Attacks of a higher tier than this defense interfere with the magic, and though the attacker still may be delusional, they’re still lucid enough to at least partially hit Clownpiece.

Approved.

Doing one last alteration to this before I buy it, basically just making it so Clown can use it on behalf of allies as well.

Thanks, Jade. I've just got one more quick NPC move left. (Demonspear is just a basic spear move)

T2SA - Absolute Convergence (800) Requires: Ranged, Demonspear

Raven channels her strength through her spear for a second, causing it to glow faintly while shrouded with wisps of shadow. If her spear wasn't previously in her hand, it materialises into it instantly at the start of this move. Raven may stand still or charge forward, but after the second is up she throws the spear forward at the speed of an arrow. A harmless wave of 'darkness' (essentially black smoke) converges around it, spreading out up to 1m. When the spear hits her opponent, the darkness all slams into her target at the same time, all meeting around the same point the spear landed. After about a second, the spear disintegrates and reappears in her hand. Raven can throw the spear up to 100m.
This description was lifted almost wholesale from the old Goku who had this approved. Just putting this up to make sure it's all still kosher.

Kamehameha (req. Ranged, Area Attack) (600):
Goku’s signature technique and one of Cell's favourites due to its power and versatility. Cell takes a firm stance, unable to move (though he can stay still or fall in the air if he is airborne), cups his hands, joins them at the wrist and brings them to his side. He chants the technique's syllables (ie. "ka ... me ... ha ... me ... ha!") whilst gathering his energy in his hands, where a blue light mass forms. The more syllables he has pronounced, the closer the attack is to being ready. When he unleashes the attack, a bright blue beam of power streaks towards his opponent at about the speed of an arrow. This technique is pretty draining – especially if it is charged to create a larger beam which does more damage. The minimum amount of time it takes to use is 1 second (which would be little more powerful than a punch) but it can be charged for up to 30 seconds for much more impressive results (although this would also use all of Cell's energy and render him completely exhausted). The beam is approximately 1 foot in diameter for every second spent charging and when it hits something, it explodes in approximately twice that radius. The beam will keep going until it hits something or it is no longer being maintained which does require concentration and energy (which puts the onus on him to be accurate or potentially lose all of his stamina). The effective range is approximately 50 meters for every point of TEC.  It cannot be used with other moves.

Enhanced shared vision – 300 – Ranged proficiency, Buff proficiency, Enhanced Senses, Telepathy

Leo chooses up to 10 people on a radius of 25m from him, and allows them to see as if they had Leo's Enhanced Senses. The effect doesn't have a set duration – it lasts for as long as Leo wants, but 30s is the soft limit, and 60s is the hard limit. The amount of targets don't add to the soft/hard limits; it's as tiring to use the move with 1 target than it is with 10. This move takes most of Leo's focus and, while he can move normally, anything that breaks his concentration will stop it, like a sudden loud noise, getting attacked, someone startling him, etc.

The target/s must be 100% willingly for it to work, and may experience dizzyness and/or headaches if they're not used to it.

Basically, a combat version of this:

Leo can share what he sees, allow others to see as if they had his enchanced vision, or see through someone else's eyes. The target must be 100% willingly to let Leo do it for this to work, as well as not be involved in any stressful situation (fighting, chasing, escaping, etc).

Soft limit: after a certain amount of use, Leo will start feeling the first simptoms of overuse. Crossing the soft limit will make Leo feel pain and dizziness while using his powers from that moment onwards. The more he uses them after crossing it, the stronger the negative side effects.
Hard limit: he's in pain, bleeding, shaking, and can barely stand. He can't use his powers anymore until proper rest.

These effects are acumulative throughout his whole move set, but how much they "add to the cap" will depend on the specific move in question.

