Oh yeah, debuff proficiency. Hm, that's maybe too big a step to take for easily wipable shaving cream. I think I'll start with some of my other ideas instead while I think over whether I want to do that (though it'd also be useful should I ever want to start throwing custards at people). How about this movelist instead?

Wallet - 0 OM
Dad's trusty wallet, purchased long ago at the Dadly Depot, is a powerful tool in the hands of a prime. Operating as a so-called "Fetch Modus" for Dad's "Sylladex", the wallet is able to store objects in an immaterial space, to be retried at a moment's notice. Passage into the Omniverse has not been kind to it, however, and its ability to store and retrieve items has been sharply limited, with the exception of a few key items with which Dad is intensely personally familiar.

Wallet Grab - 300 OM
By focusing for half a second, Dad can grab one solid physical object he is touching into his wallet. This object can be no heavier than can be lifted with both hands, and cannot be a prime or secondary or anything held by a prime or secondary. Only one object grabbed by this move can be held within the wallet at a time, and artifacts cannot be grabbed. Ranged attacks with a physical component can be grabbed by this move, but given the windup time and Dad's limited combat skill, they'd usually have to be very straightforward and predictable moves.

By focusing for half a second, Dad can retrieve the item grabbed by Wallet Grab back into reality, placing it on the ground anywhere within about two meters of his body.

Broom - 300 OM
A reliable, old-fashioned utility for sweeping floors free of dust and enemies alike, Dad's broom is a 70 cm wooden handle attached to a bundle of 30 cm thistles. When not in use, Dad usually stores it in his wallet, from which he can retrieve it with half a second of concentration (and where he can stow it in a similar fashion). It is quick and light, but its softness and lack of edges means that it hurts surprisingly little for being wielded with such strength (it still packs a wallop though, and can easily send lighter foes flying).

Large Cake - 300 OM
Dad possesses an aptitude for baking, and wields his creations into battle. This move does not represent any particular large cake, but rather proficiency with any appropriately sized one, approx. 20 cm tall with a 40 cm radius. The sheer size of these confectioneries makes them excellent for defense and controlling adjacent space. They are less useful offensively due to their sheer unwieldiness, not to mention that their size and weight mean even a single full power swing can tire the wielder out (though such a hit could bludgeon an enemy something fierce). Dad can store a maximum of one such cake in his wallet at a time, retrieving and storing it there with a half second's concentration.
