Yes, it's Scaramanga's Golden Gun from the Bond movie....well, Man With the Golden Gun. Though it's actually comprised of four parts: a fountain pen, a lighter, a cigarette case and a cufflink. And, at least as far as I remember, they can be used for their "original" purpose as well. So, in practice, you get five items in one.

It should be noted that the gun is a single-shot pistol (meaning it can only contain one bullet) that only uses custom-made bullets. And since Primes can't summon extras, unless Proto intends to award extra bullets, it means that you'll literally get only one shot with it.

I REALLY hope I get the gps tracker. I would like to note that if Sasuke received the tracker he wouldn't do anything lame like use it to avoid F2F. Quite the contrary actually, Sasuke would make things exciting and go hunting.
