Since Sas isn't participating, there's no real incentive for you to crush his skull.

IC? There's still plenty of incentive. There's a giant looming spirit of vengeance who I believe has first dibs on his soul though, so you might want to take that up with them.

HEY. I just wanted to stop in and say that maybe Smith should kill Sasuke? Because... you know... He does want revenge.

Because I'm neurotic, here's an edited version

[Spoiler]“I was beginning to think you wouldn’t show up,” Agent Smith said, his voice taught and tempered.

The Harbinger slowly turned its head, curling their skeletal fingers into a fist. “Mm,” it growled, “the coward finally arrives.” Their voices mingled with tones of anger, revulsion, and excitement.

Sasuke stepped forward, his eyebrows furrowed with anger, “What is thi-“

The air itself split when the Harbinger moved, thunder echoing into the endless alabaster skies. Before he even knew what was upon him, the boy felt the unearthly strength of a hand upon his neck, and he was lifted from his feet. Sasuke’s stared into the emptiness of the creature’s eyes, and the burning abyss of its sockets stared back into him. He opened his mouth to speak, but only managed a pained gurgle.

Harbinger gently shook its head in disappointment, and the chorus sang out with singular assuredness.

“Pathetic.”

In a single, fluid motion, Harbinger twisted on its toes and swung the boy over its shoulder slamming him into the firm tile with a stomach-turning SLAP. The power of the throw actually caused the ninja to bounce back up into the air, and in the instant that he hung there, the conflagrated gestalt hammered him in the chest with a bone-shattering punch.

Sasuke flew through the air for what seemed like forever, tumbling too fast and with too much force to right himself. When he finally met with the ground, the child’s body seemed little more than a ragdoll as it skipped like a stone over a lake, his arms helplessly flopping with each impact. After a lengthy roll, he slid to a stop and gently nudged the tip of Mr. Smith’s polished shoe.

The program’s eyebrow perked up over the rim of his sunglasses, and he slowly lifted his head to the burning monstrosity. “Very… interesting.”

Yu Kanda’s eyes narrowed and he scowled at his ally. “Interesting?” he spat. “Whatever qualms you have with that child come second to,” he angrily thrust his finger at the Harbinger, “that.” Without wasting another moment on words, the exorcist drew his blade.

“Come on!” the bold warrior shouted, holding his weapon in front on himself, “Show me what you’ve got!”

Harbinger’s attention shifted slightly, and its aura warped into a pure, golden light. Though the voices spoke together, Sinestro’s rang out louder than the others. ”Quaint.” The Harbinger held its hand out in front of itself, and the swirling energies that surrounded it condensed. A scythe, wicked in shape and intention, took shape. It was over six feet long, constructed of a translucent yellow light. “Now move aside.”

Yu’s eyes only narrowed in defiance.

Cackling, Harbinger’s tint shifted to a deep purple, along with the weapon. “So be it.”

The clang of steel rang out and a shockwave exploded out in every direction. Kanda’s feet slid backwards over the ground, his hands numb from the might of the blow that he had barely managed to intercept. Before he could even recover his footing, the creature was already behind him. A foot stomped him into the ground with the force of a safe falling out of the sky, his ribs crackling beneath the boney toes of the apocalyptic entity.

Twisting his heel back and forth into the man’s spine, the monster laughed cruelly. ”Anyone else?” it taunted.

“Maybe one more,” a voice called from the crowd. A spikey-haired blonde stepped out of the crowd, a trio of goat skulls floating around him.

A red-haired woman stepped out of the gate, her determined eyes locked on the battered Sasuke who lay before her one-time ally, Smith. There was no need for her to speak; everyone already understood where her alliances were drawn.

Harbinger laughed, its deep voice resonating ominously. “And we suppose that…” Its arm whipped out and snatched an invisible form, revealing a brown-haired man as he cried out in agony. “… You stand against us also, Victor?” The Harbinger tilted him back in forth in its hand, squeezing him like a toy, relishing in his yowls of suffering.

The smoke that trailed from its eyes surged as the heat within intensified. “Very well.”

The amalgam lifted its foot from Yu Kanda’s back, watching him with a cruel and distant interest, like a child staring at an anthill, a magnifying glass waiting in their pocket.

As soon as the warrior had caught a breath of air, the Harbinger slammed Victor down into him, their heads knocking together as they were clobbered into the unyielding tile below. A long tendril of hard-light wrapped around them both and constricted down, carrying both men up off of the ground and to Harbinger’s side.

The bark of gunfire filled the air as Jupiter fired his pistol. Sparks flew off of the Harbinger’s blackened bones, though it seemed hardly to notice. The man reloaded and continued his attack even as the creature began to walk in his direction. Fragments of lead danced off of the monster’s burning skull as it plod towards him, unphased.

Jupiter’s brow furrowed, and he slowly began to back away, his arcane weapons spreading out around his target. Soon, sporadic laser blasts were crisscrossing the battlefield; each finding their target as the Harbinger casually strode onwards.

Grunting in frustration, the young man stuffed his firearm into its holster, and placed his hand on the red-leather handle of his sword. “You want a fight?” he roared, defying the growing fear in his gut, “I’ll give you one!”

He drew his blade and charged, brandishing the weapon overhead. With all the force in his body the warrior swung, and struck true. Harbinger’s body was nudged back slightly as the sword skittered over its bones, leaving nothing more than the faintest of scratches in its wake. Jupiter’s eyes went wide, his mind finally giving way to the terror that had been clawing at the inside of his chest.

In an instant, the Harbinger plucked the sword from Jupiter’s hand, spun it around, and drove it through the top of the man’s foot and into the ground. As he opened his mouth to scream, a backhand lashed his head to the side. His anchored foot didn’t allow his body to lift off the ground and so he pivoted, head bouncing like rubber.

Using the hard-light lasso, Harbinger thrashed the other two men down into Jupiter’s groaning mass, the growing pile of victims turning the white floor red. Tearing the sword from Jupiter’s foot, the creature stepped to the side, and wound its leg backwards. All of them saw the kick coming, but could do nothing to stop it.

Orihime’s eyes opened wide, and she threw her hand forward, a massive, pillowy shield forming in front of her. The three men collided with it and it instantly collapsed, the group tumbling atop her.

A horrible fountain of souls poured from the Harbinger’s mouth, and a shrieking wind howled out in all directions. Dark incantations were uttered in the shadows of the Harbinger’s illuminated body, and arcane symbols materialized midair.

”Now,” the Harbinger rumbled, ”be gone.”

With a wretched shredding sound, a hole in reality was torn open atop the pile of the Harbinger’s enemies, and they were drawn towards it.

To clarify to the next poster what the Hard Light Containment will look like (if you feel like including it in your writing, that is. I don't think you're required to):

When the smoke clears, you'll see the Harbinger in a completely enclosed box of energy, which you can describe in whatever gruesome way you want. Kanda's attack didn't hit.

If you need more help describing it (if you want to at all, that is), feel free to hit me up in PM or on Skype!

Question: Since they're gonna be dying in the first round, can I "finish them" by Smithifying Victor and Sasuke (and maybe Orihime, I dunno)?
