Official Move Approval III
Thunderbolt (Ranged) - as an electric type, Ditto charges electricity for two to three seconds and then unleashes it as a stream of lightning.

Flamethrower (Ranged) - as a fire type, Ditto collects fire for two to three seconds and expels it in a gushing wave of flame.

Gust (Ranged) - as a form with wings, Ditto flaps them at high speeds and generates a powerful gale that pushes back heavy foes and blows away light ones. It takes about two to three seconds of beating his wings to achieve this.

Water Gun (Ranged) - as a water type, Ditto fires a jet of water that takes two to three seconds to prepare.

Razor Leaf (Ranged) - as a grass type, Ditto prepares a flurry of sharp edged leaves and launches them, taking two to three seconds to prepare.

Claws (Physical) - In certain forms, Ditto possesses sharp claws which he uses to attack.

Pincers (Physical) - Some of Ditto's forms have crushing pincers which he uses in a variety of combat situations.

Horns (Physical) - Some of Ditto's transformations wear a horn or a number of horns which he can utilise for offensive purposes.

Beak (Physical) - In a form with a beak, Ditto can use it to attack enemies.

Fangs (Physical) - Many of Ditto's transformations wield sharp fangs, which he uses in combat.

Extra Limbs (Physical) - Some transformations have more than the standard two-arm, two leg set. Forms such as Machamp and Ledyba have an extra set of arms, while others like Galvantula have six legs. This allows Ditto to wield these extra limbs for combat.

Wings (Physical) - This allows Ditto to attack with wings when in a form that possesses them.

Poison Sting (Physical, Ranged, Debuff) - Through either using a physical delivery point for the poison (eg. tail, fangs) or firing tiny poison needles from range, Ditto can inflict his target with a weak poison which causes mild pain and discomfort, and makes it hard for the victim to concentrate.

I think they would all be 300, except maybe Poison Sting.

Also: do Claws count for things like Scyther's scythes, or should that be another move? If so:

Bolt Materia - 300 OM
(Requires Ranged Proficiency)

A fist sized, green orb that Zack can hold in one hand. By concentrating his spirit energy into the Materia he can fire a single bolt of electricity straight forward from it. He can fire the first shot as fast as he can draw the Materia from his back left belt pouch and produce it, which is on average a second and a half. After that, it takes approximately 3 seconds between consecutive bolts, while he summons up the energy to use it again. Zack cannot cast the Bolt spell without the Materia.
Tier 1 Transformation: Predatory Instinct: 1000 OM

Under moments of extreme stress, Triest can sometimes devolve back into a more basic style of thinking and behavior. This increases his ability to dodge and deal damage greatly, along with not be dissuaded by the fear and stress of combat that he normally endures in such high-risk situations. However, he won't really follow any kind of long-term plan, as he is acting on instinct, and giving him any but the most basic of orders could prove a challenge.

Alright, I made a decent change to the proposed secondary effect of this move so we'll try it again.

Detonate (600) (Requires Ranged Proficiency, Area Attack Proficiency, Hive Mine)

Strazio's entire body is a nexus for destructive magick. Every fiber of his being packs an incredible amount of explosive energy that he calls upon in order to cast his spells. Detonate is a last ditch surprise move for when Strazio is incredibly behind in a battle. Should one of his limbs be dismembered he can still manipulate the energy within the missing limb's flesh. After three seconds of charge up time Strazio can force the energy in the missing limb to explode. Detonate destroys the limb, but releases an incredibly strong explosion. The larger the limb used the larger the explosion, up to a maximum cap of three meters in diameter.

Secondary effect - The power of the Necronomicon allows Strazio to summon undead warriors to fight for him. Piggybacking off this power he can manipulate the energy within the flesh of these undead. He can start a catalyst in their flesh similiar to the one in his own. After five seconds of stationary contact with one of the undead he can turn the creature into a bomb. After the five seconds of charge up time the zombie will rush towards the opponent, attempting to get as close as possible. After three seconds the zombie will explode in a five foot radius. Strazio must be careful because he can be damaged by this explosion and can't stop the catalyst once it is charged.

