The corpse of the post-primate human was degraded to nothing but bark mulch, though, there weren’t many… Or rather any biotic lifeforms to thrive off of the still warm flesh. Not here at least.
“Yuck, no matter how much I fly, the stench of human trash still sticks to me,” Freeza complained with a roll of his crimson pupils, spotting a cybernetic, electric fountain that poured out streams of water he hovered slowly over to it and remembered that which was spoken to him. ”You can have anything you desire.”
It was tricky to imagine just how that worked, Freeza had encountered genies who had promised more for well... Their lives being spared. However Freeza had imagined himself being cleaned while he was flying around, and yet nothing had happened except for a few sparkles. He desired to be washed free of both confusion and the freshly drying blood on his perfect form. A quick rinse in the shower would do it. Fountain, shower, whatever. Same fucking difference. It was basically a fucking birdbath all he had to do was coo and water his feathers.
This Omnillium substance had yet to show its true power, the Omni had mentioned that it was very potent when molded by the right hands. Who else better than Freeza’s ultimate hands? Now that they were clean, the new prime felt liberated. Higher than ever. Some of his memory was foggy, he remembered the blond Saiyan with the stupid looking mohawk. He remembered nearly dying. But what of the Ginyu Force?
Freeza spun himself dry with a quick flick of his tail and then readied himself. He hovered in place calmly while envisioning a scouter to teleport or form into his hand. The alien tyrant felt something as the glossy orb of ki-like energy came into view. The substance continued to materialize into a scouter that would fit along his spherically shaped head naturally.
When the substance Omnillium finally settled into its shape, it stopped glowing and fell into his extended hand. His mutant hand clutched it in triumph. With this power, he could dominate entire universes, forget galaxies. Freeza had evolved into a new final form.
"Hahaha, with this, I will continue my reign over the worlds I encounter. Selling and gaining riches over the imbeciles who will live their lives happily groveling at my feet and begging for mercy." Freeza's shoulders adjusted, "My mercy is a gift not meant for such troglodyte trash, however, maybe I'll spare some if I'm in a forgiving mood."
A smirk wove upon his thinly menacing lips once more and he cracked his neck, extending his nimble hands and feet in a stretch. Everything seemed as though he was back to normal, however it had been a little more difficult for the alien to rip through human flesh, a surprise for the supreme being, especially when it entailed slaying that of a pathetic mortal lowlife. Something was slightly off, but for now, Freeza would seek out his allies, and perhaps make a few along his way up the tyrannical ladder. For this place was nothing like any world he'd encountered before. Freeza got the distinct sense this very well may be a new reality, given to him by the god who granted Freeza immortality. Omni obviously wanted Freeza to bend this place to the tyrant's whim. So that is what the sadistic being would do.
The scouter was a piece of technology that wrapped around Freeza’s head much like a headset, but instead of having a microphone, it had a single glass piece over an eye. Its arm was white and framed around Freeza's white face nicely. The square glass piece was a crimson-toned pink. The use of a scouter was to keep in contact with his army, send commands to the Ginyu Force, his pet minions that he had collected across the galaxy over his long endeavors of travel. They were a collection of the best who also agreed to aid Freeza in his unending desire for domination and power.
Freeza was the best, the ultimate, the most destructive being in the galaxy, and with that and his sadistic natural charisma he had quite the following. He’d forged an army. His men driven by fear and ambition, not far from what Machiavelli had defined the perfect way to rule. He’d both enslaved and destroyed planets and people enjoyed being spectators, never the victims themselves. Watching gave them a thrill of power that they could never wield, being spared made them feel guilty and only abide by Freeza's rule down to the letter. They had two choices. Obey or die. Freeza was always happy to oblige the latter.
However, as he pressed the scouter, trying to connect with any of his waiting legions of men, aliens, and monsters none of them responded back. How long had he been gone? No, how far had he traveled that he was out range of all the other scouters? The alien’s eyes narrowed. He couldn’t blame Goku, he was just an ape who had gone berserk on the wrong fucking alien. Goku knew little of his forces, just how many numbers he’d had spread out across the infinity of space. How much Cooler his brother or King Cold his father had invested in their desire for complete domination.
“Captin Ginyu, Jace? Is anyone of you pathetic worms there, or even alive? Please tell me you were smart enough to make it off Namek before it exploded, ugh, or do I have to do everything myself?” the alien had been endowed with such knowledge and power it made dealing with weaklings feel easier than kicking over pebble-trolls.
There was no response. No static. Nothing at all. Instead however… Freeza had discovered a new verse, one which harbored information, knowledge. One that called this new world the Omniverse.
Freeza hovered in place, his tail swishing from side to side with ample dissatisfaction. “Ignorant fools, it seems I’ll have to start from scratch, what good is it to be the ultimate being in the universe if you can’t even get a few fucking minions to do your dirty work for you? It is so very, very tiring being reduced to such mundane tasks, but alas, at least I might encounter someone who might just be good enough with his skill to fight back long enough for me to break a sweat… Hmmm… This form is awfully more lethargic than I am used to… I better change that.”
Freeza let his feet plant back on the ground and focused his ki on shedding the perfect armor. Like ceramic plate, chunks began to fall and piercing light erupted from the tensed alien prime, as though an explosion were soon to come out of the alien’s convulsing form.

"You're all ignorant fools."
If "negotiation" doesn't pull through there's always mass genocide!
Don't worry, death is my specialty.
