Best Character: Harlann Higgs, hands down. His charade as Vic Hendy, particularly his time spent traveling with Enel - who was also pretty fantastic - was a joy to read.

Best Writer: Madbull34. His powers of grindhouse sleaziness are matched only by the undeniable charm of his narrative style.
