House of Portals (Level 2 Super Attack) - Requires Teleportation, Area Attack Prof, Ranged Prof (Price 800?)

Blink creates a circle of portals around the enemy, forming a dome over them made entirely of her gateways. All of the portals are connected, so entering one would cause the enemy to leave out of another. Blink can set it up to be a permanent loop, or she can have one of the portals lead out, forming an 'only way out' scenario. She can also utilize a portal to send a ranged attack through and surprise-attack the enemy trapped inside. While this is going on, Blink is situated outside of the dome. This move takes up a ton of her energy, so she can't move or defend while she has the House of Portals up over somebody. If she chooses do anything that requires moving, including jumping into a portal herself, the entire dome will disappear. She can hold this dome up for about five minutes maximum without it disappearing, but the longer she holds it for then the more energy/stamina she's using and the less stable the portals become.

Looking for re-approval due to overpowered-ness. Minor grammar fix, and a change in area of effect. EDIT: added some language to ensure Fusion doesn't make this go out of hand.

Load-Bearing (Requires Area Attack Proficiency, Survival) (300)

This is a passive move activated on death. When Desco has sustained enough damage to die, her body starts to make small explosions and glow brightly. These explosions start to grow in size and strength quickly, culminating into one slow moving final blast shattering the ground and everything around her, causing the localized area to fall apart, range based on her Prime level (15 feet diameter per level). Her Artifacts drop from her as she starts exploding. If Desco is fused with this move, the move range defaults to the highest level of those in the fusion.

When in her Kaiju Guu form, and only in that form, she can fire large blasts of pure destructive energy from her mouth.
It only takes a second to charge up. It takes the shape of 30x30 feet tube that fires at a range of 3,000 feet before fizzling out. Because it can only be done in her Kaiju form, it only expends a little bit of energy to maintain it for 3 seconds, but after that it begins to massively drain her energy to continue firing. After halting the attack, she can’t do it again for another 30 seconds in order to recharge. Those that survive a direct hit from the assault suffer burns all over their body that hinder movement and inflict pain. Mental scarring inflicted from the attack is entirely optional to the player.


I confirm that Area Attack Proficiency will be purchased along side this move

Kaiju Guu approved. As for Dentist's Nightmare, needs:
Can the user move around or do other things while using/charging the move, or must they be stationary? Required for all moves except weapons that exist in real-life. Examples: "Can be used while moving at full speed." "Slows the user to half speed while using." "Must be stationary to use." "Can be used while moving, but splits focus, making it harder to aim and use at full strength."

The bolded part is problematic. If that's just a damage thing, which it sounds like, it should probably be entirely dependant on stat differences and not a part of the move itself. It's not that powerful of a move in of itself (it's a 1 second chargeup move with a gigantic radius, which means very diluted) so it shouldn't be that strong. If it's treated as a non-damage thing, a kind of magical debuff, it needs a duration.

This sounds like a Super Utility, not a SA. Ie it can be combined with other moves and used during a post and such. Super Attack is basically a cutscene that does damage. This one lasts five minutes so it doesn't sound like that's how it's meant to work?

So basically they are trapped for five minutes but can still be attacked by ranged attacks by Blink (as long as she doesn't move)? If that's the case, it sounds a bit OP even for a Tier 2. To make it somewhat equivalent to a similar tier Super Attack, I'd limit it to 60 seconds (30 per SP, basically). If Blink's allies can ALSO attack, I'd probably lower the duration to 15 seconds per tier.

Its strange looking back at the old move approval thread and I've got two moves I can't find the original approvals for, my post but not an approver's post. Although one of those moves was later re-approved with a modification. In any case this should get approved again, a couple of tweaks for the more modern move approval.

Yogsothothian Tail (300) (Requires Malleability, Ranged Proficiency, Physical Strength)
Though rare that Desco actually uses her tail for combat as it lacks a mouth, Desco stretches out her tail up to 20 feet to slam her target with her tail. Fast just as swinging a light sword but not particularly strong, she often lashes with her tail for dramatic effect.

A Final Boss Arises (Super Move Tier 1) (Requires Area Attack Proficiency, Bodypart Yogsothoth, Ranged Proficiency) (600) - Two of Yogsothoth's Tentacles stretch out and charge up energy, one of Fire and one of Ice both combined with Wind magic with the mouths of the tentacles making it obvious that they are charging the balls of energy. Then they aim and fire the twin blasts in a direction of Desco's choosing, expanding slowly as cones as they travel. The blasts can move as far as they are unobstructed and can strike multiple enemies in their travel paths.