NFL-R (Ranged Prof,  300, Flavor.):

The NFL-R is a watch like device that shoots a 7-14 inch beam of energy out of it at an opponent when worn. This travels at about the speed of an arrow,  and takes  him about 15 seconds to charge up properly. The damage dealt by the move is pitiful at best,  at least with this version of the NFL-R. However, the NFL-R is required to have a variety of apps and techniques that he can do while wearing it. It also, if functional would create his armor over his body. Sadly that function has been lost when it was brought to the Omniverse.  The NFL-R is a move that also acts as his communicator and Mobile Dataverse Device (When he acquires one that is) so all of his stuff is integrated for his own use.
Piss Off
T1 Super Utility (600 OM)
Requires Debuff
One of Ash's major weakness is that when she is caught by someone, they tend to not let go. So when she gets involved with the abusive types, the type that will hold her down and pound her face in - not the good way - Ash pulls out her Up and Close trick. Using both force magic and electricity magic, she creates an explosion that is centered on her and then is directed out towards the attacker. The force is harmless but shoves them back 10 feet, the electricity is also harmless, but locks them up while she escapes, or up to one minute. This is negated if the inflicted target takes damage unless that damage kills him.
While intentionally harmless, it has the ability to stop a weak heart - killing the unlucky victim. (Fodder)

This weapon is chainsaw first and a sword last, normally used to rip apart Orks - according to those who’ve witnessed its power - this one found itself in the hands of one Sex Deamon. Without proper training but the love for shock-and-awe tactics, Ash has developed a bond with the chainsword and gain proficiency with it. It has a 4 and a half foot blade that is lined with jagged teeth that when activate begin to rotate at dangerous speeds. She can comfortably use it with one hand or two.

Invictus by William Ernest Henley

Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find me, unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul

Shock and Awe
T2 Super Attack (800 OM)
Requires Strength Prof, Burst Movement, Super Speed, Super Jump(Basic), Debuff Prof, and Invictus(Weapon)
Ash revs up the chainsaw as the only warning, then she launches herself towards the intended creature from a max of 10 meters. She stabs or cleaves a target with her chainsaw, holding the whirling blades inside them for 3 seconds, leaving them incapacitated by the graphic vision of their own body being mutilated after she pulls it out - for at least 5 seconds. This creates a state of shock in most opponents as they struggle to understand reality, which numbs them from the horrific pain. (But not the damage.)
Ash can reach almost anyone with this attack in just matter of moments but is determined to stay with the weapon through the whole process forcing her to get up close. When she is covered in the proper amount of gore, she jumps back.

-

Snatch It Up (300 OM)
Requires Ranged Prof, Strength Prof, and Red Devil’s Claw(Weapon).
From a distance of 13-ft max, Ash can launch the exotic grappling hook from the modified contraption on her forearm by fusing it with Entropy magic(3-second charge) and increasing its chances of piercing through all kinds of typical armor. The bladed point in the center of the hook stabs through its target’s body, with a solid yank the arms of the hooks embed themselves into the creature’s body making it near impossible for them to resist being yanked themselves towards her. Ash usually follows this up with a punch or a kick, but this can be combined with Shocking Grasp(Move) or Red Devil’s Quill(Weapon). Ash has to be standing still to aim for the softest part of her intended target. The Claw has to be forcefully removed - which Ash can do by yanking on the metal part - and will have to be re-loaded into her arm to be able to use again.

[quick edit: forgot this]
T2 POWER UP: STORM DEMON (1500 OM)
Blue lightning cracks across Ash's entire body, her horns and eyes glow bright neon blue as the electricity supercharges her, she wears a wicked grin the whole time. Her form begins to pulse with light, leaving a map of her nerves across her skin for a moment until the light fades.

Must it be aimed? What do the beam and watch look like? Can Warren move around when using it? Also, maybe change the part I've bolded to say that the beam is powerful, instead. With a 15 second charge time as the drawback, it's bound to be strong!

The move does have a lot of power behind it, once fully charged,  meaning it can likely do a lot of damage were it to hit an opponent. It can be aimed, as well. Warren can most certainly move when aiming, and firing the blast of energy from the watch.

Electro-Knuckle (Physical Strength,  Debuff, 300 OM)

Electrical Knuckle is a set of brass knuckles that can be made by Warren. These take about ten seconds for him to create, and are linked to his NFl-R. Each strike of the knuckles has a 20% chance of paralyzing a part of the body where they hit for about 5 seconds. This has a 20 second cool down, and can be done while moving, but cannot be used with other moves that require the use of both hands, or melee combat. In short, this is used by him when he wants to punch someone, and possibly run the chance of paralyzing them. This does very little actual damage, save for the part of temporarily paralyzing a bodypart.
Broom Head Toss

300 OM
Jams unscrews the head of his broom (or picks it up if screwed off during battle) and throws it at his opponent. The head itself is about 9 inches from the bristles to the base, and a foot wide. It weighs 10 ounces. The base is made of a hard plastic akin to a quality Nerf gun, and the bristles are rigid and pointy. It can be thrown when stationary or mobile, though moving will have an impact on accuracy. When thrown, it moves though the air at a rate of 55 feet per second in an arc. This is a fairly weak attack.

