What would it take to establish a small kingdom in the Tangled Green?
I was thinking of having an NPC oversee the construction of the city that would compose the kingdom while Guu goes on a long and epic quest to find and win over subjects. Obviously, the kingdom will make up its own faction when it grows big enough.

What other requirements would I need to meet?
Should I have a min word cap on the whole thing?
How long do you think it should take?
