Hey guys!
I'm working on my first quest, and (shock, horror) Dominator intends to cheat (it is a request which involves a 'compete with a secondary' component). I'm not sure what the etiquette in this situation is! Should I write it up to the point where she cheats, and then ask staff to look? Or should I run it past a staff member before I post anything? Or should I write it as I'd like it to be in its entirety and then post the whole thing and change it if staff don't think it is reasonable?
(As a note, I'd be perfectly happy with Dominator failing the quest because she cheats - that's totally cool with me and might have its own fun storyline spiralling out of it - I'm just not sure whether it is better to pre-plan or show rather than tell, if you see what I mean!)
Thanks!

If it's just another way to fit your characters personality and you still do what the quest says, it shouldn't be a problem. Feel free to run it past a staff member in a PM, though. (*volunteers*)

So I changed Jupiter to Judy Hopps a few months ago. Unbeknownst to me then, Judy and Noodle were really quite similar to one another, and it's rather hard to use them both. I need a character that doesn't parallel Judy so much, so I'm thinking of bringing back Jupiter to take up Noodle's place. Will I be able to keep on from where I left off as for character development and Omniverse history, or will he be a blank slate?
TLDR; If I bring in a character of mine that I've previously dropped, can I keep his memories of the Omniverse and continue his story from where it left off (not counting OM purchases), or do I have to reset him?

Would aesthetic changes obtained during one's time in the Omniverse come back with them if they respawn?
For instance, say one loses a hand in a fight. Instead of just using one of the many ways to heal to just get back their old hand, they replace it with a mechanical one. Would the hand still be mechanical if they respawn?

In most cases, I'd be pretty opposed to this, since characters that are 'switched from' are considered gone from the Omniverse under most circumstances. Since Jupiter's an OC and an OC that you (technically) were using as one of your prime NPCs, I'm fine with you switching over, because he was (technically) still in the Omniverse. You still have to submit all the paperwork in the Help Desk and obviously your OM is returned to the starting value.
You can pick up from where Jupiter left of, which was -- I believe -- fleeing from Harbinger in terror a few months back.

That's up to the writer's discretion.

Do you have to have Tier 1 powerups accepted in move approval?

Yes, you do. With just a bit of IC explanation about what the power up is, exactly.

Would the owner of the factory mentioned in "Imperial Disarray" be the Empire, a gang, or left up in the air?
Is it freeform who owns the factory? Could I say it's creating weaponry?

The details are intentionally left vague so that you may fill them in as you see fit. As long as the objective of the raid is something that would further the anti-Empire group's goals, it's completely up to you to decide who owns the factory and what they are producing there.

So... I just thought of something. Could tracking a Prime or Secondary fall under enhanced senses? Our would the Vita Compass be explained as a super nose being able to track their scent?

If the person you are trying to track down is within the acceptable range of enhanced senses (depending on the level of enhanced senses you have), then I do not see why you wouldn't be able to role play it that way.
However, for anything outside the range of your level of enhanced senses, you will need a Vita Compass.

Am I allowed to have buildings come into existence right when my character enters the Omniverse? It would just be two, one in Camelot and one in the Green. Once my character completes his objective I can have the building behind destroyed if needed.

Well, people write about random/convenient buildings all the time in the Omniverse. I don't know if they would instantaneously start to exist, but maybe they had been there a while and your character stumbles across them.

Sure. You'd probably need to buy flight to use the aircraft (assuming that's what you're talking about piloting) and moves if you want to use the vehicle offensively.

For some additional info on how being a pilot might work, there's also this post on the matter.

When it comes to consumable items, how much are we allowed to change them cosmetically? For example, if I wanted to buy something with the exact same effect as a Senzu Bean for the exact same price as a Senzu Bean but call it, say, an E-Tank or a Full Restore, would that be acceptable? (For logistics sakes it would still be marked as a Senzu Bean on the log.)

That's perfectly fine. Long as the effects are the same, you can change the appearance or specific item as you like.
If you see me around and you got questions, just give a shout. I'm happy to assist.

For any practical purposes (moves, characters, etc.), yes. I will say that, if you intend to draw from fan works, it would be helpful to mention that in the application/roster, since even people who may be familiar with the original series may not be aware of the material you are using.
