Faction: Building a Kingdom
#3
Going to have to shoot this down. Well, not exactly, but I am going to have to complicate it.

Furthermore, to create a small kingdom would require a lot of Omnilium. A lot. A prime with the omnilium to summon a castle and a town wouldn’t be someone who has just been lying low. They’d be important. They’d be known.

Now I’m not saying you can’t make this a goal of yours or a long-term plan, but the key would be long-term. I’d start by buying a base and having that be the seed of your intended faction. Over time you can grow the settlement, whether through gathering resources, summoning secondaries, and recruiting other PC primes to help you out. Your end goal in this would be to work toward becoming Recognized in the Tangled Green (influence.php#Recognition). Be aware that, as with anyone trying to amass influence or power or resources—whatever your cause—you could easily become a target to PCs or NPCs (such is the downside of laying down roots)

While your intentions are different, your template is the same as what Ganondorf was/is doing with his bid at rising to power in the Dunes.

As an aside, I just want to state that we already have a faction for misfits and people who want to escape from the Omniverse and conflict in general. That would be Cinnibar Island, in the Vasty Deep. Your plan may be better accomplished by traveling there and working to improve that place, rather than starting from scratch in a slightly more hostile place. I believe the faction quest there actually allows you to gain a parcel of land there.
