There was a silence as the pill took a moment to kick in, he didn’t feel any different yet Dust could feel it was working. The water still managed to run off him from one place or the other, he was able to ignore the new chilly sensation from the early morning air around his wet body. He wore swim-trunks, so the water just collected in the hem against his knees and pitter-pattered against the darkened wood; occasionally landing on the tops of his feet. Water dripped from his shoulder-length hair in front of his face and their eyes remained trained on each other.
From inside the safe house one of Karl’s drones fixated on the two, the lenses adjusting to take in every detail perfectly. There was no one there to pull the trigger on the starting gun, but they both heard it internally at the same time.
In a flash of blinding speed, where Dust had once stood with polished posture, now only was an empty puddle of sea water.
Dust was on him in an instant, ‘Spades’ was no stranger to battle as his ruined shoulder would testify, but it prevented him from going claw to claw properly with Wolf. He caught Hokori’s hand in his, intertwining fingers like they were embracing sisters, but the dislocated arm did nothing to prevent Dust from thrusting his sharpened claws into Harlan’s clavicle. The vampire gritted his razor sharp teeth in a bluff, but the true lycanthrope of the two twisted his hand to dig the claws in deep enough to elicit a howl of pain.
Wordlessly, he ripped his hand free of the cold flesh Dust had dug it into, the precious crimson colored life arched springing up in the air behind his claw.
Not willing to watch this man shank him with the midnight claws, Hendy let go of the hand to strike out next. Dust took a step back to avoid it and then thrust his arm upwards to take a swipe at the gangster’s face. The two seemed evenly matched as they pawed at one another, blocking and countering with each swipe. The speed of the exchanged blows were mind blowing and the man with one arm available felt pressured to do twice as much work.
Duking it out, their steps slowly lead them around the veranda. They unknowingly circled around a large family sized metallic table, its faded yellow paint chipping away in flakes which most likely had been scattered to the wind. The large patio umbrella still sat in the center, unopened and sun-bleached. Eventually they left the merry-go-round and inched closer to the room beyond the broken doors.
Neither seemed to notice the change of scenery as they ducked and dodged into the room. Hendy felt his fingers slip through the stranger's dark hair several times but often only had strands of it between his fingers to show for his efforts. Dust’s dark nails tended to merely graze fur covered cheeks, leaving lines in the red mane momentarily before the swift whip-lash level of bobbing heads fluffed it out again.
Abruptly, Harlan took a gamble to slash at the half naked man’s chest screaming out, “ENOUGH!”
Hokori pushed back into a shelf, narrowly avoiding the sharp moon shaped claws. He was ready to go immediately, however in the next second the other beast was on top of him. Claws cut into the back of Dust’s shoulder as Vic grabbed it and pressed to hold him still for a fierce chomp. Dust only stared back, unfazed by weak intimidation tactics and flimsy threats.
Hendy’s lips peeled back from his fangs as he snarled at the defiant man, just before something blunt and heavy crashed into his face. Harlan stumbled back across the cramped room and into a table, tasting blood on his tongue, thick with the taste of magic. He knew it to be his own. He spat at the ground and wiped the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand.
When he looked up Dust hadn’t moved, keeping one hand on the shelf for balance, the other one held a half existing ashtray. The missing half was in pieces on the ground, glass shards littered the spot on the floor where he’d been standing, along with the remains of past smoke breaks.
Victor grinned at first and then began to laugh, a deep thunderous laugh of pleasure. “You got spunk, kid!” He complimented, in a loud short breath. “It’s almost a shame to kill you.” He threatened, his voice low and slow as he flicked the tail behind him. The flame that danced on the end of the lion tail was about the only light they had in here, until a fire appeared in his paw. “Damn shame..”

Just a reminded, Dust has +1 to all his stats for this fight due to a Solider Pill taken when he challenged Higgs. (5/3/3/3)
Two men, one hut, and a lot of fluff.
Dust and Vic get handsy with each other, Dust even got knuckle deep.
After having enough, Vic tries to take a bite out of Dust, but gets hit up side the head with a slightly used ashtray.
Vic begins charging up Fira(RED's Profile), ready to burn the place down, but that ain't going to scare Dust.
Your move, Babe. (w/Love)
