So is this is a thing? Is the place booked? Should I request the time off work now?

I have a Jeep Patriot. So I can comfortably seat 4 and there is plenty of room for luggage in the back. It's a semi luxury SUV. I think it's a turd, but meh. If you're flying into Columbus and that's your official plan I'll give you my cell # so we can coordinate. I can get you from the airport easily and it's only like 3 hours to Pittsburgh to grab Wyatt. From there we're extremely close to WV. My ex was in Johnstown PA so I had to pass Pitt every time I went and that was a 4 hour drive. If you're not comfortable driving that's fine. However I don't care if you offer. I'm not finicky about who drives my car. Shit. Run it off the road. I don't care.

The place is still available.  Dates are confirmed and it's definitely happening whether we book the WV location or somewhere further north, so I would request the time off now.  I'm waiting to hear from Deadpool and Spur (the only two guys coming from the south), because if they aren't coming I'd rather book somewhere more north (maybe central PA) so it's more convenient for everyone who's driving.

Silly me, I thought you lived in the south! I'll see what's going on with carpools but I think I'd be the closest to Baltimore and I might be looking at a full car already. I'll keep you updated!

Confirmed insofar as they can be, yeah.  I live in CT but I'm going to be launching my carpool from the NYC area since I might need to pick up Yu Kanda and/or Sam from the airport.  The best option for flying into my area is Westchester airport but I can also run a pickup from LaGuardia or JFK.  Check prices and report back in the discussion thread or via PM and we'll coordinate!

Wyatt definitely, possibly Sam and Sam's boyfriend (if he joins her), and possibly Mark once he figures out flights.  

I'm taking Yu Kanda from the airport (assuming he ends up coming), also possibly Sam and Sam's boyfriend and Mark, and probably Drake if he sorts through his life stuff. 

I'm trying not to pressure anyone to make quick decisions, but it's gonna get to the point soon where we need to know who's coming to which airport.

Not sure how that will work given some people can't RSVP for a while.  Most likely I'll shoulder the cost until the event and everyone can pay me onsite based on # of attendees.
