent. But wait for staff to weigh in.
If you want your NPC secondary to have Items you gotta buy 'em.
Everything Cell said is correct! Daniel's response, too! Here's some additional info:

Typically, only the Storyteller may write secondaries armed with Banishment Circles. The only instances where a player's secondaries would have banishment circles would be if 1) the player has purchased the circle, intends to banish themselves, and was simply role-playing it as belonging to a secondary for that purpose, or 2) the player has purchased the circle, has won a judged fight against another player, intends to banish that player, and simply directs a secondary under their command to banish the loser of the fight.
