History - Not enough. Since this is an original character, please give us, at least, a paragraph that details where they where and what they were doing at the time Omni pulled them to the Omnivverse.
Physical Description - Do you have a picture/drawing? if not that's fine but if you do, you should include it.
Illlusionary Electro Swing - You can only buff people with powers that you own. Since you don't have said powers, it's a no go.
