The world was at peace, if only for a little while. That bastard did not even come close to winning. Pathetic... He must have surprised Ban, Leo and Joric to cut two of the three down. Surprise, nothing more. He would come back, that was the downside. Primes always came back... except when they didn't... but that was expensive work. Worth every bleeding OM, if anyone asked Deon.
He swished the dark brown alcohol in his glass, watching the single ice cube melt away. A smirk split his lips. After a quick sip he tapped his tablet to life to watch the grizzly scene of the swordsman's death. The raging Strazio so brutally rips from his chest a beating heart and shows it to him. Something about that was so satisfying. Deon only wished it had been his own hand to reach inside the Prime's chest. It was almost enough for Deon to be at peace, but though the world was in order for just a moment... Deon knew in just a few days... that murderer will reappear at the fountain. There was much work to do till then.
With the task at hand completed, he downed the last of his drink and stood. The gangster from the dunes left the bar scene behind with murder in his eyes. Surely this Takezo could not take on the entire Boar-Pit in it's full glory. Vengeance was coming. Takezo would have hell to pay...