Yes, the hook can be forcefully removed by Ash or the Grappled creature as long as the target is willing and strong enough to do so.
(I think as long as their strength isnt 0.. I can't remember what Str 1 was and I can't get to the rules atm) Until the hook is pulled out they are on a leash essentially. I can add something to that effect.

Buccaneer Blade (600)
(Physical Strength, Debuff)
An elegant cavalry sword with a grey hilt and 35-inch-long purple blade, which weighs 1kg. Rather than keeping this weapon in a scabbard, Warren instead summons it from scratch whenever he wishes to use it, in a process which requires 10 seconds, during which time he can move about as normal but cannot attack with the hand in which he will be holding it. After this charging period has elapsed, the sword's blade comes out of the hilt which appears in his hand, first. In this basic mode it functions no differently from any other sword of the same type. In addition, however, Warren can choose at any point to take a further 6 seconds to imbue the weapon with his energy, which is moderately draining to do. Using this function causes the blade to begin glowing with purple light as it slowly transforms into superheated plasma. After the charging has completed, it also starts to crackle with what looks like purple electricity. In this form the sword is much more powerful, even being capable of slicing through armour as strong as steel, though it instantly cauterises any wounds it inflicts, preventing those injured by it from suffering blood loss. It does however for 12 seconds leave agonizing pain in the areas where the blade has struck.
Earthshaking Tread: Requires Physical Strength, Area Attack Proficiency - (300 OM)

By drawing on his astral wellspring and stomping the ground as hard as he can, King Ghidorah can send a shockwave rippling through the earth in all directions, out to a radius of above six meters. This shockwave takes one second to travel from the point where his foot makes contact with the ground to the outer circumference of its area of affect. This move deals no damage, but the earth roils and cracks as the shockwave moves through it, upsetting the footing of anyone who happens to be standing on it, and potentially even knocking them off their feet. Earthshaking Tread's effectiveness depends on Ghidorah's ATK and the opponent's TEC; If an opponent's TEC is equal to or greater than Ghidorah's ATK score, they'll be able to keep their feet with little problem. At 80% of his ATK score they'll be slightly unbalanced, and at less than that they'll be knocked off their feet (unless they have Master Acrobat, in which case the minimum threshold is 50%). Earthshaking tread takes about half a second to perform - foot goes up, foot comes down - and can't be performed on ground that has already been broken by its effect. This move is mildly tiring to perform, similar to the fatigue experienced by a fit man swinging a sledgehammer very hard with both hands.

Cosmic Power: Requires Physical Strength - (300 OM)

King Ghidorah can charge his normal attacks with the same cosmic energy that fuels his golden lightning, adding a shocking, burning element to his physical blows. Using this move adds a corona of sparking golden energy to his punches, kick, elbow-strike, knee-smash or other hand-to-hand attacks for the next thirty seconds (unless he chooses to end the effect sooner). The overall result is that his attacks temporarily become vectors for intense heat and additional force, as though his strikes carried the additional weight of a few feet of molten chains. Activating this ability puts strain on Ghidorah's body, and he incurs fatigue for every second its in use as though he were running at a sprint for the same amount of time; as such, frequent use during an ongoing fight is inadvisable.

For example: one person could suddenly, staunchly believe that Clownpiece must not be harmed for some vague reason. Another could believe that some nebulous “they” want her to be attacked, and damned if they’re gonna follow the biddings of “them.” The sky’s the limit.

Bippity Boppity Bump!
Please wait 72 hours before bumping moves, only ~48 hours have passed. Be patient. It's Christmas, so people are likely to be busy and approval is likely to be slower.

Approved - Though just remember that slicing through armour/ skin/ etc against primes and during official fights would be highly dependent on your ATK vs your opponent's DEF.

Earthshaking Tread - Approved

Cosmic Power - how long would it take for Ghidorah to become to fatigued to keep this active?
