An Imperfect Proposal OOC

Shortly after my revival post-DA (cuz let's be honest, I'ma definitely dying here), I'll be heading back to Coruscant for tattoo-removal. Before Cell can decide to ditch his Pops and go out into the world, the guy drops a bombshell on me. Androids 17 and 18 are HERE, in the Omniverse. He offers to give me information leading to their whereabouts. But first, I gotta do him a favor. His supply of "test subjects" from Tier 5 has been interrupted by something going on down there. He wants me to find out what is keeping his goon squads from abducting people and put an end to it, one way or another.

Basic idea is that T5 is Gero's "honey hole" when it comes to getting people without Dredd finding out. T1-4 are too heavily trafficked by the Judge's forces, while 6 and 7 are too polluted to sustain a large population of Secondaries. But the consolidation of the Gangs on T5 have led to both a shortage of gang-members to pull from and the "protection" rackets keeping his goons off their turf.


Cell's job is to fix this problem. This'll lead into some conflict with the Westsiders. We'll work out a proper resolution to the affair that'll satisfy everyone by Arc's end. Feel free to post suggestions, thoughts, and critiques here, as well as to plan things out once this gets started.
