For your history, you'll need to include exactly when in her life she was taken by Omni. Something like "one day after work she mysteriously passes out and awakens in a dark void with a smiling face staring at her". It's of course up to you what the events preceding are since you're playing an OC, but yeah.
As for your move, you'll really only need to pay 300 OM if you're just going to be hitting people and grabbing them and such with the tentacles. Stuff like the option to produce a blade at the end or something would incur extra cost, but currently this is fine at 300.
