Not far from the storage room was Dama, sunbathing in a sunchair, her bikini barely covering her wrinkled and saggy body. People around her tried to ignore her barely covered body as they passed by, mothers would cover up their children’s eyes.
Despite looking relaxed, her mind was alert as ever. She sensed as Abyss summoned her little robot friend, she followed her as she broke into the control room, she peeked into her, sensing her ever ability, power, moves. She was quite fond of squids and octopi, to her, nothing was more pleasing to a woman than the embrace of tentacles.
Shame this was a girl squid, or else she would have hit that shit so hard they’d be inking for weeks.
She sighed, as she sat up in her sun chair. The ensuing chaos was more appealing than an afternoon of relaxation and contemplation. Plus the madness of the control room would eventually reach her anyways, might as well help it along.
She took a long run across the concrete outer-pool surface and dove face first into the deep end.
For everyone else at the water park, it was just another fun summer day. The wave pool, the water slides, the lazy river, and finally, the normal pool for the boring assholes. Kids waded around the normal pool, splashing around in the shallow end, rough housing. Suddenly, one of the parents shot out of their seat, and screamed.
“Shark!”
A very familiar fin surfaced in the deep end of the pool. Upon hearing those words, all the kids shot looks at the other end and immediately screamed, wading for their lives out of the waters as the finned monster approached.
As soon as as everyone was out of the pool and fleeing for their lives, the Dama shark swam into the pipe work, darting from one attraction to the next.
As kids slid down the water slide, their screams of fun were changed to screams of terror as at the bottom, a shark had surfaced with it’s mouth full of razor sharp teeth waiting for the easy meal. She ducked out of the way at the last second of course. It’s uncertain if she was unwilling to eat a child or if it was because of the shit in the water.
No ride safe, the wave pool got the fantastic perspective of shark riding the waves like a surfer, shame no one stuck around to see it.
The lazy river went from casual people in inner tubes to people swimming for their goddamn lives, like a school of fish running from a predator.
Some cried for the staff, who were already mostly picked off by Abyss, but most of the visitors escaped the park, living to tell another day.
