It would probably help mitigate the damage, as with any other such move, but it wouldn't let him dodge it entirely, no. Only Super Moves can completel dodge/block other Super Moves of comparable Tiers.

^^ as for this, proabbly cz of my discussion with erik in chat. I figure that supermoves cant be dealt while I am in stealth or deception due to no knowledge of my location, but if its while i am visible then deception doesnt help at all, maybe give me some time so mitagate some damage for a charged attack, but overall cnat do anything about it.(unless i am wrong about stealth and supermoves, in which case pulverize me all you want :froggonk

As I told Demetri, the believably of it will be determined by our judge. Nippur has guards posted and is a walled city, it's not as though you would see any of this commotion from outside the city. It's not the same as Shay, who was actually at the base (Within the city) when they decided to join the fight, but I'm just gonna leave this up to Adam to rule on this.

Reason - came there to sell booze because had literally no idea on what else to do. Also was somewhat drunk when making the decision, but is too stubborn to admit it.
Way - Was a the market/approaching the market (which is in front of the castle gate if I am not mistaken) when shit went down, they will likely run into me at some point.

Didn't really go into with intention to join. Due to OM-time dilation was "walking in" (probably driving if the gates are wide enough) near "round two" and people are likely to run into him if A Certain Somebody makes a run for it through the market.

Technically, since you're not involed, Stephan, you can post whenever. But another strategy might be to just continue on into the city in your current thread, or in another thread and just note that you're nearby, and when/if things spill over in your direction you can jump in to the fight-thread at that point.
