well, from what you're saying, the king's daughter is here alongside their son, who has been turned into a flower. probably through some science fiction stuff. or space magic. regardless, their daughter is in some place called the pale moor's and betty is an agent of chara.

or it's just one of chara's friends trying to pull a stupid prank on you. personally, the latter seems more likely. flowers have no soul.