Timeless Body (300) Physical Strength

Having practiced and honed his craft for an eternity Renji's body has been turned into a weapon. He can strike out with any part of his body and augment the strike with a mix of demonic energy and his own ki. This ability grows weaker over the course of a fight as he grows tired and loses energy.

Raider's Fists: MIranda Frost's strength is drawn from the various cybernetics done to her to save her life. Among these are two robotic prosthesis that had replaced her original ones. These arms take her to the peak of human arm strength and are durable in nature. However, it is not with out its faults. Being created with little warning to her rescue, These arms were rushed and lack a proper covering from the elements. As a result they appear rather skeletal in nature. (Req: Physical strength. OM: 300)

You won't need Extra Limbs cause it's just physical Strength Prof. all the others are approved at 300 except Poison Sting.

Poison Sting- How long does the poison last? This would be 600

And yes you would need Scythe.

I'M ON FIRE!!!: (Buff Proficiency) Quite simply, Krieg spontaneously catches on fire sometimes. The effects of this move are two-fold. First, enemies attacking him with melee attacks take minor burns on each successful strike. Second, being on fire fuels Krieg's psychosis, giving him a damage increase on all attacks he makes while on fire. Of course, Krieg is not fire-proof and as such being on fire causes him damage as wel.

Jhago can temporarily influence the abilities of others, stepping into them to enhance their fighting skills or shooting ability. This is like a psychic projection that allows him some control of their body, usually to beat down mooks or take a blow. This is entirely voluntary. Secondly, he can converse with others across the globe or whatever distance so long as there can be a mental connection. He will appear nearby in whatever state he is in at the time.

You can't self-buff yourself.

Other than that, I think this can be approved for 300 if you remove the line about increasing damage. You can have it as an RP fodder thing that the flames sort of, make him more desperate and whatnot, since it's friggin' flames on his body.

Do Krieg's attacks burn people as well? If it's just a passive, shieldy thing, it's 300. If he can use it to burn people with melee attacks, you're looking at 600.

This is just RP fodder with the Physical Strength prof, you don't need a move for this but could include a blurb in your Roster if you wanted to.

... this would also require Survival and Advanced Regeneration, unless you want Strazio to just die every time <_<

With the obvious awareness that using this will invoke the risks of using the Necronomicon, this is approved at 300 with the caveat that the zombie can't like, do anything else other than run toward an opponent.

Inevitable Catharsis [Tier 2 Utility Supermove] (Requires Telepathy, Symbiosis)

Nealaphh dives into its opponent's mind, telepathically coercing them to accept a fusion with Nealaphh. Once fused, Nealaphh can use the opponent's body freely for one round, as it cannot maintain its grasp on the opponent's mind for long.

To perform this attack, Nealaphh needs to be able to make physical contact with the target for 5 seconds for the fusion to complete itself. The target does not become submissive until the end of this time period, allowing the to attempt to retaliate. Once the fusion ends, Nealaphh exits the opponent's body directly adjacent to them. If the opponent is killed while Nealaphh is fused to them, Nealaphh dies as well. Nealaphh can end the fusion early if it chooses to, exiting the host's body immediately.

If valid, I have no idea what this would cost, but I'll pay it.

He can use his own fists to strike a foe and injure them with his practiced Parkour and Kendo, making a deadly own style of fighting. With each strike it sends a wave of cold into his targets flesh. Multiple hits in a confined spot will really start to slow the opponents reaction time down and potentially cause the opponent to devolope Frostbite. This Frostbite affects parts of the body further away from the heart more quickly than near the heart itself (feet, hands, face). The frostbite slows, numbs and can even freeze skin if jack is repetative with his attacks. When Jack himself blocks his opponents attacks, the opponent is hardly affected by the Frost but can feel chills to the touch when skin on skin contact occurs. In cooler or colder areas it is stronger compared to more humid places. With opponents who do not have skin commence in battle with jack, their own "skin" will be fozen as well (metal will slow at hinges, stone will freeze in place Ect.)

Symbiosis actually has to be a mutual agreement (including OOC) without exception.
