Multiple personality characters are fine as long as it's not something like this.
'My OC was thrown through parallel universes where their mind was combined with Barry Allen, Thor, Naruto, Goku and Luffy, they also gained all of their powers and abilities as well.'
Make it interesting, don't have a bazillion personalities. have one or two, or three, and make them unique with their own goals and agendas.
