Would Insight give you the ability to know another person's name, or would that be more in the realms of Telepathy?

From my understanding Insight is more for powers, moves and abilities, whereas Telepathy would be for gleaming personal information (age, name, memories, thoughts, ect.) So yes, that would be more in line with Telepathy.

Just so I am clear I have to wait two irl weeks before I can post again?

You have to wait a minimum of seven days OOC before posting again, with the exception of posting memories, flashbacks, dying thoughts, whatever in the Astralverse. After those seven day you reincarnate at the fountain under the death shroud(meaning you may post in the normal verses again, ie: Nexus) which can be broken through will, after several days of wandering, or by passing through one of the gates from the Nexus. For further information, please refer to the Death and Banishment(link) section of the rules.

Three questions, all connected to one sort of thing I want to do;

Can I have my OC Prime NPC(John Jales, "Mind Master") and a related secondary(Wade Moore, "Frost") kind of "moved" to Papyrus, and if so, can I have them in a different position than where they started? Last time I used them, I was still Micky D's, John was waiting to respawn, and Wade was looking for him in Coruscant's underground. I want to have a kind of "timeskip" with them individually - Wade now knows John is the Mind Master and summoned him with powers that would awaken "eventually," and the duo have since taken to vigilantism.

This might have been answered already, but search was being fucky with me; Can I have a Prime or Secondary NPC complete quests like The Hero This City Needs, and in doing so, do I get the OM rewards OOC or does it *have* to go to the NPC on all standpoints? (In the event of an OM reward going to an NPC, of course, it would just kind of "vanish.")

And, finally...Do I have to receive the OM reward for quests in-character, or can it just be strictly OOC?

1.) I'm assuming that NPC was related to the Flash or Mick or somethin? If so, then no. A consequence of changing characters is also dropping the associated Prime NPCs.
2.) Any type of NPC can do ANY repeatable or faction quest. They may not do unique quests.
3.) The rewards would go to the NPC.
4.) The bonus OM at the end of quests can be received however you want it to be received in-character (ie payment of some kind). Or you can just have it be OOC, like the majority of OM gain.

Okay...Further questions have spawned from your answer to 1.

1. Would the Secondary(mentioned above, Wade Moore) be fine, even though the NPC Prime who summoned him is gone?

2. Would he still able to sort of interact with the NPC Prime "off-screen"? If not, I can easily make a logical explanation for the NPC's complete disappearance(Banished by a gang member/leader, perhaps) and even work it into Wade's story properly, so it's no big deal.

EDIT: Another question...Sorry if this is getting annoying. Anyway, is it possible for a Secondary to achieve Recognition?

1. Is 'Wade Moore' an OC? I can't find any sort of information on him. If he is, then it's fine if you retain him.

2. No. Most abandoned primes are considered 'vanished' from the Omniverse. You can have/mention that he was banished if you feel like it.

3. In strict game terms? No.

Purchasing mid-fight is something not specifically regulated in the rules, so it's dependant on the judge's views. You're best off asking them.

I personally would say: purchasing moves, powers, proficiencies, consumables etc. is okay in mid-fight and while awaiting judgement, so long as you note in the OOC thread that you made the purchase during the fight and that it's not to be used in it. Stats I would leave for after the battle entirely, because that just jumbles up your roster page and is more difficult to factor in than excluding a certain move.

I believe it was changed to have Ghidorah just barely survive. But for future reference to the best of my knowledge you do have to survive the encounter to claim it.

In the interest of keeping questions such as this out in the open, in case anyone else has similar ones:

For faction quests where it's an either/or or a 'Pick one' scenario (specific example in this case: Coruscant and Hand of the Empire or There Are no Lines), I'm aware you can only do one and get the rewards for it. Question I have is, though, just for clarity's sake: can you still do the other quest, to unlock other things that it's required for? Specific instance again in this case: I've already done Hand of the Empire, but there's another quest I wanna do later on that requires having done There Are no Lines. Discounting the OM/Influence rewarded from that, could I still do it to 'unlock' the other quest for later?

Does the kingdom allow tourism from secondaries? I mean could you find like some touring secondaries from the empire with cameras in Camelot or would that be too strange?

The Kingdom doesn't have the gate-check process that Coruscant does, so it's not a stretch to imagine you'd find tourists there. People who clearly look like they're from Coruscant may attract suspicion from the locals, though.

Adding to Blarghman's question: if it IS possible to do the other quests, would it be possible to earn the cosmetic rewards from the second quest that you do, while discarding the more "tangible" OM/Consumables rewards?

Are powered down forms that are fairly physically different from the "base" form allowed? For example, a character that starts off as a normal human with something like a 1/1/1/1 stat spread and needs to transform to fight, gaining their full stats and changing their appearance somewhat significantly. I know that stuff like someone having to hop into a mech suit or something is allowed, but this is more of a full-on physical transformation. Would shapeshifting be required?

This is all your own personal RP stuff, your stats will have to follow the rules (for balancing, pvp, and event reasons). However, if you wish to RP your character as being weaker out of battle (due to whatever reason) then so be it, but you need to make sure it is clearly noted.

As for the shape shifting thing, only if your battle form is significantly different to your powered down form (i.e. you transform into an animal).

That being said, you can't use this to negate other rulings like needing to purchase appropriate weapons (claws, teeth etc.).

It isn't anything drastic like an animal form, it's still human, just a lot smaller. Sorta like a werewolf, except instead of turning into a man-wolf hybrid instead you were suddenly 3 feet shorter, your hair changed color, and your outfit was magically different. Now that I'm thinking it'd probably be shrink + shapeshifting...

Would the One of the men quest be able to be paused mid way or do I have to continue all the way through? (was planning on doing the pause post, hunt Ghidorah then continue the quest)
