Rebuild The Black Sun in Coruscant
Hiro wants to set up his own base in Coruscant, a replica of the Metaverse hacker club that he and his buddies established way back when they first programmed it. This will be his technobase for all of his Dataverse exploration.

Physically enter the Dataverse and learn its secrets; gain "Superuser Privileges"
Hiro is used to being almost invincible in a cyberspace setting, and his knowledge of such a space is an important part of his character. He would attempt to understand the Dataverse and improve it for the benefit of the Omniverse.

Short Term:

Complete "Twisted Metal" with Hiro. High-speed races with weapons of mass destruction. What more could a girl want?
Cause general chaos within the Empire. Self-explanatory.

Medium Term:

Visit Camelot. Maybe the magicians could figure out how she got her powers?
Befriend the people of Cinnabar Island. If things go south in the Empire and Madotsuki needs to leave, she'll probably head to the Vasty Deeps and try to illicit help from the residents.

Long Term:

Get to the Astral Verse alive. Madotsuki's more at home in a dream than anywhere else. She might protect the dreams of others or even create a kingdom there.

Specifically, a Secondary NPC I planned. Not gonna say anything much about him, but he's the type of person to keep Mick under control.

Medium term:

Join the Rebellion

Partially because (reasons I will not elaborate here), and partially because the Empire just grinds Mick's gears.

I was offered the chance to make Mick into Jonathan's personal bodyguard. How could I refuse when he offered me a suit of power armor and a couple cool guns?

-Do things Joline can someday remember and say "I was stupid" about

Yeah. Hiro and I agreed that I would get bounty hunted. Who wins doesn't matter. It helps me on the road to a big plot point.

Establish a base in the lower tiers

The base will be mainly for the Rebellion, but generally anyone with a Coruscant bounty can walk right on in. Likely on Tier 5 or 6.