Sphere Defense (600) (Tier 1 Super Move) (Requires Area Shield Proficiency, Yogsothoth, Yogsothoth (Instinct) ) - Yogsothoth stretches out all of his tentacles around Desco and covers her completely stretching himself into a roughly spherical shape and glowing with a dark aura to block incoming attacks until danger has passed. Can last for 2 minutes or until it has absorbed all of the damage it can block as appropriate to a Tier 1 Super Defense (the aura fades when the move is complete or enough damage has been done to break the defense). While defending in this manner, Desco is unable to see what is going on around her unless she has appropriate Sensory Powers.

There can't be this many of my really old, first move approval thread moves that went without response.. something almost has to be missing?

She can hold this dome up for about one minute maximum without it disappearing, but the longer she holds it for then the more energy/stamina she's using and the less stable the portals become. Because of the concentration that she has to put in to keep the portals stable, only she and the target(s) inside can use the portals. If anyone outside of the dome (even an ally) tries to use her portals, it will mess up the move and end up it early.

Blade Fury - Requirements (Physical Strength, Super Speed) Cost: 300 OM

Ryu starts by spinning up like a top and placing his sword parallel to the ground. At his maximum speed, he becomes just a whirling blur of black and silver. He can easily deflect incoming small attacks however any powerful attack might just knock him out of the move entirely. This attack falls under the “death by 1000 cuts” philosophy. While no cut is overly powerful, they will start to add up if his opponent just sits still while Ryu performs this move. The opponent is more than able to dash away or jump back. While Ryu can pursue most of his concentration is on keeping his circular momentum so his movement in any direction is slowed down to a crawl, so Ryu will try his best to use this move when already close to his foe. While he doesn’t need to say anything to perform this move, he might simply scream the name or he might simply scream in general as the forces that are pulling on his body don’t feel great. The attack last about 5 seconds, with the ninja being able to slow his momentum sooner then that is needed. Afterwards, he will need time to readjust himself as the world will be spinning. He is wobbly, so his defenses and movements will be slow as he readjusts to the world.
Got it, made it detailed here and having it fade off after so long. It should also have a speed, and how long the blasts are

Then they aim and fire the twin blasts in a direction of Desco's choosing moving at half the speed of an arrow starting at 1.5 feet in diameter each expanding slowly to 6 feet in diameter at 200 feet as cones as they travel. The blasts are 10 feet long in total can move as far as they are unobstructed and can strike multiple enemies in their travel paths, however after 200 feet it is still expanding but the damage becomes too wide spread and becomes negligible at 12 feet, 400 feet out. If it does strike successive enemies the damage is split for how many enemies are hit.

What do I need to pay in OM for these three moves in move approval? Both A Final Boss Arises and Yogsothothian tail had adjustments made for them so I need to sell and re-pay them?
Heaven’s Wrath (Requires Ranged, Area Attack) Cost: 600 OM

A lightning based attack, this move can be used to throw highly volatile bolts of lighting at enemies and do AOE damage in high concentration (AOE is five foot radius around point of impact.) the bolts, Scarlet red in color, must be charged for a minimum of three seconds for basic effect, and can be charged for a duration of nine seconds for maximum effect. Koal is unable to use this move while in motion and must concentrate whilst charging the bolts. This move can only be used outdoors, or near a large source of electricity. The bolts themselves manifest in a bright crackle of energy between Koal’s hands, before they are thrown at a speed of ~60mph, and are thrown in a manner similar to a spear. In the event that Koal takes damage while charging his attack, the electricity will dissipate into his own body, harming him.

Sword Art - Air Slicer (300 OM, Physical Strength) 

This attack starts out with a dash towards his opponent, and then commences with an uppercut with his right hand holding the Fabricated Replica Soul Taker in one hand. Once the uppercut has sufficiently knocked them into the air, this sets them up for the next part of the move, the seven slashes with the sword. Upon completion this does a modest amount of damage to anyone who is hit by it. It takes him about ten seconds to charge up, and fifteen seconds to perform. Interrupting any part of the move could ruin the entire move. Furthermore, the move is moderately draining on his stamina, and has a 20 second cool down. The move requires that he have his sword, the Fabricated Replica Soul Taker equipped.

That's a really long cooldown time. Maybe just say Matt's fatigued after executing this move. "Fifteen seconds to perform" is also crazy long, I'd be satisfied with just 7 seconds.[/spoiler]

I was fine with all the previous downsides, they aren't required and make it near-impossible to use in 1v1 fights, but they'd make it stronger. Just needs this detail.

With a push of a button the reservoir ejects. Evangeline can then slide the next one in until it resets the ejection mechanism with a click. This action takes about 4 seconds to complete.
