Is it okay to have a purely cosmetic appearance change based on how much a character is exerting herself?
For example:
Diablo is going to drastically change Trixie's appearance and outfit to match that of a Dark Side agent fitting to his organization, but in order to blend and fit into normal society, Trixie will have to actively repress the dark energy with the OM within her. Except as she battles and lets loose her appearance will change until her true colors are shown. IC she'll play this off as accepting more the dark side of the force into her life, thus altering how she looks.
