Electrokinesis - So, as it is now, this is a field of electricity that just damages anyone inside of it? That's what it seems like to me, if I am wrong about is then please correct me.
Bow and Arrows - When it comes to ammunition, you can do the whole replenishing thing quite quickly. "takes about ten minutes to replenish" that's way too long, especially if you're in battle. You'd probably be able to justify re-summoning 2 arrows per second (straight to the quiver).
