If someone switches characters, and has an NPC Secondary unrelated to the first character but still played by them, could they continue playing as that Secondary upon the switch?

Like, Bob plays as Goku. He does storylines playing as a secondary, Billy Bob the carpenter. Bob switches from Goku to Luke Skywalker. Can he continue playing as Billy Bob the carpenter?

Right, you confused me with "playing as". Yeah, as long as it has nothing to do with Primes or pre-existing characters as NPCs.

For personal Secondaries, what kind of powers and stats would they have? I read that

Original secondaries don't need approval. Remember that they will be far weaker than Primes (unless you're a high level prime).

Now, I'm a level one Prime. I'm not looking to create an NPC that can stand up to a Prime by herself, just a minion, but she's the same species as my Prime, so she should have the same malleable body. 
So, my question is: Can Secondaries have powers?  or are secondaries just default human-level without powers? I'm looking specifically to create an secondary with Malleability.

You can make a Prime NPC (Up to two to start with.) So you could have your minion as a Prime with powers and everything.

Well, it would specifically be a character who was summoned to the Omniverse by Chakravartin, while Primes are summoned by Omni. Besides, having another Prime show up from my character's universe and agree to be my minion feels like its powergamey. If I make a Prime NPC it'll be for a bigger role that won't directly aid my real character.

Could someone give me a quick summarry of what the [M] or [-M] prefix is supposed to mean? For example, how is [NPC-M] different from [NPC]? What is [M]?

M is for Mature. It's basically a marker to warn people of sexual content, gore, drug use, etc. NPC-M would be a mature content thread with an NPC as the main character.

No, as it's used as more of an "add-on" for your in-character stuff.

Awwyiss, I wrote this quest dawg. I'm gonna go with "yes," but keep in mind that Spiritual Enlightenment or Attunement are probably required to do this. Also, link to that Astral thread when turning in the quest.
